Worst service ever!!!! Walked in with no greeting, stood there for 10 minutes while parts guy was on the phone with still no acknowledgment that I was there. Got off the phone and went to get my parts.... Still didn't acknowledge I was there, or even bother to tell me he was going to get my parts. I thought he just walked off!!!!

One month in to a four month tour around the country, the electronic dash on our RV went completely blank. We came to GT Diesel around 2:30 in the afternoon. With meaningful involvement from Dan the owner, the problem was diagnosed and part ordered by 5:00, and overnighted. Work took a while as the module goes under the dash - very tight space. We are just thankful to be getting back on the road 24 hours later. Freight liner did their part too, getting the warranty part to us quickly.

Phenomenal service. Once our part came in it took about 10 minutes to fix. In the meantime, they let us stay in our motorhome on the property and provided us with 50-amp power. Thanks Grand Traverse Diesel!!

Vacationing in MI from VA my Frieghtliner check engine and DEF light turned on. Spoke to Dan the owner he made arrangements diagnosed my troubles same day. Parts ordered back on the road continuing vacation. I'll return in a week. I thank you and your team. Would recommend

Dealt with a guy named Patrick that came and helped us on the side of the road. Very quick to get to us. Very friendly would recommend his services to everyone. Outstanding job.

Picked up a customer's truck from this location. Very friendly staff and nice facility. Would get a 5 star but I could not drop a drive shaft because they didn't use o.e.m bolts and I had to pull all 4 axles.

Took really good care of us and our coach. Caught threats along the way...but saved me hundreds anyway. Customizing service while keeping me informed & involved was HUGE! Thanks!!!
