I needed an oil change HARDCORE with my previous car a month ago, and J Lube was my choice. The lady devolved and communicated my needed service to the team and they finished in under 5 mins. They are quick quick here and they mean business.She showed me my oil was not the correct color, which I did not fix, but the application of informing me was cool.AND I received a free car wash

Reminder tag was set for four thousand miles instead of five.Asked for my cabin filter replaced and was told they don't stock many of them and never seemed to look.I will start taking my vehicles to Fords.

Tire pressure wasn't checked, but it was checked off as it was on my receipt. Wipers weren't checked nor lights. Not sure if filters were checked, since nothing was communicated to me while I was there.

Very Friendly staff, had a really bad exhaust rattle. The owner fixed the rattle for free, oil change and everything 45$ out the door in less than 15 minutes. Great service, thank you!Services: Exhaust, Oil changeServices: Exhaust, Oil change

J Lube on 14th Street, it's a good place for a quick oil change and vacuum as well. They get it done and serve their purpose. The only reason I am giving them 4 is due to how I pulled up with my Moped seeking out information of where I might be able to get my moped worked on and things of that nature only to be given the hand signal of No and go away. I saw that as very rude (as if I would bring my Moped in to have an oil change at a clear as day car only place - sigh -) outside that I never had an issue with them.

This is my go-to oil change business. The service is always fast, and in addition to the oil change, I get my windshield cleaned and the air in my tires topped off. J-Lube has been my go to oil change spot ever since I moved to TC. There is rarely a wait and it only takes about 15 minutes! The staff is always very friendly, professional, and they are not overly pushy about upgrading services. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering you get a FREE car wash at another local spot every time you get an oil change. No frills, just great service.

Awful customer service, talked badly about other oil change places. When I left there was chugging so I went to get the issue looked at, was told last oil change place (j lube whom I had just left) only put 2 out of 4 screws back in my air filter housing and did not reattach the tube to the housing causing too much air to get in which is where the chugging feeling was coming from. Never will be back. Awful experience.

I've taken my car to other places in the past, but have been going here for the past five years. One reason is the quality of their service, if they find something wrong, they bring it to your attention. The other reason is their support of local schools. They are a supporter of the school Band program and that is huge to me. I highly recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I will never go here again. Unprofessional and disinterested service. Price was near double what I normally pay in Traverse. On my receipt it says my lights checked out fine, which is odd because they didn t have me turn on any lights to test them. The receipt also says I declined a window wash and vacuum interior, I was never offered. I asked at the end how my air filter was, to which I was told it s fine they checked that first thing. I find that hard to believe considering the last time I had my oil changed (different place) my air filter needed changed but the place was out of the kind I needed, so I highly doubt my air filter was looked at.

Quick service but for a reason. Pretty sure the only thing they did was actually changed my oil. I went in knowing that I had a brake light out but nobody checked any of my lights. Nobody checks my tire pressure. I don't even know if they changed my oil filter. But apparently my receipt says that they did all of these things. Sorry to say that I won't be coming back here again.

Had a great experience the last time I was in which was my first. So today I decided I would give them my business even though I had a coupon for another place.Left feeling completely had. These guys didn't ask me what kind of oil I wanted. They just went ahead and put the most expensive stuff they had. Walked out of there with a $100 oil change. I no longer trust these guys.

I got my oil changed. They took off the plastic protective cover under my car and didn t attach it correctly which caused it to drag and break completely. When it was brought up they claimed they moved the plastic piece next to it but not that one itself, claiming they didn t do it when it was never an issue until they changed my oil. Not cool.Service: Oil change

Price is probably slightly higher than elsewhere, but worth every penny. Friendly staff, full service, hard to find this kind of service anymore. Also, they throw in a free car wash for the Mobil down the street.

Came up from Florida and needed an oil change. Kevin was great. This was the best service at any quick lube place. Plus the free car wash is amazing!

Showed up 5 minutes before they closed and still got the best service. Very friendly people. Not only did they change the oil, they checked all the fluids and filters and added washer fluid for free.

I m from out of state and needed an oil change. The staff was friendly, honest & the price was extremely reasonable!!! They gave great advice how to handle another vehicle issue. I highly recommend J lube and Kevin and Jen rock!!!!! Thanks !!!

I took my Toyota to get the oil changed and they charged me just under $100.00 for just the oil change.I had the dealer change it the last time and it was $65.00. I asked why so expensive and they said it was because it's synthetic oil. I went to meijers and they had the same oil for $22.00 a gallon.This was the most expensive oil change I have ever had and will be going back to the dealer because these guys charge way to much and when they checked the air in my tires they had put in different amounts of air and made my light for low air pressure in tires come on.

Disappointed with Jim, because he cussed me out when I asked why he wasn't wearing a facemask. I had to listen to his political philosophy about a known health hazard. It's impressive that a constitutional attorney would moonlight as an oil change attendant.

I have a local guy I normally go to but was in a rush and on a whim decided to go here without knowing anything about the place. Wow! The place was clean! People were very knowledgeable and nice. I think it was Mike who I spoke to the most. Very professional. They are on the wrong side of town for me but he told be about Acme location I will be back.

Friendly fast oil change with coupon for free car wash. Good deal for oil change, but I overpaid for new air filter, something so easy to do yourself and so cheap at auto parts store
