Kim is extremely friendly and was able to get my car in and out the same day! I was in traverse city for a work conference and was concerned about how I was going to get back home. But thanks to Kim, I am able to get home with no worries. I would recommend him to anyone in the area. Needed a new wheel bearing and sensor on my car before heading downstate, Kim was able to get my car in the day before I had to leave and fixed everything perfectly. Out of all the shops in TC, this is the place to go. Super reasonable pricing, timely, and answers the phone promptly!

I saw all the positive reviews and called Kim on July 20th to get my vehicle in for a fuel pump. He said he had too many vehicles right now but would call me the beginning of the next week. He took my name and phone number. I waited over a week and called back after not hearing back from him and he AGAIN told me he would contact me the next week. Here it s Aug. 30th and have NEVER gotten a call back from him.

Every time I go in they quote me a price and stick to the estimates. They have several other assocuate locations to help service be speedy and as close to when they say your job will be completed. If there are delays they did their best to let me know as soon as they are aware and communicate openly. Good shop to work with.

Fast, fair prices, and good results. I had a Chevy Cobalt with an engine that would go through a stuttering fit. I had taken it to three other mechanics and a Chevy dealership to fix that problem. $4,000 later, I had a bunch of new parts in my engine but the problem persisted. I took it to KC auto, got a MAPI sensor installed, and got the problem fixed for a very reasonable price. He found a pair of similar-but-different pressure valves plugged into the wrong sockets... or something like that. Either way, he was the first to actually dive in and find the cause of the problem. I really wish I found this guy years ago!

Kim, the owner is a GEM. He s honest, talented, and very knowledgeable!!! I sometimes sit on an old chair to talk to him while he works on my car! LOVE YOU KIM!

I have all ways been treated fairly never felt like I was being cheated. always been great work done I've never had to take it back for the same thing always got it done on time when he said he was going to. He is the only mechanic that I trust to work on all my vehicles

Talk to them last week, told me over the phone I was penciled in for Tuesday, could bring it in Monday. Called to tell them I was on the way, and Kim who I talked to last week said "I don't remember talking to you, nope not penciled in"
