Went in multiple times for a quote months apart. And Steve cannot even figure out how to fill in the estimate. I drive to Dallas, get a quote from a Toyota dealer in 3 minutes, and drive back.... Steve still hasn't managed to write up the estimate.

I called for a estimate and no one answered. I left a voicemail and filled out online request. NEVER heard back from anyone. My daughter needed an estimate at the same time I did. She spoke to someone they said they would call her back and never did.

If you have a business to run I would definitely not recommend taking your car to Serra. Add another 2 weeks to your expected completion date.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
