Costco Tire Center has always been great. I purchased my tires here (for a great price), so I get free rotation and balance on those tires which is very nice. I called for an appointment today for rotation and balance and they had one in 2 hours, but they also take walk ins. It is convenient that you can walk around Costco and do shopping while waiting for service. All employees at the tire center have been kind and helpful.

Great tire center and technicians. Always takes good care of our family and each of our vehicles. Fixed our flat tire today without an appt, took us right in, saving us from a massive headache.

Dropped off car for an appointment I made online about 3 weeks ago only to find out 3 hours later that they can not install new tires not sold by them. I've had them change out tires on this same car last year no problem other than it being a little more expensive because of an extra inspection using non-costco tires. They may have updated their policy, but to not find out until hours after a scheduled appointment was a little frustrating. Especially because at this point it was past 9pm after they closed and we couldn't really pick up the car until morning. There was then no resolution other than a "oops sorry, I guess we should have told you, I guess come pick up your car". Now I have to find another appointment somewhere else in town and pretty much every place is understandably booked out for another 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the service Costco, I think I'm probably cancelling membership after this one.

So slow. Took over 1 hour to rotate tires with appointment. They had technician working in check out instead of on my car
