Incredible Customer Service. I did everything through text. Tim - handled my situation. I purchased the vehicle based on photos and texts. I'd do it Again - Through THIS dealer!!! After Meeting Mike and Dollie. I will only go there moving forward. I My "New" Jeep!3/2/24- The Car drives Great! It Does need an oil change, and I'm going to have it looked over by Master Muffler to see IF it needs Anything. But, I don't believe it's going to be more than a basic cost of buying used... it's Well worth Anything in may need. It's Sound. Just, Might need a sensor that's in a scrappy place. So. It's not Expensive And it's not Cheap. She's worth it though.

I have bought cars from Jack's Auto for many years. They are always trustworthy, dependable and reliable. You won't find a "used car salesman " here. They truly do all they can to get you on the road in a safe auto. Jacks repair and sales are ethical and reliable.

Had been looking for a car for many months when we found a Durango at Jack's by far the best car buying experience even compared to big dealerships, my wife loves her vehicle! Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were 1000% satisfied!! Will buy more vehicles from Mike at Jack's auto sales!!! Thanks Mike and dolly!!!Fast forward to the end of 2023 and we are beginning to outgrow the Durango we purchased from Mike at Jack's Auto sales a few years prior, after shopping around for a few months we found the vehicle we liked again at Jack's Auto sales Mike Tim and Dolly just truly love their customers and make sure they feel good about buying a used car, don't know that I'll ever buy another vehicle from anyone other than Mike and team!! Thank you guys for truly making buying a used car easy and you leave feeling good about your purchase!

Can't believe there are still honest dealerships out there like Jack's. Tim the sales guy is nice and I Drove over 100 miles to check out a vehicle. After cross shopping the competition in TC I went back and purchased the vehicle from Jack's. Even though I only checked out the one vehicle I was interested in, their entire inventory look like quality, clean cars and they take the time to make everything thing they can right with the car. I will probably end up buying a car here again.

Absolutely amazing experience! I found a classic Mopar I was looking for at this dealer who is located across the country from me. They were very patient and willing to work with me through the process of vehicle inspection, sale, and shipping. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking at a vehicle they have for sale.

Jack's Auto Sales is the best! Have bought 3 vehicles from there and Mike is is very easy and understanding to work with. Also would rather give the small "family owned" business my money.

An honest business. They gave me a fair trade for my truck. A code popped on the vehicle I bought as is- no warranty. Mike came to my house, took the vehicle to the shop, covered the repair, and returned it to my house for me. He didn't need to do all that but he did anyway. If I buy used, this is where I'll be buying from.

Based on our experiences this is a trustworthy and reliable used car dealer, which can be hard to find in such a tough business. They always have a good selection of popular models on the lot. They have also found a vehicle we were interested in looking at, and we wound up buying it. The standard procedure here seems to be finding sound vehicles with moderate mileage, fixing minor repairs and pricing them around the middle of the range. This has been a go-to for us when we start looking for a good used car. They're car people and it shows in the vehicles they offer and the service they provide.

I cannot express how happy I am to have bought my car from Jack's Auto. They have gained me as a lifelong customer with there amazing customer service and honesty in a business. Yesterday I had an issue with a sensor in my car, I called Jacks this morning and spoke to Dave the service manager. He gave me immediate answers and explained to me what was happening with my equinox in a matter of minutes. Every experience I have had a Jacks has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for caring about your customers so much. We appreciate you! :)

Dolly and Mike at Jack's Auto are amazing! When I started "car shopping" I knew that it wasn't going to be easy to find something in my price range that was in good shape and reliable and safe for my family. That is until I went to look at a car at Jack's. They are so friendly and helpful! Also, honest, kind and hilarious. I didn't think I would ever laugh my way through signing papers for a new car, but Mike was too funny not to. I love my car and I appreciate everything Dolly and Mike did to make the process smooth and easy. I will recommend them to anyone I know and I am sure I will be back again. Not anytime soon though, because the car I bought from them is going to last a while I am sure! Thanks again!

Well worth the 100 mile drive! The vehicles, price and customer service were great. I really liked that they inspect their vehicles to ensure you are getting a good car. I would highly recommend Jack's Auto Sales and would buy from them again. This was the best car buying experience I have very had because they were honest and had great vehicles for a good price.

I've been a customer of Jack's Auto Sales & Service for nearly 15 years and during those years I have never felt the least bit concerned when I had them service my cars. They are as honest as the day is long. A very rare find. They once charged me much less than my quote because they later found a much better price for the rear axle I needed. They didn't have to tell me about that better priced part but they did. That's just one of the many cases of help and honesty they have shown me. One of my cars they serviced was a '99 Caravan that went 500,000 miles. When it died they gave me an awesome deal on a loaded 2008 Caravan. It's been a great car. They know what they're doing and can be totally trusted.

Found a car we had been trying to find for some time at Jack's. Came from out of state to test drive it. All was as advertised, took about a hour to take care of the details and head home. They followed up on the paperwork and we couldn't have been happier. Excellent service. Thanks.

They are awesome to work with! They were very patient with us as we were wishy washy on what exact vehicle we wanted... Mike knows his cars! We will be going back there for sure for next set of wheels.

Will never do business with these people again. I took out a loan to purchase a vehicle from them and have had to take it in 10 or 11 times within 3 months. They couldn't figure out the problem and kept replacing random things on the car that did not correct the problem, so they sent it to another mechanic to figure out. THAT mechanic at that OTHER shop figured it out temporarily and then the same problem popped back on again - "service engine soon" light. Stereo wasn't working properly, rear wiper didn't work at all, phone battery charger input didn't work, the exhaust smelled like sulfur, the muffler was LOUD, "service engine light" would pop on within a a day or 2 after taking it in, every single time! But that's not even the worst part. The worst part of all this is their so-called customer service. I was willing to work with them but each time I had to bring the car in the brothers there got nastier and nastier with me - treating me like I was the biggest pain in their butts, I was reallly inconveniencing them, telling me they've "bent over backwards" to make this right, one said he's so stressed, just wanted to leave the business altogether and was bad-mouthing the other brother. Their attitudes were TERRIBLE! Then the owner said that he would get me a replacement; he promised to make this right. I was in tears by that time! I call them after not hearing back for week and the owner was just as nasty and rude as the brothers and COMPLETELY changed his tune and plan about how they were going to "make things right" - buy the vehicle back off from me and send me off to look for another vehicle...KNOWING this was our one and ONLY vehicle. Well, take that piece of junk, LEMON of a car back Jack's Auto! I just walked away from your mess with a beautiful, cherry red, 2015 Chevy Trax with only 2,200 miles on it. It's gorgeous and I'm happy now! I'm patient (you have to be after 11 times) but if you start thinking you get to talk your customers like dogs, some are going to bite back. I would NEVER recommend this headache on my worst enemy. Ever! Everyone has problems, I didn't need to hear their problems on top of my own. Oh, and not ONE TIME did they say something to the effect of "this must be very frustrating" or "I am so sorry this thing is giving you a hassle". Nope they turn the problem of their junky vehicles around and make the customer the bad guy. Terribly unprofessional! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

They were great. I was freaking out cause I had just bought a car and it wouldn't start. AutoZone said I needed a new alternator. Took it to these guys, he tightened down the negative connection to my battery and I haven't had an issue since. Great guys!

I went to Jacks the other day with my father, who was helping me look for a new vehicle. Automatically, the man at the desk assumed my father was looking for a car. When I told him that I was the one that wanted to test drive a vehicle, his immediate response was, are you even old enough to drive? I responded, ummm, yeah... He thought it necessary to ask are you sure? I gave him my license and he had to play it up... oh, I guess you are old enough! He then proceeded to only give details about the vehicle to my father, instead of me... THE INDIVIDUAL PURCHASING THE CAR. I will never go back there again. Apparently a 25 year old woman isn t capable of buying a car on her own.

They sold me my Jeep that had multiple things wrong and that cost me alot. They said it didn't have any thing wrong with it but they just did temporary fixs so it passed the inspection.

The gentlemen who answered the phone was very unproffesional. Referred to me as "dude" and would not accommodate my request to schedule a vehicle showing today. Made me feel like I was out of line for even asking. Terrible sales tactics. Wont be buying from them.

Never deal with them again. They put the plate transfer in the paper work but not to renew the plate so it didn't get included in the loan so 2 weeks later we have to come up with $250 to renew a plate we were told was taken care of.
