Love this place. I have used them many times. Sliding glass doors. Glass replacement for windows. The latest is 16 pieces of glass to put on top of furniture. It's always perfect and Ken and Mary are great to work with!! I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed

I was visiting from out of town and didn t feel comfortable taking my cracked windshield down the highway with how much it kept spreading. Mary was amazing and got me in asap even shipped the windshield in sooner than I thought. Amazing service and very professional!

We had prompt, outstanding communication and efficient service from Ken at the Glass Doctors in Traverse City. They even washed and shine my new window! It's been 3 weeks and 2 follow up calls and still waiting on a quote that we were told we would get in a week. Was unaware it was a national brand when we called, so you can't even talk to someone local. It just would have been nice to be told they were too busy so we could have looked elsewhere.

I am glad I have the opportunity to provide a review because I am so utterly happy with the job that was done. Glass Doctor came to our house to replace a Subaru windshield. They handled everything, including the auto insurance contact and approval. It could not have been any easier. The man who came out to do the replacement was excellent and tidy. He did a top-notch job and we could not be happier. Thanks so much!

I missed one call from the technician on his way to give me a quote. Mary from the office called me screaming at me. She said I don t know why you can t just pick up your phone. What s so hard about that . She then processed to call me a nasty person when I told her I was not going to be yelled at. The technician Ethan. Was wonderful. But unfortunately I didn t have service done because Mary called me and told me she wouldn t service me due to me asking her to stop yelling. I ended the phone call in total shock at how I was screamed at and berated for not answering my phone one time. Maybe the technician should leave a voicemail when they call as well. I won t do business with a company that s fine with screaming and swearing at potential customers. Mary. Shame on your lack of professionalism and basic human decency.

These guys are awesome! I checked with several local businesses and Glass Docs was the best price and by far the best customer service. Very friendly and helpful, Ken did a beautiful job replacing a large window in my home. We will definitely use them again. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

i know this is really a late reviews as I promise Mary to give one. I purchased car last year fall November 2018 with a small cracked windshield..I called mostly all the windshield repair in Traverse City and ended up choosing Glass doctor as their price are way better than the competitors and also service only took me 1 hour to wait..Mary and the crew are friendly and welcoming. Good job guys.. I recommend them.

Delightful experience with staff at this location. The team started early to look at my windshield last minute while I'm traveling, were extremely welcoming, and honest about exactly what steps they would take to make any repairs cost efficient while fixing the issue at hand. I 100% recommend these guys. I had a large crack in my windshield from a small stone and have never had to deal with replacing a windshield before. I called then yesterday and I believe Rob was who I set the appointment up with. He was extremely nice, gave me the best price in town, and set up an appointment for the mobile service right away. Such a stress free experience. This morning The technician/installer Ethan called when he was on his way, replaced the windshield in an hour and was so polite and professional, which is SO appreciated. Hopefully you all pay him well. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I called The Glass Doctor to make an appointment to get my cracked windshield replaced and spoke to Jim!He was very helpful and got me in the next morning! When I got there they were waiting for me and it only took 30 minutes to fix! I was very impressed with the service and the price was right too! I hope I don't have to get my windshield replaced again but if I do, I will definitely go to The Glass Doctor in Traverse City to get it done!!

Yesterday we had 6 new windows installed. Ken and Marcia (?) not sure of spelling were the workers, and I want to assure you we were very happy with both of them. They arrived In a timely manner, they were both very professional, they continually worked very hard and the quality of the work appears to be excellent. They arrived here at 2:00 and didn't leave until 7:00, which is a very long day with the other appts. they had prior to us. Please take time to let them know we truly were pleased!!!!Thank you - Greg and Karen Muir

I live in Alabama but incurred a cracked windshield on my 2018 A5 in Bellaire Michigan. My claim was initially turned over to another nation wide glass repairer who was totally unresponsive and seemed to be a neophyte in this business. My agent then contacted glass doctor in traverse city. I was promptly contacted. Rob had my vin number and knew what replacement windshield I needed. He came to me the next day and had it replaced in 1 hour. He and Ethan knew what they were doing. There were no issues.I strongly recommend glass doctor.

They were half the price of their competitor, and was able to get it finished in half the time as well. Very friendly crew, and made sure to go over all cautions with me on a new windshield. Definitely recommend

I can not recommend them and would not do business with again. Quality of repair was poor and after repair and charging said door needed to be replaced. Door is held together with silicone caulk and is now very difficult to open.

Technician was extremely polite and efficient. Installed the window perfectly and Glass Doctor was very competitively priced. The added convenience of having them come to the house was priceless. Would definitely recommend.

Got estimate to install new glass on windows around house. Seemed like ok price. Started to proceed but before installation we found rotted wood around the interior window sashes. Asked why they didn t say anything and they said it wasn t their problem and that they just do what the customer asks. Asked about warranty and they said What warranty? Complete joke.

The glass doctor had a specialist come to my work, and have the aquapel done on my windsheild free of charge - for coming. Great work. Very flexible, and doable for any project.

They repaired a window with broken glass that I took to them and also they came to the house to replace sliding glass door window that had shattered.
