Olsons was excellent at communicating my car s status during the repair. Doug took extra care in making sure all worked well and was perfect before completion. The Bronco looks perfect and it was nice and clean upon picking up. Thanks for the great work.

Olson s Auto Body had great customer service, and my repair looks better than the truck did brand new. They also went above and beyond my expectations and detailed the interior and exterior of my truck. If you have any cosmetic damage or insurance claims and need body work done on your vehicle, please do yourself a favor and take your car into Olson s Auto Body. Fairly easy to deal with as my truck needed a minor repair to the rear passenger side door. The truck had a strong chemical/paint smell which I didn t think much of since it had just been touched up. Upon getting home and looking closer there was paint overspray on the interior door trim and a major drip from excess paint right out in the open on the door. Not great attention to detail and they should have never let it leave like this. Disappointing since they were recommended to me.

Just got my vw gti back from Olson s, they did an amazing job! Car looks brand new. Insane attention to detail, new parts line up perfectly next to oem parts and they defogged one of my headlights so the new one didn t stick out at all. Would definitely take my car back there and I recommend them for anyone in the Traverse area!

Multiple mistakes/defects in the paint work. (The in-house detailer scratched up the new paint anyway) poor panel alignments, and front bumper fitment issues. after multiple attempts still didn t get it right. So I gave up on them. Customer service is great though (hence 2 stars).

Great customer service.I had a dissatisfied exchange with Redmonds Auto, and so I decided to give Olsen Auto a try. Being a family business, Olsen had decades of reputable experience and excellent customer experience. The staff was knowledgeable, and more importantly they were honest. The staff educated me through the process and did not try to take advantage of someone who knows little about vehicles. I am very pleased with my experience doing business with Olsens, I would recommend it to anyone without a doubt.

Olson s was amazing! The worked with us when we needed to get a car repaired around the holidays by coordinating with our insurance company and finding the best prices on the parts. The work was superior, it was like getting back a new van. Thank you!!

Just had some repair work done on my Wrangler and all I can say is WOW. I had a bunch of acorn damage (I guess that s a thing) to the tune of over 50 dings/dents.After a few days they have the Jeep looking better than ever. They even cleaned it inside and out - and trust me that was no small feat, because the Jeep was filthy when I dropped it off.I couldn t recommend Olson s more!

Got a quote from them they are a thousand dollars more then other shops and give no explanation of why they think they are better then the other shops
