Incredible dealership. I own several Mercedes Benz. I popped in here to pick up a few parts and they replaced my key battery to my GLS at no charge. Very thoughtful. Very accommodating. Prices were fair and the staff was super knowledgable. I have yet to buy a car from them but the first few interactions leave me in no question that at some point I will have a Mercedes Benz from MB of TC. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and purchasing experience! Worked with Christy and she did an amazing job helping me through the ordering process. Took delivery a few months later and had all the paperwork ready to complete in less than 15 min. Also very happy w/ my E450 wagon!

I always have a positive experience with M-B of Traverse CIty. Whether it's a phone to call setup an appointment or ask questions. The staff are great and Ashley is a true professional and manages customer service to perfection. The technicians have always done great work on my car too and I like the quick wash of the car before I leave too! I recommend this dealership.

We were up from Columbus, Ohio and staying in Petoskey, MI to ski for three days up at Nub's Nob Ski Area. On our first morning of the ski vacation we came out to close our lift gate and the lift gate would not close. We called the dealership around 9 am and they indicated that we could come in for a same day visit. We traveled through a snow storm and arrived at the dealership around 11 am and the service department examined the ML350 for us while we waited in the lobby. We were told that a new part was needed to fix the tailgate and we would need to come back the next day. We asked if the dealership could provide us a loaner vehicle. We were told that it might not be possible due to the backup of service appointments that all MB dealership are currently experiencing. The service department spoke with someone and they decided to provide us a car and allowed us to leave our ML350. We were able to move our ski equipment into the loaner vehicle and go directly to the hill. Additionally, the dealership texted us the next day (Friday) and we were able to pay for the service from the lift chair at Nub's. The dealership put our keys under the mat of our repaired car and allowed us to return the loaner vehicle after hours on Friday evening. The staff at the dealership literally saved our family ski vacation. I think we hugged multiple people thanking them for their kindness.

It's a car dealership, and it is a good one. I cannot say I had any issues with the place here. Overall, a decent place and would highly recommend it.

Working with Christy and Greg at Fox Mercedes was great. They made every step of my experience, the best and as easy as possible. They took care of issues that were presented on the vehicle, explained every process to me, and answered any questions that I had. They made us feel welcome and part of the family feeling. It was far different from working with any other dealership around. They really care and make it very personable, and you are not just another sale to them.We had a no hassle situation and they worked with us on every aspect of the purchase and made it so easy. We were disgusted from the service that we received at nearby dealerships and took a chance coming there to even purchase a vehicle that was not a Mercedes. We are so glad we did and will continue to go there when we are ready to seek out another vehicle even though we would not be getting a Mercedes. The team can still seek out other vehicles throughout Fox motors etc.

I took my car for what I thought would be a one day service. It turned out to be much longer but I had use of a wonderful loaner Mercedes for nearly two weeks. I was kept updated during the process and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Everyone was professional and I will definitely be back for any needs.

I've found that this dealership does excellent work.Car is always washed and cleaned, never any grease or dirt on my seat like other places I've had my car serviced. The service staff are always very friendly and helpful and the service manager does a great job and is very friendly too. I feel, very strongly, that I can recommend this dealership to my friends and co-workers for any work they need! Keep up the good work!Thank you,Dan

The service at Traverse City Mercedes Benz is exceptional. whether you are buying a car or having one serviced, the staff is always friendly, helpful and above all, never pushy or hard sell. They give you plenty of time to consider your options and always listen to your concerns. I always leave feeling satisfied with the work performed and the price paid. I love the fact that my car is cleaned, too, that's just part of the service! Most often, I make an appointment for service, so there is a car available for my use while my car is serviced but occasionally, I just drop by for a minor issue and I wait in the clean, comfortable waiting room where I help myself to coffee, bottled water or tea. I will definitely buy another Mercedes and I will buy it from MBTC and have it serviced there too!

This dealership is why I drive Mercedes. Your team is smart, efficient and customer-focused. They worked with me, around my difficult schedule to get my car fixed properly and returned to me. It was a difficult fix and they handled it with professional efficiency. Everyone, there was polite and helpful and worked with me in every way.

My husband and I had moved from out of state and needed a car soon after we arrived. Christy P. was efficient to provide me with the specifications I was looking for in our vehicle and was very kind and professional when we met. Joe C. helped to get all our paperwork in order and got us out of the door in a reasonable amount of time. We certainly will be back next year for another Benz. Thank you both for the excellent service we received.

Last weekend, my wife an I purchased a CPO Mercedes CL 550 from MBTC. It proved to be a very pleasurable experience. The CL price was excellent and we received a fair amount for our trade-in vehicle. These guys were friendly, courteous, and helpful.Although we live in Southwest Ohio, they made it worth the time traveling to Traverse City. Of course, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride home in the CL 550.

The owner must be very proud to have a staff as great as this. A mechanic, Al Smith took his lunch hour off to help us get back on our way. Old school friendly caring people work here. A five star plus dealership in my book.

I continue to be impressed by the helpfulness and courtesy of the service staff. I live 70 miles from the dealership, and my periodic maintenance has turned into an enjoyable trip to Traverse City for my wife and I with the generous use of Fox's loaner. Thumbs up!

My car had a small oil leak from day I bought it in another state. Dealerships from other areas "repaired" the obvious problem without really understanding the actual cause. MB of Traverse City refused to give it a half-hearted attempt and instead took a we-will-not-be-defeated attitude. Problem solved. My wife loves her car and they've earned another loyal customer. Great experience from a smaller market dealership.

Once again staff at Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City made it easy to get my GLK 350 serviced. Picked my car up from the airport for me and had it serviced and ready to go when I got home. Great service, never a glitch, never a problem. Thanks to all!

I came to this workshop to have them replace some components of the AAC system in a W221. I have worked on this vehicle for years but with the summer fast approaching and my limited schedule it was a job I did not want to do. Repair cost was just short of a few thousand dollars, which is understandable. The work by the mechanic was done correctly and very well, at least on the AC portion. The problem arose when I noticed a lack of power steering as soon as I pulled out of their lot. I pulled over and checked the reservoir which was overfilled. The shop was now closed and I didn t want to keep the workers there any later, so I headed home. Upon inspecting the vehicle at home, I noticed a leak in the power steering system. After removing the engine splash shield I noticed that the pigtail for the speed related power steering solenoid was hanging, and appeared to be sheared off. I later called and spoke with the staff about the issue, as the power steering system was working properly when the vehicle was dropped off. I was invited back to the shop to discuss the issue. A few days later I came and spoke with them regarding the problem. The staff stated that when we lifted the vehicle, we saw that sensor hanging there. The problem is, in the original report that lists vehicle faults, this was not mentioned. Furthermore, due to the engine splash shield covering the rack and pinion which houses the solenoid, disassembly would have been required before they would have been able to see the sensor. Finally, I live hours away from this workshop, and I would not drive there and make something like this up just for fun. They then told me that the vehicle has aftermarket parts allover it I was not quite sure what that statement had anything to do with what my issue was, nor were there that many aftermarket parts fitted to the vehicle, minus the driver side headlight and one lower control arm. They then proceeded to tell me how the driver s side SAM had aftermarket wires going everywhere. This is not true, as the wiring and the relative SAM at the time were original all marked with a MB part number and the tri-blade logo. This was also an irrelevant statement, and I believe they were trying to convince me that the vehicle was not functioning properly due to these aftermarket parts. They also mentioned that the vehicle appeared to have been hit which probably cause the issue - although the vehicle was damaged underneath a long time ago, the solenoid was intact and again, it was working when I pulled the car directly into their shop. There were more statements made which I believe were not accurate and made up so they could deny responsibility. They then told me that they could look at the car and diagnose what the issue was for $125/hr, even though the issue was very clear as evidenced by the broken solenoid. The interesting part is, I was not that concerned for the broken part, or the few minutes it would take to fix (in fact, I already took care of it myself). I was concerned for their lack of respect making inaccurate statements to deny responsibility and making a customer feel irrelevant. I have wrenched on this car for years (and previous generations of the S class that I have owned), so I know what condition it was in when dropped off. They would have certainly earned a better review if they would have simply just apologized to me in person at that time I was there. Their tactics are very concerning to me.

My E350 was having an issue that needed attention. My home is in TC yet I m not in town much. I was home in late June and made an appointment for June 27. I brought my car in at 8am and made it clear I was only in town until July 5. Ashley, who I found to be awesome, took good care of me. At the same time I asked Ashley for a Full Detail on My Car. I left with my loaner car but moments later I realized I had forgotten something in my car that I needed. I returned to the dealership and saw my car was already on the lift. I spoke with Stewart, the technician, and asked if he could see the issue. Yes sir he replied. He stated the clamps holding up my muffler had broken off. He stated it was a quick fix. He told me I would hear from Ashley on when my Car would be done. Great I thought and left. BTW Stewart was awesome also. Hmmm that s when my experience turned bad. I waited to hear from Ashley but the call never came so later that day I tried to call. I got her voicemail and left a message. About an hour later still no call back, maybe she was busy, I will reiterate, I think Ashley is awesome. Finally I decided to text her as she told me I could. About 15 minutes later I received a return text explaining the issue with my car and the estimate and to please review. I needed 4 Clamps . The Estimate a diagnosis fee a fee for the repair and for labor which came to $1000 plus the $300 Full Detail fee which came to $1300. I figured it s a Mercedes so of course it s gonna be pricey lol so I accepted the estimate. I then called Ashley again to find out when my car would be ready. She answered this time. She said the parts would be in on Friday, which was the next day, and my car would be ready Saturday! Great I stated and again told her that works for me because I was flying out of town early on Wednesday so it would give me time to enjoy my car before I left. Well I never heard from anyone on Saturday. I was ok because I had a loaner. I figured it was because I requested a Full Detail so it was taking a little longer. Well Monday came and still no call. I tried calling Ashley, voicemail again. I finally heard from Ashley. She told me they were extremely busy and now my car wouldn t be ready til Tuesday. I then again made it clear I was leaving early Wednesday morning. Now comes Tuesday and no call. I called Ashley and she told me she would call me back shortly. She returned my call only to tell me the parts came in 1 clamp short and my car wouldn t be ready until Wednesday. This is when I started to get frustrated. This was Tuesday, I was leaving Wednesday morning, the parts were supposed to be in last Friday and your just finding out the parts came in short. So my car has been sitting there for 6 days, the Full Detail still wasn t done and I m leaving town in the morning. Ashley asked if there was a place they could drop my car off. I said sure but I m not gonna pay for it until I see that my car is fixed and a Full Detail was complete. That of course wasn t possible. So I stated that they would have to keep my car until I returned in 4 weeks. That too wasn t possible. So I stated what am I supposed to do? It s my last day in town. Traverse City is packed because of the Cherry Festival and the 4th of July. You ve had my car for a week on a quick fix it sat there the whole time with no attention andnow you re telling me the parts came in short and it needs another day, are you serious!!! I then called Dave at Traverse City BMW, he s the GM there. Thanks Dave, you Rock! Dave got them to find the part that was missing (a clamp) locally and told me my car would be ready by days end. Ashley texted me at 4:00 to tell me my car was ready. So I drove through traffic on my last day in town at 4:00pm to finally pick up my car. I paid the bill in full ($1350) received no apology for the run around and left. Oh and the $300 Full Detail must not include vacuuming the trunk or cleaning the sun roof because neither was done!

We have been dealing with MB for many years( since the 70's when they were located in Acme!) and will continue to do so as long as we are driving our MB which we love. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make your experience "The Best"! Our S500 is always in tip-top shape Thanks to them!!

I tend to switch cars every year and hop from brand to brand. The sole reason I'm still with MB is the service of the Traverse City dealership. They picked up my car from the airport parking lot - while I was on a business trip to LA - serviced it and returned it to the very same lot before I had landed again. It was extraordinary and very welcome in the pre-christmas time crunch.

I am very pleased with the service I received at this dealership. They had me in as promised, provided a loaner car and actually repaired the vehicle before we left the area for home. Everyone was extremely helpful a pleasant and I would highly recommend this dealership for any repair service.

Christy Petrini has been my guide into Mercedes Benz ownership since 2010. I retired a wonderful BMW E34 M30 and bought a C Class. Really solid automobile and good service. It s valuable to me to have a loaner vehicle for routine maintenance. Fox always brings a car right to my home, then I drop the loaner off on my way home at days end. Terrific! Two C Class sedans (W203/204), and now a pristine GLK. Really the best automotive engineering, with reliability and quick service department that manages the expected and unexpected equally as well. I am fairly new to Mercedes-Benz, purchased a 2012 C300. I have been more than satisfied with the service at Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City. The staff is very friendly, they have a loaner ready (even warmed up in winter) when you show up, the work is done in a timely manner and the car is cleaned (inside and out) when you pick it up.

My first experience with the maintenance organization starting with Lisa Monson was exceptional and professional. She took extra time to explain the operation of the parking and fog light system which I thought was faulty. I feel that the C300 is in good hands.
