We were selling a car and wanted to get a basic cleaning, so M22 said they could offer a 2-hour detailing for $150 rather than their usual 4-hour detailing for $250. They did a good job on the dash, and the carpets looked good, but they didn't vacuum the cargo bay at all, and the rear-seat interior windows were likewise untouched. I left a VM, but they called back and said because it was only a 2-hour job, these areas weren't included -- but that they would be happy to do them for an additional $100. I stopped by one of those car-wash places in TC with free vacuums and did the cargo bay in about 10 minutes, then stopped by a gas station and polished the windows in another 10 minutes. I did it with no love in my heart. To me it makes no sense to treat customers like this, especially new customers who offer the potential for more business. I mean, this is a DETAILING business, and the cargo area and windows are not even details -- they're basic cleaning. We won't be back.

I detailed my own vehicles for years. Now that I m older I just don t have the stamina to wash and wax a vehicle in an afternoon any more. After I purchased my 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500 High Country, I wanted to make sure it was protected from the elements living in northern Michigan. These guys offered the perfect solution. They applied the ceramic coating top to bottom and it looks beautiful. My full-size truck took two days including tinting the windows. It looked beautiful when I picked it up. Can t wait till summer to really see it shine. Thanks M22 for a professional job. I would highly recommend them to protect, clean and accessorize your vehicle.

I am one who expects good service when I give my business somewhere and when a business falls below or exceeds in service and workmanship I feel the need to tell someone about it. With that being said I found the experience at M22 Detailing to be one of the best experiences I have ever had at any business. When I first walked in to discuss what I wanted to do with my truck and how I wanted it to look Mary along with Rory and Evan took a great deal of time to help me decide on everything that would help me achieve the best look for my Truck. They didn't know me from Adam but treated me like family throughout the whole process and each time I have been back. They have passion for their own vehicles and they treat yours as if it was theirs...and it clearly shows in the work that they do! I trust and respect the work that they do and will continue to bring my vehicle to them because they truly love working on vehicles and making them look their absolute BEST! If you're thinking about getting your vehicle detailed, do not hesitate to have these guys do it. They do an excellent job and the customer service blew me away! Great people! My truck is only several months old but now looks better than it did the day I picked her up! Best place around for taking care of your vehicle. I have used their services for cosmetic as well as some technical work and they have never let me down.The team is great, and the prices are fair. I wouldn t bother with any other shops for anything you need done.

Big thank you to all the folks over at M22 Detailing in Traverse City. They have done ceramic coating and tint on our work truck. From the initial process of going over what I wanted done, to the complimentary maintenance check-in/detail two months later, Evan and the guys at M22 have been extremely accommodating and professional. After picking up my car Evan and his team were the first stop to get some work done. They completed a full front end PPF as well the rockers and he threw in the A pillars for free! They also did a complete ceramic coat on the car and wheels to keep it everything protected. I knew I wanted ceramic tint for my car and they had a great option with the Stek Smart Series tint and it came out looking awesome! Lastly Evan even accommodated me by installing a few parts I had purchased to get the car looking exactly how I wanted. You can tell by the photos the car turned out great but the thing I appreciated most was how accommodating they were with my schedule. I was bringing my car from metro Detroit and I would never have been able to do so if it wasn't for them being so easy to work with. Any issues I had Evan was quick to answer and offer a solution. Hopefully in the future I will be working with them again!

Top notch! The team was responsive to my initial request for a quote, accommodating when I needed a ride after dropping my truck off, and even finished the job earlier than they estimated. I got the silver package (5 year ceramic coating). I highly recommend M22 detailing.

I brought in my jeep for a vinyl wrap, as it was neon yellow and i wanted pink. Kevin, Rory, and their guys did their best to accommodate my requests (even when it was time consuming and required a lot of effort) and make the image i had pictured in my head come to life. They were very friendly and communicated with me through the whole process. Unfortunately, using vinyl wrap on a jeep is not easy because of uneven edges and odd angles, so they really struggled to cover the yellow like I had hoped. My door jambs, parts of my grill, and inside of my doors remain yellow, but after some convincing, they did manage to cover my roll bars with black vinyl. Overall, it was a long process and the results were just shy of my expectations.

Recently drove over wet paint by mistake and splattered white all over the side of my black Durango . Ordered removal product online and proceeded to remove very little of the road paint but also completely scratch my car. I decided to let the professionals handle it from there.M22 Detailing made the process so simple. They had me bring the car in to look at the damage beforehand and gave me a fair price. They removed the road paint, corrected the scratches, applied a clear coat, and completely detailed the inside and outside. When I pulled up to pick up my car, I honestly wasn t sure if it was my car or not until I got closer. It SPARKLED! My car was AWFUL when I dropped it off. Kids and dogs and lots of plant transporting. I still can t believe the transformation. UPDATE 5-15-23. It is sad I have to take back a 5 star good review for a local business, however my last visits and the quality of their services have decreased. When I took my brand new vehicle in for the ceramic they chipped paint, failed to own up to, and correct their mistakes until my husband and I went to the owner, and even then they were hostile about the actions their employees made.and now SIX months later my tint is peeling off of my car and the ceramic (I got the lifetime package) is failing and not holding up and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. So I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to have their work corrected. This place is a fancy boys with sports cars club and I will not go back and don't recommend anyone using them.M22 did a stunning job on my AT4 Terrain, amazing service.Services: Window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

I Had an amazing experience I have recently purchased a vehicle and they took a look at the exterior due to it having a wrap on it even tho I had many questions they were able to answer every single one and gave me great information on it and sent me home with a bottle of protectant as well. Over all would highly recommend to anyone looking to get automotive care done.Really cool people and a really cool place.

Headlight PPF six months later..After I had Evan polish my vehicle s headlight six months ago (did an excellent job bringing it back to life to match the new one). I was later convinced to get PPF installed on them both. After some talk with him about the product and what it can do(ask him about it) He worked his magic.Six months later the application is showing no signs of giving up and looks just how it left the day it was done... M-22 Detailing recently did the ceramic underbody coating on my 2004 Lexus LX470. They were great to work with, communicated well, and explained how the coating would protect my vehicle against salt/future rust. Mary has even offered to help me find a company that might be able to do a little rust correction on my wife's vehicle's tailgate. That is going above and beyond! I am excited to go back and get my LX body/paint ceramic coated in the near future. Definitely recommend M-22!

Tint looks great, zero bubbles. Great group of guys and excellent communication with Evan. Was able to get the suburban in even with being extremely busy. Got more work done. I have now trusted two of my vehicles to the guys at M22 Detailing of Traverse City for the lifetime ceramic coat. Everyone is friendly and courteous. They have treated my vehicles with great care. Recently, they made my 1999 Mitsubishi 300GT look like it just came off the showroom floor! I can't believe how amazing it looks! These guys rock! First time owning a black vehicle and I want it to continue looking good! 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating were just the ticket! Plus a little tint. Absolutely spectacular job Evan has done! He was patient with me while my car was getting repaired from a deer accident. He made me feel comfortable with bringing the car back to its original condition. I had the ceramic coating (5yr protection) done interior and exterior. He was able to accommodate my special request to the car along with giving me a chauffeur ride back to work, early morning. 10/10 would highly recommend! Very professional and outstanding service! I will definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be returning for more services!
