I didn't have my car worked on here , I had a car 4x4 issue in front of the shop and one of the techs came out and checked on me and helped me get the 4x4 back in drive. The employees are very kind

They are really great and do quality work. I had a catastrophic brake line issue literally had no brakes and all the fluid drained out and so I had it towed over to Randys and they took care of it and custom did the line and everything. Damn quality service if I do say so myself. My brakes and fluid are set. I swear they even work better than before. Additionally as it pertained to my 2008 Malibu LT, the engine/car turned off randomly during driving and eventually we were (over a few weeks due to how my car was not cooperating with Randy's) able to eventually figure out what was causing the issue and once again was able to fix a major issue without it being very expensive at all. All my admiration and respect goes to Randy's Olde Towne Services.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Years ago I left my car at Randy s to fix an electrical problem related to the thermostat. They charged me $300 to look at it and didn t actually fix anything, so I had to pay just to get my car back and take it somewhere cheaper. Then today I called because my usual mechanic retired and the gentleman on the phone spoke to me in a rude, patronizing way. I am not an expert in cars and it s my worst nightmare that it will be held against me at a vulnerable time, like when I need repairs. Does the man in the office want to try doing my job for a day? Definitely do not recommend.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your kindness. It s no surprise you have 4-5 stars. We only had two days left on our vacation and because of Randy s Services, Tom, we were able to relax and enjoy our time in this beautiful part of the state. You are the best! Your diagnosis and expertise is sooo appreciated. Thanks again.

Do not spend a dime at Randy s! I spent $1600 in less than two weeks on my truck with Randy s. I had a spark plug problem where my truck was running on only seven cylinders. I talked to Bob at the front desk to see if they could help me out with the quickfix thinking that you ve established customer service As I had to head down state for a funeral. He said the quickest he could get me in was Monday, four days later!!! For a five-minute spark plug change????? I went to Marathon auto and the mechanic fixed it in less than seven minutes and even though he did not ask for payment I paid him anyway! There is no such thing as customer service at Randy s!!!! Go to Marathon auto! You will be much happier!

I did not purchase any direct services from this location, but was helped by one of your towers today (or atleast a tower wearing your hoodie)! I accidentally locked myself out of my rental car while it snowed and he stopped to help me unlock it right away! I'm travelling for work and was quite flustered, so I was completely blown away by his kindness and will definitely pay back the favor.

Great shop to take your vehicle. I had my entire engine replaced and only took about 2 weeks. Friendly and helpful and they answered all my questions throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had an a/c problem that they fixed in a day. Price-wise I didn't shop around because of their location so I don't know how they compare. Seemed like nice people.
