I worked for rss at the Target DC in Oconomowoc for almost 2 years. In that time I saw dozens of new hires walk off the job with little or no heads up whatsoever. Their trainer, Steve, will sit and watch you for hours on end, talk about making a guy nervous, they simply want a name to put on the schedule, they actually don't care if they are doing their fair share of the work or not.They blind sided me with absolutely no verbal or written warning. I enjoyed unemployment, since they had no "Just Cause" for firing me, until I found a better paying job, for better people in a much less stressful environment.Do yourself a favor, and pass by working for this company, they lied to me from the initial interview until my last day.
