I had been car shopping and test driving used cars at various Dealerships. I saw a 2019 Ford Escape with low miles at Fox, and called the Dealership. Sales Rep. Brady Macomber answered my questions and set up a test drive.I drove it and liked it. The price was under the suggested NADA book price. No pressure deal. Several small requests were taken care of by the Dealership without hesitation. After our initial meet, every phone call was answered with my first name. The same with texts. I live an hour and a half away. Test drove on a Wednesday and drove it home the following Saturday. (My schedule) Very nice experience!

Great experience buying from this dealership! It was my first time buying a car and I was purchasing from out of state, so the whole process had me feeling pretty nervous. My salesperson Brady was super helpful and made things simple and easy. Great communication throughout the experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I was traveling from New York with a little trip ahead of me before traveling back home and once getting close to Michigan had an issue with my Bronco. I did some chasing on what the issue could be and eventually I found the problem. I stopped at Fox Ford to inquire about purchasing the parts I needed with plans to have my Ford shop fix it when I returned home. They immediately took my truck in and started looking into the problem for me. They found the exact issue and gave me numerous options on how to fix it andoffered to give me a nice vehicle as a loaner until my truck was done. They even offered to shuttle me somewhere instead of waiting there for the truck to be done. Service and the tech went out of their way to make sure they took care of me fully and I could return home safely.The facility itself was beautiful. It was clean, bright, and packed with friendly employees. While waiting for my truck I walked around their lot and their inventory was massive with a decent amount of variety. Fox sets the bar for any and all dealerships everywhere.

I recently purchased a used truck from Fox Motors. After 5 days and approximately 500 miles the truck malfunctioned causing a minor accident. This malfunction happened four times to two different drivers. Upon towing it to the dealer they could not replicate the issue. With very minimal time and effort they bought the vehicle back as it was (to me) unsafe to drive. At the same time I was able to purchase another used truck, all within 6 days. They even gave me a loaner while diagnosing the first truck. Thanks to Marty Schaub, Sue Perry, Steve Curtis and Tom Gordon for making what was a very stressful situation seamless. Highly recommend Marty and the whole team at Fox Grand Traverse. Over the last 20 years I've either purchased or recommend friends and family for approximately 15 purchases through Marty.

The 2023 Bronco was my first Ford vehicle since my first car ever (a 1984 Ford Tempo that I bought the day I turned 16). John Harding and Fox Grand Traverse Ford made the nine month wait for my custom order 100% worth it. I will be returning to this dealer for my next vehicle, and will be asking for John when I do.

We purchased a 2021 pickup truck, our salesman was john Seely. He was very knowledgeable and returned calls or emails promptly. The only problem I had was the online loan application and getting it filled out. Other than that everything went quite smoothly and I would recommend buying from them.

I was looking for a new truck and stumbled upon Fox Motors website, they had very competitive pricing and a good selection of vehicles. I reached out to them and was contacted by David Bigger. David was very knowledgeable and listened to my wants and needs. He then worked to make everything painless and easy. It was a great buying experience! After dropping off my F150 I was given a Lincoln car as a loaner which was completely frozen so I couldn t make it to my next appointment on time due to this. There was no windshield scraper so Nichole had to go and try to find one but couldn t so she found someone else to take care of the vehicle since I guess they didn t do what they were supposed to beforehand. My appointment has been scheduled for a month so the loaner should have been ready to leave at 0700 when I arrived for my appointment. Also the fuel was at half and I was told don t worry about that but sign the contract that says it is full.Please advise.

We bought a new Ford Transit van this year and recently took it in for its first oil change. I dealt with three service people, and they all provided stellar customer service. People were friendly, efficient and professional. I am relieved that I will be dealing with such competent staff going forward. The quick lube express was busy, but we got through more quickly than I expected. I had a very good experience.

First online vehicle purchase and the vehicle was as good or better than represented! Delivered right to my door-4.5 hours away. I was lucky enough to connect David Biggers for sale. Great guy, reassured me with video calls and plenty of pictures! Great guy and great experience

I was there a couple weeks ago after losing my last car in an accident and I was very thankful to everyone who helped me through the process of a new car. Tyler was patient and let me decide what I wanted which is nice since the last dealership I went to rushed me into the first option. He also worked well with my bank so I got the best option for my budget. All the sales people seemed very friendly/helpful and Tyler mentioned they have all been there for 10+ years. I hope my new car will last a long while and I'm very happy with it but if needed I'll be back at Fox Ford for any car buying needs!

I'd love to give this dealership a good review. They have mostly done well keeping my car in good shape. But every interaction is a challenge. No one answers their phone, and every contact is a series of messages. It is almost as if they would rather not talk to their customers. The only human you can talk to are a rotating series of receptionists who can't even look at a computer screen to provide the most basic data.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Avoid this dealer at all costs! I purchased a 2022 f150 for over $40k here. Before I came in from out of state I asked if the vehicle had been smoked in. I was told never. I picked up the car and brought it back, but when I got to my warmer climate the smell appeared. It wreaked of cigarette smoke! Turns out the dealer detailed it and temporarily removed the smell, but the heat brought it back. They even admitted that they have lots of these smoker trucks that they do that to. The GM refused to resolve the situation, and the used car manager told me that I couldn t return it within their 14 day return window even though I had only picked it up 6 days before. To make it worse, the dealer reported maintenance (an oil change) to carmax that was never actually done. Beware!

Absolutely wonderful process, Nick was extremely helpful making sure I got the car I wanted and was able to get my information processed in a few minutes. Sue was very helpful explaining the financial process and explaining the coverage for my car after it left their lot. My car was delivered on time with everything all set, a few signatures at my home and I was driving off with my vehicle. Will definitely recommend to buy here, pricing was better than my local area, delivery was a piece of cake and they were extremely helpful through the whole process. Thanks Fox!

After a little misunderstanding with the first vehicle we wanted to look at, Nick and Bryce came through with a different vehicle. They did everything they could to get us into a vehicle we liked. They even had it delivered to us almost 2 hours away. We would definitely check Fox Grand Traverse Ford if we are looking for another vehicle.

If I could leave one star I would. I had the worst experience I have encountered at a dealership. From the start the "sales consultant" was rude everything was above his pay grade and refused to actually be helpful. Their cars on the lot all look horrible. Dents and scratches. I wanted to buy a Traverse and I asked if they would fix the very unsafe tire that I could not drive 3 hours home after NOPE. I just drove 3 hours there to look at the specific vehicle. I called and asked to speak with a manager and left a voicemail. Never got through to them. Shows how much they care about customer service. They do not. Do not waste your time going to this dealership. Unless you are looking for a car that is destroyed for way over market value. Garrett At William's Chevy down the road will take great care of you!!!

Employees were nice but shop around - you will find a better deal particularly for leases. Salesman tried to roll over final 2 lease payments into financing of new lease if they weren t going to eat the payments (like most dealers do) then they should have said something rather than trying to shove and hide them in a new lease payment.
