I brought my 4Runner in this morning for its first 5000 mile inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The staff were friendly, got the job done quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for future inspections and maintenance.

They were very helpful recently when our car started showing 3 warning lights suddenly on a trip up north. They fit us in last minute, read the code and reset it. We were worried we would have to change our plans or have to get our car serviced but it ended up being a random quirk and we were able to safely continue our vacation.

I am from out of town, and they took care of my brakes in a timely fashion considering I had no appointment. I ended up needed a full brake job for the front, that 2 other shops simply lubricated. My brakes starting acting up again and were nearly locking up. They were getting very hot, and I was desperate to find a shop, or just pull over, and have it towed. They got it very repaired quickly.Very friendly staff.Service: Brakes

I highly recommend Sullivan Auto Clinic! Very friendly staff and fair pricing. I needed a belt replaced due to it making a squeaky noise. Got the belt replaced, but it was still making the noise so they picked up my car up from my work and tightened the belt for no charge. Amazing service!

I love this place. They take really good care of my truck. These are honest and friendly people. I'm mechanically inclined so I know that they are fair with their pricing for the parts as well as the labor. They'll also do a complete check of your vehicle, thoroughly, for just over a hundred dollars. I manage a quick oil change location in traverse city and their cards are the only ones I hand out to my customers. They've gone about and beyond to work with my schedule. I really can't say enough good things!

As the person responsible for keep the Flood Fighters vehicles running and safe. I ve used many auto shops around town. I have had good service from many of them but with Sullivans my experience was amazing, they diagnosed it spot on, vehicle went in right away, they it had done very quickly and ahead of schedule, below estimate, and estimate was more then fare to start with. The work seems perfect too. Thank you

Great experience! You won't find a better shop around. Sullivan Auto Clinic provided outstanding service while fixing my vehicles fuel problem quickly and professionally. Brenna exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful in working with my third party warranty company. Matt and his crew do a great job and are very easy to talk to about the issue you are having and finding the best solution. This was my second visit to Sullivan's and I have been very pleased with what they have done for me. I most recently needed a fuel pump replaced in my Ford F-150 which is no easy task. Matt and the guys got in done fast and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. I was blown away by this shops team and the overall service and experience they provide. I won't be going anywhere else for auto repair.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Sullivan's! Matt was excellent, he told me exactly what was happening with my vehicle and offered me the most cost-effective option in the timeliest manner. I was enthused when I found out that he could fix my car in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going here for all of my automotive needs! Highly recommended!

I ve been taking my vehicles to Sullivan Auto for almost 10 years and I have always been pleased by their service. It s always been on time and right at the price they quoted, but most important, they stand behind what they sell and service. In all the time I ve been taken my vehicles to Sullivan Auto, I only had one problem, but that was from a manufacture defect and even then, Matt stood behind it and warranty it free of charge. Would just like to add that the personnel and the mechanics are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their trade and are willing to take the time to explain what the best options are for you. The last time I took my KIA in, Matt was able to diagnose the problem I had with the acceleration and was able to fix it promptly. Great quality and friendly service, one of the best in town.

Sullivan Auto does great work. I have had several repairs done on my car by them. I have found their employees to be friendly and very knowledgeable. The work that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me beforehand and was reasonably priced. I've been very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend this business.

Sullivan Auto Clinic Is A 100%!! The Best Auto Service in Traverse City!! I Highly Recommend Matt Sullivan and his Team! I have been going to Matt Sullivan before he owned his own shop, so I have known his work for over 20 years. He is the best. I have always been satisfied with his work. When ever it seems like a complicated problem comes about my car, he always makes it seem like a breeze to figure out! Whether it's an electronic or computerized problem, what ever the diagnosis is he has always been able to fix it. No matter what vehicle I have at the time.Matt Sullivan and his mechanic's are very skilled and knowledgeable to fix any problem that goes wrong with your vehicles. Sullivan Auto Clinic is a family based company and they stay in touch with you, and give discounts every so often. They care if your family is safe in your vehicle. Now that is important to me.

They have been taking care of my family vehicles and keeping the old cars/trucks on the road for decades.You can trust Sullivan Auto Clinic to do a good job and stand behind their service. My serpentine belt was falling off the pulley. And the bearing was basically falling apart. I called them Tuesday late afternoon and they said bring it in Wednesday morning. I did. They gave it a super good look, found the problem and called me with an estimate. They were super nice. And they had everything done in under 3 hours. Amazing. I will definitely continue any car repair business through Sullivan's. Thank you guys!

On a trip up to the Traverse City area my vehicle's rear end locked up so I had it towed to the dealership. They quoted me $11k I talked to a few local shops and no one had capacity to take my vehicle, then I talked to Sullivan and they were happy to help. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and they gave me an accurate estimate which was less than half of what the dealership quoted me. I picked up the car today and drove it about 240 miles, everything worked. Thanks Brenda and team for taking care of me. If my car breaks down again in Traverse City I know where to go.

Can't do better than Sullivan Auto! Before knowing Matt & Karen, we've had work done at other auto repair shops, and never got the quality of service that Sullivan Auto provides. I particularly like that Matt tells you what needs done now and what can wait. Great service all around- quick and on top of things to get your car back to you as soon as possible!I'll never take my vehicles any where else again! Thanks Matt & Karen & staff!

Matt is having problems staffing his service department. His current staff is not performing quality work. I paid a premium price and in the end left with a car working with less function than when I arrived. There are many, many other service shops that will provide you better service at a much more reasonable price.

Sullivan Auto Clinic has always treated us with the respect and honesty that you would hope to have in auto repair. They have had answers for every issue we have brought to them, and I really appreciate how thorough they check the vehicles for overall safety and maintenance issues.

Sullivan Auto does an excellent job. Matt and his staff are friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. They have pick up and drop off service and are willing to work ar ound your schedule.They are also very good at finding elusive electrical quirks.BIG Thubmbs Up for Sullivan Auto.

Have known Matt and Karen for a long time, very highly recommend him for his integrity, professionalism and knowledge in his business. Peace of mind when I take my car there that the repair will be done right, and that Matt, Brenna and staff will treat me right.

Not only is the auto service at Sullivan Auto excellent, the customer service goes above and beyond! I always feel comfortable taking my car here because I know they care and they are looking out for me. I highly recommend Sullivan Auto Clinic!
