The staff is amazing, friendly, educational, very no pressure place to do business.They really took care of my car like it was their own. They took my idea of a 'mom tank' and made it more than what I could of ever thought possible for an acadia. I bought a truck recently and the previous owner had Protect MI Ride apply their Ceramic Pro Coating (Gold Package) to the vehicle. This truck is so easy to clean due to the high quality coating. I decided to take it in and have the team clean it for me as I could not get it clean to my high standards during the winter months. The owner got me in quick. The truck was done quick. They did an amazing job getting the truck looking like new. Lars and Aaron did the work. They very patiently went over the details of what they did, they answered all my questions about how to care for the coating. I have also spoken to the owner on a couple occasions too, he was also very helpful and patient. If you are thinking about having your vehicle ceramic coated, go see the guys at Protect MI Ride !! Amazing product and service !! Would highly recommend them for all your detailing needs.

Aaron and his team are great to work with and do amazing work. I've had them rust proof and ceramic two different vehicles. I've never had my vehicles looks better than when I pick them up from their shop. They got scratches out of my black Tahoe that a body shop couldn't even get out! Will keep going back.

Bought my car new from the dealership and took it right to Aaron and his team. Great work with the ceramic coat and rust protection. It has been on the roads year round for the last 2 years and I can t believe how good it still looks.Came to the shop for the annual cleaning and reapplication of the rust protection this week. Took care of the car like it was his own. Thank you so much.

After having work done at a different shop in town and not being happy, I decided to take my vehicle to Protect Mi Ride. It s was a very refreshing experience. I could tell right from the start that these guys care. They did exactly what they said they would and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I m very happy with the quality and cleanliness and will be referring everyone to them.

They did a excellent job on my 05 V-Rod it looks better than show room. You can see you reflection on the smallest trim pieces. The radiator cover looks like brand new, the white stripe created from debris bouncing off virtually disappeared.Absolutely check them out.

Just picked up my Audi Q7 from my 2 weeks after installation inspection IT LOOKS GEAT! Kudos to the team of DB, Justin and Mike. They were very professional, and paid great attention to detail. I was given a full explanation of what was done, and what I can do to insure that my vehicle maintains its showroom appearance . First stop for my new Lucid Air Grand Touring will be Protect My Ride!

Had the ceramic coating redone under warranty. Unfortunately there were consistent new scratches just under the hood on the top part of the silver plastic grill. Very obvious. So I immediately called them and then took it over there for the owner to look at it. He said there s no way that they could of did this. And wouldn t own up to any responsibility. This can t be buffed out. So it has to be replaced. And I will have to pay for it. I spent over 4000 dollars there on treatments. So next step is going to be small claims court.Service: Ceramic coating

In researching rustproofing applications for our new Equinox, I settled on the Corrosion Free treatment. No one in the Grand Rapids area offers this, so I decided to travel to TC and schedule with Protect Mi Ride. The warranty covers new and older vehicles, so I scheduled both our new 2021 and our 2016 to be done at the same time. Work was done last July and Protect Mi Ride staggered the work so we could enjoy the area while each vehicle was being worked on. Very happy that I chose this business! The owners, Aaron and Shauna and their employees, are friendly and professional and super to work with! Example:Fast forward to October and while concluding a vacation with my wife and daughter, I called for a re-application to be done on the vehicle we were using before traveling back to GR. Protect Mi Ride was able to fit us in at the last minute so the work could be done while we waited in their new waiting area. It was close to lunch time and they were in the process of ordering tacos from the nearby take out. They asked if we'd like to order some too. Since we hadn't eaten, we ordered lunch, fully expecting to pay for it. When lunch arrived they graciously picked up the tab for us! We ate and shortly thereafter, our car was ready and we were on our way. Just an example of the genuine desire to treat their customers like family. I may be some distance from their location, but I wouldn't hesitate to use their services or recommend them for the best work and customer service anywhere. Ready to head back up to have my second car done soon.

5 stars so far. I love supporting family owned local small businesses. Shauna and Aaron's Protect MI Ride is the epitome of a small business where you don't get treated like just another number. I just dropped off my first vehicle (class B motorhome) for the full undercoating and lifetime ceramic coating. Between the great reviews and the samples of their work that I have seen so far I'm confident I will be happy with the work and plan on bringing them a new truck I have on order and my Jeep for the same treatment. Will report back with results and pictures.

Top Notch service from start to finish! They were extremely helpful on the phone during the booking process, explained everything in detail and I knew exactly what to expect. Although I felt I had researched this product pretty well, I wasn t prepared for how well my F150 looked absolutely blown away! Mike and Justin met me when I picked up, explained everything that was done and exactly how I could keep it looking it s best. I highly recommend this family owned, extremely friendly and expert business.

This small business manages a surprisingly good combination of excellent customer service and really impressive final product results. All communications were timely and extremely professional. The owner was patient with me in walking through all of the options available and I never had the impression that he was trying to upsell me . I elected for rust proofing, ceramic coating, and partial film coverage. The product was applied to a 2018 car that has never seen salt or Winter before. I like to keep my cars for up to 10 years and I suspect with this early investment in protection that should not be a problem.I highly recommend the business.

Aaron did film and ceramic coat on my 2020 Miata, did a beautiful job last fall. True story- took my car in for service today and when I picked it up he suggested I get paint protection film to preserve my great paint. Aaron did such a good job the guy couldn t see the seems! . He said he had been a detailer for ten years and never saw a better job.Just thought I'd share.

Horrible management and the couple that tuns it seem to fight just about every day with no care in the world how they act in front of employees. They also seem to be superrr stoned every single day and will break things and cover it up with "quick fixes"

Stainless isn't REALLY stainless! Aaron came to the house and treated our stainless refrigerator and leather couch. Fingerprints and smudges wipe off easily even after two months they still look new. Thanks Aaron!
