Dead battery the day before Christmas. I called and went into the store 2 times. Both of the people who were working that day were SUPER helpful and friendly! It gave me a bright side to what started out as an awful day

Had a headlight out and Tom came out, looked at vehicle and then proceeded to not only get the bulb but install it for me as well. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Thanks Tom!!

Jacob stayed late until we arrived and after they closed store and left we were still working on van. 20 minutes later, Jacob showed up asked if we had it fixed and helped us..if it wasn't for him we would be riding in a tow truck for 60 miles and over a 200 dollar bill!Thank you Jacob!!!

We were working on my daughter's first car, so you can imagine the urgency driven by her excitement to drive it that day & by my need for her to be safe doing so.We'd ordered parts online, but...it turned out several were incorrect.We could not put this work off!I made 3 separate trips to O'Reilly's within a few hours for different parts!Thankfully, they were open on a Sunday.Jake was fantastic!He was friendly & patient (and remained that way even through my THIRD trip into the store!). He opened boxes to be sure parts were correct before ringing me up, and at one point, even talked to my dad on the phone (who was working on the car at home) when I couldn't describe exactly what was needed.Since I was there multiple times that day, I also witnessed the other staff interacting with other customers as they came in.They were all well taken care of, and from what I could tell, everyone left with what they'd come in for that day.Great customer service at O'Reilly's in Traverse City!

Broke down about two miles away they really helped needed two specific tools and they let me use them my jeep got fix really quickly

Dear Sir or Maam,I wanted to take this opportunity to send in a commendation on your Store Manager Rocky at Store# 58574024 Chum Village Dr.Traverse City, MI 49685.I went into his store the evening of Thursday, Frebruary 2, 2023 at around 7:45pm. It was about 5 degrees with snow blowing sideways.I needed to purchase 2 headlamp bulbs for my 2015 GMC Sierra.Not only was Rocky VERY helpful and knowledgeable, he did not hesitate to offer to help install my bulbs. Mind you, the passenger side bulb was very trick to get to, but his piose and patience during 5 degree weather allowed him to install both of my bulbs.Rocky is nothing short of Amazing and your organization is LUCKY to him him on your Team!Please recognize him for his unmatched customer service!THANK YOU ROCKY!!!!Respectfully,Ray M.Traverse City, MI

The two behind the front counter seem to hate their lives and their job. Very monotone and never welcoming. They are decently knowledgeable about car parts and usually get me what I need. I did buy a fuel filter there and it was the complete wrong one. I went to AutoZone and they gave me the right part. Haven't had very many good experiences here.

Amazing workers, very experienced, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, gave us pointers on where to start with our roadside break line repair. 10/10 experience, sad we won t be in Michigan long.

Got myself in a huge pickle with my car. I live 30 miles west of said parts store and no one had the parst I needed locally. Thankfully, O'Reilly's had the parts I needed and if not, they got ordered to arrive next week. All the staff at O'Reilly's is friendly and helpful. Very happy and grateful for all the help I got today. See y'all soon!

Really great speed and service. Cory came out in the freezing snow and switched out my broken wiper blade quickly, and was super polite and professional the whole time. Really helped me out since I drive for work. Thanks Cory!

I went in for a quote on brake parts and a windshield glass chip repair kit. They were very helpful and friendly. This is a new store and I am glad to see that they are open for business so quickly and that they have good folks working there!

Great place with super service. Brought in my Toyota truck to see if they could figure out the error message we were getting. They scanned it, found the issue and helped me find service center that could repair it more timely than Toyota. Will return.

Yesterday my car ended up dying, so I initially went to advanced auto parts on south airport road since it was closest. I had already had a long stressful day at work. The man at advanced auto refused to help me install my battery and said I needed to take it to a dealership to get installed. (I have a 2015 Buick Enclave) So I called O Reillys and asked if they had my battery in stock and would mind helping me install it. The manager Andy Installed my battery extremely quickly and without hesitation! Both employees yesterday were both respectful and had GREAT customer service. There are a lot of people who out there who are great workers, but have terrible customer service. Without on point customer service, you can be causing your company to lose customers. I will always return to O Reillys in the future! Thanks Andy!

I was in a pinch tonight and needed help badly. I cant do things the way I used to be able too due to health issues. Not only are their hours amazing but the customer service was beyond expectations. Bill went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. (in 20� windy weather) I will be back and 10 out of 10 reccomend to anyone and their automotive needs.

Took back a return, which was paid for with a check, that has already cleared me bank. Said right on the receipt paid with check, they told me it was paid for with a gift card (which it wasnt), and made me get a gift card for the return. (Should have been cash as paying with a cleared check). I thought I found a new auto parts store, but after this, back to advance auto I go (who has never messed up my stuff).

Extremely over priced. Was able to get the exact same parts at a locally owned store for half the price. Nearly 200 dollar's less . Won't be shopping here ever again!

Employees are very helpful but the handful of times I needed parts, they only once did they have what I needed in stock. Had to go to the competitor.
