I would not do business with this dealership. I tried to purchase a new 2024 KTM 500 EXC-F mid Feb. I was told the bike would be ready in 1 week. Seven weeks later NO bike and now parts were out until July. I canceled the purchase. Through out the purchase process I could not get accurate information on the bike delivery. They would not return phone calls. Just a very unprofessional experience. I personally run manufacturing companies for a living. I realize things do go wrong but you must communicate. Very poor ownership and leadership and this dealer.

Got our daughter hooked up on a brand new 24 ktm sx 85 and a can of T2. Called them the night before and let him know we would be in first thing next day to collect the bike. Bike was prepped and ready to roll as soon as we showed up. Next time we need a new KTM we'll be calling Epic

Best customer experience I've had from a dealership. These guys went above and beyond to get me set up with a 24 KTM 125XC, stayed until after 7PM on a Friday to accommodate my work schedule to pick it up and gave me one heck of a deal on top of it all. I will be sure to direct friends and family over to Tommy and Matt at Epic for all their KTM needs!

awesome awesome bunch of guys! can't say enough you have to go and experience them for yourself! i showed up when they were closed and matt let me in and showed me the bikes i was interested in then tommy showed up and he took the time and we talked, gave me a great deal and now i have a2024 ktm 150xcw. thanks guys!!! they even stayed after hours and set me up. thanks again!!!!

Epic has a knowledgeable team just trying to help more people enjoy the toys they love. Nothing like the feel of a small shop of riding enthusiasts. Come for the toys and stay to swap weekend stories! Thanks for the great deal on my new KTM 450!

We have went back and forth between Epic and Classic for a while now just depending on who I call. I will forever use Epic for my families dirt bikes needs. Tommy is so responsive and always remembers me. He is eager to help and just overall makes you feel comfortable and not like he s trying to take advantage of you. We just picked up my son 2021 KLX 100L that he made a custom graphics kit for. My son is absolutely obsessed with it!! They currently have my husbands KTM for some issues and I m sure I will hear back from them in the next day or two. 10/10 recommend them!!!

I had a great experience buying an KTM E-5 from Tommy, he was able to complete the paperwork quickly and then take the time to show me the features of the E-5 which is a whole new animal for me. This is the first electric bike that I ve owned and there are many features to learn about that gas bikes don t have.

Matt and the fellas at Epic are fantastic! They were the ONLY one's in Northwest Michigan that could get my "extremely popular" UTV tire (Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 - that nobody had in stock) in one day. They had it installed and even let me pick it up AFTER business hours! They totally saved my vacation!!I STRONGLY recommend using Epic Powersports!!!

Matt, Tommy and all of the staff at Epic continuously go out of their way to make every customer and transaction seamless and comfortable. To find a shop that will take parts of their own bikes to get you back on the trail is unheard-of. But not at Epic.

Epic has been EPIC for me. Tommy, Matt, Zach, Chandler and the entire team are great. I live out of state and they picked up my 7 machines serviced, performed maintenance and repairs and delivered them back to me. Unbelievable!!When I come into town I like to hop on the machines and go! When I lived there, it was easy. This is even BETTER!! Tommy has been absolutely amazing setting everything up and the entire team is fantastic to work with. The technicians know their stuff and are enthusiastic to help you!! I ll be back and sending everyone I know too!! Thanks again!!

My first visit to the shop was for an oil filter, these guys just like to MX! My first bike, KLX300, is 15 years old. I'm 55 years old. Got invited to go on their rides immediately. Next visit we're talking about riding, and I decide I want to freshen up the suspension. No attitude from these guys, just questions about how I ride and what I wanted to accomplish. After the first couple of rides with rebuilt shock and forks with weight appropriate springs, I am super happy with their work and attitude.

Maybe a bit biased but for good reasons, great local business growing a sport many of us love. Encouraging family and friends to get out and enjoy the industry. Now a full KTM Dealership with good inventory.

I have been using Epic for a few years now for my motorcycle service work.They have always given me stellar service. I was in the market for a new motorcycle and saw that Epic was now a KTM dealer. The staff there took the time to answer all my questions and help me choose the bike that best fit my needs. I ended up with the 890 adventure and it is an amazing motorcycle. I can not say enough good about the team at Epic PowersportsI have always found them to be knowledgeable, honest and helpful.We are very fortunate to have a dealer of this caliber in Traverse City.

Very good to deal with the management was great the deal was great I got on the bike they were very helpful in all aspects very knowledgeable about the bike I bought and I love my new 2024 250sxf thank you everyone from epic power sports

Customer service and communication is poor. To get anything done required constant prodding. Took weeks to get them to pick up a 4 wheeler that was 2 miles away. They eventually evaluated it and determined it wasn t worth repairing; that s fine. I came in and paid my bill that day including the pick up and drop off. (I also purchased a new battery and helmet the first day I walked in) Considering I gave them good indications that I would be a good customer in the future I would have thought they would have tried to treat me better. I was wrong. After I paid my bill I asked them to drop off the ATV as soon as they can so I can sell it for parts or to some one who wanted to try and repair it themselves. I travel for work and had to leave town. I assumed it had been dropped off. Two weeks went by and my wife asked when the ATV was supposed to be returned. I called Tommy and he said he had been busy, and he would drop it off the next day which was a Friday. He did not drop it off. I had to call again over the weekend and left a message; no call back. Called again on Monday and pressed for it to be returned. I also asked for them to call my wife to let her know so they could roll it into the garage for her. Tommy never called her and just dumped it in my driveway. If I see you again Tommy I have a few words to share. I will never use Epic again and I don t recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The customer service is amazing. We have taken our Stacyc bike in for adjustments several times. Each time, the staff dropped what they were doing, diagnosed and fixed the bike. No questions asked. These are top notch professionals who stand by their products. Would recommend to anyone interested in an electric bike for their kids.

Tommy and Epic were great. I brought in my 19' Ski doo 850X to do a track and ski swap. They turned it around in one day! Tech was great too and explained some things. Great people, communication and overall experience. I will be back!

Have to let the world know. Took my 1991 quad to Epic Sports to get it fixed up for the Grand Kids to ride. $600 deposit in Early January, Tommy calls on February 16, 2022 "Come Pick it up". I arrived, paid them another $1,019.49, went to put it on the trailer, it will not run, no battery in it. They did not do anything. Get the promise it will be ready by tomorrow. April 7th, 2022 I get the call "It is ready come pick it up". Tommy would not drive it on the trailer because there are no brakes, parts are hanging off it. It is not safe for me to drive let alone the grand kids. I just dropped it off at Classic Sports in Williamsburg, showed them the receipts and the hanging parts. Amazing... Epic Sports does not take pride in their work. They are THIEVES. Oh by the way... I am not retired, I should have provided you with tools and instructions on how to use them. Word to the wise, do not do business with Epic Sports.

Fantastic customer service and crew. Took both my 4 wheelers there to get them ready for the season and did a great job. One was extremely dirty meant to wash it before taking, they ended up hooking me up and spraying it down. Highly recommend.

I have a 2017 WR450 that began having starting problems. I eliminated all of the common issues and replaced some parts that were a little out of spec, but still had the same problem. I took it over to Epic on October 4th. They diagnosed it as a valve issue. I let them know that I had a ride on the weekend of the 15th that I really didn t want to miss and was hoping to get the bike back by then. They did a full top end and had the bike back to me on the 14th. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . Great communication and a fair price.

Recently purchased a new KTM 350 XC-F, after not having a dirt bike since 1979.Can't say enough good things about Tommy, Matt, Scott, and everyone else at Epic. They made me feel like family from the first visit.Bravo!

NOT SURE WHY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ONLY SHOWED 3 STARS. I MEANT TO PUT 5 STARS. IF I COULD PUT 10 I WOULD! ANYWAY, FIXED IT! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!I took my moped out for a spin after a long winter. I rode it to SOS, but it wouldn't start back up. Epic Powersports was just up the street, so I gave them a call and just like the cavalry, Tommy Rockstar came and saved the day! These guys have the BEST customer service HANDS DOWN! I highly recommend them for all your powersports ( or moped ) needs!

Received absolutely fabulous service for my son's RZR 170 side by side. Classic Power Equipment had it for 10 weeks and did nothing but move it further back in the stack of vehicles to service. Epic stayed after hours to receive the unit, repaired it within an hour, and completely detailed the machine prior to giving it back to me. There is no better service in Traverse City!

Poor communication throughout the entire process of getting my snowmobile worked on, the owner Matt referred to me as buddy boy at the end of the sale when I was there to pick up my snowmobile. 1 stars for the work performed onlyMatt,I appreciate the response but I m going through the snowmobile now and discovered the spark plugs were only hand tightened. The snowmobile won t start. What should I do?I ll be taking my snowmobile to another mechanic to double check all the work and update this review again with the diagnosis

I went to Epic for some fuel line for my Honda Mini Trail. The customer service I received could not have been better. They cut a piece of new fuel line for me and I was on my way in 5 minutes. I will definitely do business with Epic Powersports again.

Called to ask about some atv repairs, wasn't helpful at all. Told me could be $100.00 to $1000.00. Then tells me to take a few pictures and he maybe able to give me a better estimate. So I did and after I stopped by with photos he actually said it would be about a grand. I need 2' $15.00 gasket replaced... but tried to tell me why he would just overhaul the whole motor. Really I know I'm a woman but I'm not stupid guys. Good luck

How much money are you missing out on not being open when the community has the most free time. Weekends and after 5. I know at least 1500 to 3000 from me. I understand employees need time with their families. But just think how much more you could make If you were open until 6 during the week and 4 hours on Saturday.
