Young man came out and fit all 3 window wipers on my BMW X1 because I expressed some concern on my ability to do so......he went above and beyond! Great service, I will be back!

Love bramers auto, they have always had the parts I needed on hand for my vehicles. Their prices are as good as some online parts store or better

Post COVID, some of the worst parts. Four parts that should have lasted 8-10 years failed in two years. Very costly and time consuming. Do not recommend their parts.

Well I used to have good service for over 6 years I've been going there for everything I needed for all my business equipment and personal I had purchased their 3-year warranty battery 18 months ago going to get it replaced and they wanted to prorate it and charge me an additional $100 the battery are ready was almost $400 it was the only battery with a 3-year warranty from them that's why I got it well now they don't want to cover underneath the warranty and I highly do not recommend you will have nothing but Hassle and be disappointed

Very very helpful staff ready to answer any questions you may have about Auto Parts and almost always have what you need in stock if not will gladly order it to get it there as soon as possible. I've came to them and search for some difficult to find parts anywhere else in town and the guys were able to not only track down the part I needed but able to get it to their store in a very timely manner without charging me an arm and a leg and just glad to be able to help their customers. I've been going to them for years over anywhere else in town and hands down there customer service and dedication to their customers is amazing. Keep up the good work guys

The lady and the tall man who is the manager or owner are very knowledgeable and great at there jobs. The shorter guy with the glasses is not very good at his job. I am being very P.C about this i could be mean and say what i really think. I will be nice the guy with the glasses should be avoided when you go in.

Always extremely helpful at the front desk and they have helped a few times putting wiperblades lol it can be tricky.

Great shop whenever I go there the staff is extremely knowledgeable and cordial. Most recently I was scrambling to find a strange rare tool that everyone else in town had no idea about. They knew exactly what it was and they went above and beyond to get it to me without having to buy a whole set.Keep up the great work!

John and Randy went above and beyond! I was in a bind and had to have my car done almost immediately. I explained my situation and they just said bring the car in and we will get you taken care of.THEN, They even checked the warranty on my battery and found out I still had one that I was unaware of! Recommended me to an auto parts store and they immediately took care of me. I can't say enough about the service here. I'm just so grateful.

Love the family that owns this Napa business not only because I used to work for them in the past but.. Because they are truly great people that do a amazing job! Mike, Nancy, and Mark will do what ever it takes to get you on the road again :-)

Recently went there to pick up some parts for my Chevy 1500. Guy I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great deal and quick service. Highly recommend, 5 stars!!!

Knowledgeable staff, great service. A long time northern Michigan family business, there are cheaper brands you can visit but Bramer's is always a better choice.

Very helpful people working here. Installed my new battery in a 2011 GMC and didnt charge for the install. The saleman,Cody also tested the alternator and battery for free , to make sure it was the battery that needed replacing.
