Anthony, Dave, and crew saved the day! I moved from Texas and they were able to put snow tires on and help my windshield wiper fluid unthaw in a bay that wasn t being used(over an hour). Going from 80� to 8� is hard, Discount Tire made it easy!My wife and I travel around the country and I've done business at many Discount Tires and this one is by far the best! Anthony was our salesman and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Being a Texan and extremely ignorant of snow tires, he took his time and answered all my stupid questions with kindness. Hard to find that nowadays... 10/10 all around!

I have had issues acquiring tires for my Jeep. After multiple visits and calls I finally called discount auto. My only complaint is that I did not call them sooner.Erik helped me find a set of tires that fit my budget and answered all of my questions on the phone. When I arrived the staff was courteous and helped me with everything I needed. They offered suggestions, but never tried to upsell me using fear tactics as other places have in the past.I ended up getting 2 NEW tires for the price I was going to pay for used tires that didn t really fit my vehicle. Discount tire will be our go-to for our family for years to come!

Unbelievable that they had exactly what I wanted to spend and the the exact tires. Call it lucky but we were out of there in 15 minutes. The crew was incredible as was the salesman David. They were busy and it was close to quitting time but yup they did magnificent job. Worth the drive from East Jordan.

I have been a fan/ customer of Discount Tires for about 35 years, from Texas to Michigan, always excelled, professional service and fair prices. I have sent my kids to Discount Tire will be sending my grandchildren in a few years.. thank you for the excellent service.

Went to Discount to get my tires looked at for leaking lots of air quickly. They said that had patched where the air was coming from on both front tires. I drove away and as soon as i got to 55mph my entire car started to jiggle/shake. My tire light 3 days later came on and my tires were severely low again, i went to another place to get new tires because i was done dealing with this. they decided to take a look at my tires and found out that Discount in fact did not fix where the air on both were coming from. The people there are fantastic and sweet but not a fan of the lying. Most likely wont be going back there anytime soon.

I really wanted to be impressed with my experience here, They installed 4 new tires lightning fast which was great yet after driving 250 miles down state it was clear a tire wasn't balanced correctly. I bring it to a different discount tire 2 days later and they tell me all 4 tires are out of balance. I appreciated the quick work but shoot, for me to just go back because it wasn't done right is ridiculous.

Today was third time I had been in this location to find/buy new tires. Evetytime I go, the staff is very helpful and polite (often making jokes with me as I make jokes with them). In the three times I been there, Ihave yet to run into a rude employee, or one that was "too busy" to answer a question I had.

I am in Florida on a recent trip and decided to replace all 4 tires on my Honda CR-V, we are down here (we live in Traverse City) for a few weeks. I am at Discount Tire because the TC location fixed my flat a few weeks ago and didn t charge me anything. They were very fast and very professional.Good service (used them many times) and value needs to be recognized and rewarded!

Great service. Very helpful with many options to fit your budget and needs. Will definitely be back to buy my tires here. Update. Bought my tires here. Made and appointment days before. Fit into my scheduled to keep me on the road.

Always a pleasure to work with Discount Tire. They get my tires done and I also get a chance to look at my brakes so it works well. I also appreciate how they get the brake dust off as well. Friendly and informative, always learning from them it seems from every time I visit. The tires they sell are quality, and the work they do is likewise quality.

I went online last week and bought new tires for my car, they were very reasonably priced and I scheduled an appointment for this week. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and was greeted immediately and told to wait for a service technician to come to my car and get specs. He came out within a couple minutes and they got me in super quick and I waited for about 20-25 minutes with my two small children. We went for a walk around the parking lot and came back in shortly after and they were finishing up my car! Super friendly and efficient people! Will be back, and will tell all my friends

I must have hit them on a bad day. I have been back twice since the earlier incident and they have totally redeemed themselves.I've been getting tires at Discount Tire for 35+ years. I've been using the Traverse City store for over 20 years. I had stopped in a few times this week to have a tire checked out and they have always had quite a wait. Today I scheduled an appointment so I didn't have to wait, showed up 10 minutes early, and 40 minutes later still wasn't called in. I went in to see how much longer and they weren't sure. I don't know what happened to this store, but what's the purpose of getting an appointment just to wait with everyone else?

Don't waste time trying to call, I have been trying to reach someone in person for a week. Just answering service, hikd for 20 min, then hung up on because they are too busy, but have no problem waiting my time on hold.

I bought four new tires from Discount Tire on 31 in Traverse City. They have it set up to go through in a one-way with your auto, and get all your info etc..It's fast n efficient. I was in n out in forty minutes max.

Shameful Customer Service!I waited very patiently (10/19) on the phone on hold or a VERY long time desiring to get an appointment for the 5 new tires I bought (from Discount). And eventually they AUTOMATED Operator HUNG UP ON ME!! saying call back later . What a horrible way to manage customers.I would give back the tires I could!!

(Traverse City, MI location)Overall, a very friendly and thorough location.We visited this Discount Tire on January 10th, 2023 in order to get four new tires for our F-150. The mechanic informed us that we also needed all new lug nuts, so they replaced them as well.Our experience while there was good. The workers were friendly, and informative, but unfortunately the negative part of our experience occurred over the past few weeks after our vehicle was serviced.First, we discovered that all four wheels were not properly balanced. We were made aware of this while having other work done on the truck at a local auto shop.Second, the new lug nuts that they installed are now rusting, and look as if they are a couple of years old, when in actuality they were installed only five weeks ago.This leaves me questioning the quality of the services, and products that this location offers. I'll be contacting customer service to request a refund for the lug nuts, especially since they weren't cheap.** UPDATE **After receiving a review response from Discount Tire headquarters, and a call from the manager at the Discount Tire in Traverse City, we took our truck back in today. (2/22/2023)As before, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. After informing them about the condition of the lug nuts that they installed, we were offered a full refund. They also offered to install a new set, but informed us that the new set would also rust like the first set did.We decided to just take the refund, and we'll be purchasing new lug nuts at a later date from another source.While the service that we experienced here was good, I still find it hard to believe that a company would knowingly sell an inferior product, especially for the price of $160.00 for 24 lug nuts.

Went in today to have new all terrains installed on my dually f350. I spoke to a few different members of the staff, all were polite, helpful and professional. They got all 6 tires mounted really quickly. Good experience for sure.

Your automated phone system absolutely sucks. I ordered 2 tires several days ago -only 1 came in and can t get anyone to pick up the phone after numerous try s. DT has been my go to for as long as I can remember but today I switched and it s strictly due to your phone system and not being able to get a live person on the phone. Can t imagine that I am the only customer to be frustrated by your phone system

I went to this location on 6/6/23 after 6pm while they were finishing up some of the last cars of the day and I didn t realize they weren t taking new customers past 6pm. Chris came out to greet me at the pull up sign and said it wouldn t be a problem to check and adjust the tire pressure even though they had already technically closed for the day. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service and getting my car back to driving and handling correctly! Thanks Chris!!

Best customer service you can find! Everyone was amazing and very helpful. We loved the attention and detail we got as well as the willingness to explain and find what we wanted. We were in and out so fast too! I highly recommend based on service alone. Thank you Discount Tire! :)

Just want to give a shout-out to Discount Tire in Traverse City, MI. They took care of me today. I got a leak in one of my tires. After our local shop telling me to come back in 2 weeks because they are busy, I thought what the heck, let me try Discount Tire. They are friendly just like if they are a local business should be and took me in right away to fix my problem. Best of all, it's a simple nail problem they got it patched up quickly and they didn't think they should charge me for it. Exactly what a local business would do. Right now I am telling everyone in Traverse City, friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, to please give you guys their business.Thank you!

Traveling through Traverse City and one of the tires on my Motorhome slipped a belt. Called Discount Tire and they went out of their way to locate a complete set of 6 tires for me, even having a team from a neighboring store handoff one to another employee to eliminate shipping charges. Could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, I was not as happy with the execution as I had some nice metal valve stem caps that disappeared in the process of changing the tires and the balancing was way off. When I hit 65 mph the front tires bounced so much it was hard to drive. Now I have to visit another store and have them rebalanced. Would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for these issues.

I am a Costco exec member and ended up going with Discount Tire. I saved $60 and got higher rated tires. I got a great deal. ( It also saved me from the hundreds of dollars I would have saved from shopping while I waited.)The customer service from the phone call to installation went so smoothly. Benjamin on the phone was so knowledgeable, and after more research to confirm - he was very honest, too. I was checked in, waited for a moment in my car, and drove it onto the lift, (Weee!) and 15 mins later...new wheels and new feeling car. And...here I am writing a review on getting new tires. It was that good! Oh! Anthony was a great team leader and even made giving him all that money easy. What a great overall experience, and my older car got to feel like a race car at a pit stop.

On vacation, caught a nail. Stopped in and this team took care of the problem so quickly and corrected the sensor misalignment problem they discovered too. Super friendly team and quick service. I would definitely recommend! Thanks for your help.

Quick, easy service when I drove in for a tire rotation. More recently, calling for information was frustrating. I wanted a price, and was on hold for over 7 minutes when I gave up. Discount Tire is not likely to get my business if they can't answer the phone and answer questions.
