As far as right now, the costumer service has been excellent. Helpful and pleasant.

Worst company in the whole country. They don't even share info between states. You have completely different rules in each state inside of the company. They also don't sent files to more than one state even though they are legally obligated unless you put up a fight. Soon I will be filing a complaint with the state. They also hide fine print traps inside of the contract to screw disabled people. They wrote the loophole into the contract intentionally so you can't even say it was just bad policy.

Fast, friendly, and informative. Installed a device in my car in less time than quoted, while simultaneously repairing another gentleman's truck latch. Thoroughly explained the device use in plain terms and even informed me of things the device supplier neglected to mention. Was very sympathetic to my position; courteous and friendly!

Was in and out in a matter of a half an hour very quick and thorough talked me through what to do and how to operate it and if anything does happen what to do and made me feel at ease. Thank you much appreciated.
