Have taken multiple vehicles to cliffs. From sub frames, ball joints, exhaust work, and amoung other things and have never been disappointed with price or the service. I highly recommend and will continue to take my vehicles there.

Got a nail in one of my tires that was causing a slow leak. James at Cliff's Automotive Repair got me on the schedule fast and fixed my tire quickly at my appointment. The great price was just the cherry on top.

I dropped off one of the vehicles for the company I work for, to get some work done. I had the young gal name Rosie, she did an excellent job with me dropping off the vehicle. Cliffs got a great person to work for them. Rosie's personality was superb.

Amazing service! Cliff's is a great service provider and has very fair prices. They have worked on multiple vehicles I have owned over the years, and I have always been delighted with their work.

Took my 2013 Toyota RAV4 in after an oil change at dealer. The dealer inspection found a broken bracket on the exhaust system. Took the car to Cliff s to repair. After 20 minutes, I was informed the car was repaired, the technician was out front with the car, and I could take the car. I asked how much I owed, they said it was a simple weld and no charge. I was shocked. NO CHARGE. This place is so honest, fair, and really does look out for the customer. So refreshing!

My muffler was dragging so I was referred to Cliff's by my usual repair shop. Their txt updates made the whole process super easy to follow, I loved the convenience. I thought the repair would cost close to a cool 1,000 dollars after a Google search. I was quoted at 400 dollars but they didn't use all the parts so it cost about half what they qouted me! It's been so long since I've had a repair shop this honest. Everyone was SO nice and easy to interact with. Cliff's is my new repair shop. Thank you all so much!

Been using this place for a long time. They seem to do honest work. They have done many great repairs for me at good prices. Twice they have made mistakes, but they always come through with good solutions afterwards. I will keep going here for my automotive needs. I don t think they try to up-charge or sell you anything extra, which is refreshing.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

Another shop told me I needed my exhaust replaced for $2,000. I took it to Cliff s and they told me it needed a gasket for $77. While it was in the shop, I asked them to check out a clunking noise that had just started to happen. They diagnosed and replaced my failing u joints for a very fair price. They have fantastic communication and kept me updated via text. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

They were kind, accommodating, and honest. They saved me over $3,000 in repairs that another local shop said I needed done, which was not correct. I will be using Cliffs from now on, and highly recommend them to others.

I was in need of an exhaust tail pipe for my vintage Toyota Land Cruiser and being 54 years old none were available anywhere. I removed the old one and dropped it off and they bent a perfect replacement. Very fair price too. Thanks Dave and crew for the excellent service.

Well today I was a first time customer at Cliff's Automotive Repair... on Friday the 13th of all days... I own a 1974 Land Rover Series 3 truck that needed a complete exhaust system reinstall. I ordered a stainless steel exhaust kit from England. Cliff's removed the old rusted system and replaced it with the new exhaust kit. They even added a few custom hangers for better support. Austin the technician did a terrific job and Tim "the front counter guy" was polite and professional. The repair was reasonably priced and done in one day. I'll definitely be going back to Cliff's Automotive again with any of my repair needs. Great work!Service: Exhaust

Do not have them work on a vehicle ignition tumbler. The assessment and quotes were thoroughly done. The front office and technicians did not communicate my questions well nor were the answers correct. They did not call me to let me know the work was done. I had to call on both occasions to get an update and ask if it was done.Muffler work was great. The tune-up was great. The ignition tumbler was a failure and they tried to blame it on the bent key that we had discussed before putting in a new tumbler. It was not handled well, at first I was going to be charged for another tumbler. Apparently, the technician tried to hammer my key straight without my permission. It was finally agreed they would warranty the tumbler. At that point, after conversations, I was no longer confident they could do the job appropriately. So I had spent $378 with them to have my ignition not turn over at all. I ended up taking it to Bill Marsh, spending another $570 to have it FINALLY FIXED.

You probably know the feeling...nothing is going right, finances are tight, and then your car has an a issue. For me, on top of everying else going on in my life, the exhaust on my older Honda CR-V got quite loud after hitting a pothole. It was obviously a muffler issue and I felt like Murphy's Law struck me again. A total exhaust/muffler replacement is not an extreme expense but all-in-all I was worried what Cliff's would find when they got a look under my high-mileage CR-V. This story has a great ending because it ended up being a quick $90 fix. So why, you might ask, would I take the time to write a long wordy review? The answer is simple: I want to reward a business for excelling, for exceeding expectations, and for making my day better. Cliff's Automotive Repair did just that by taking care of me and only fixing what needed to be fixed. They did it professionally and quickly and at fair price. An added bonus is their comfortable waiting area with a cable TV, 2 couches, and comfy chairs. This made my day because I had my 4 year old with me. Thanks for a great experience and keep up the quality work!!

Had some noise in the front end. Was told the estimate would be $2,300 dollars. Had them email me the estimate to find a bunch of charges not dealing with the front end. Decided to get another opinion elsewhere. They charged me over a hundred dollars to look at it. The second opinion ended up being a $500 dollar estimate for new front passenger axel and alignment. Ended up not needing the alignment and all said and done was charged $374.... More then disappointed having used them prior for very similar issues this February. They also did not honor the one year "warranty" I told I had. Said, "I drove my service van over 20,000 miles and these things happen". Never again.

Lovely family-run shop. Good vibes, good prices, and they stand behind their work. Plus, dogs in the waiting room: like a cat cafe, only canine and automotive.

We were in the area for vacation camping when the front brakes needed serious attention. I called, they were able to get me in the next day at 7am. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff brakes were done before 9am correctly and at a fair price!! I would recommend them to anyone!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I took my Sienna van into Cliff's for repair on June 13. They gave me an estimate, but ran into significant problems with my vehicle. I won't go into details, but Dave Amidon is one of the most honest business owners that I've ever encountered. He gave his word to me that he would take care of me, and he definitely did. I would totally recommend this business.

We have used Cliffs multiple times for both of my Sons cars while they are attending college in Traverse City. It s always hard dealing with car repairs when you re not with the car needing the repair and a great distance away. Cliffs staff and mechanics have made it so easy. They are professional and do honest work at reasonable prices. We get multiple quotes each time and Cliffs is always the best price as well as do fast work. Dealing with Destinee and Tim on the phone is always easy. They are both always professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Went to this place for a Alignment and they came out telling me they won't do an Alignment until I have $2800.00 in front end repairs. Much to say I was shocked and went to get 2 second opinions only to find out I do NOT need all them front end repairs. Sadly I used them in the past 7-8 years ago and did not feel ripped off and had fair pricing. I will not use or recommend them.

I really enjoyed working with them. Quoted $200 on a fairly simple exhaust fix and ended up being less work so they only charged $100! Not many shops I know would be so honest. I just purchased another vehicle and will be calling them today to schedule. Very pleased with their work and service. Thanks!

When we were on our way to Great Wolf Lodge (a 3 hr drive) our exhaust pipe rusted thru and broke a lot sooner than we expected. It was very loud and made an obnoxious rattle. We decided to see if we could get it fixed so we wouldn't have to listen to that on our way home. We contact Cliff's and they got us in right away, fixed the problem and on the road with in two hours from us calling them. It was awesome and all was fixed very reasonably as well. Enjoying a quiet ride home now.
