Excellent people here at Classic. Don & team are really classic here. Picked up my 2024 ZX6R KRT ABS from here yesterday & saying my experience with them is Awesome will be a understatement.EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT people here Classic especially the gentleman DON. He helped me go through everything & awesome service, awesome person.

Purchased a used Ultra Limited from Classic this week. Jordan W was my contact. Not only did he show me other bikes before I settled on the one I got. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I threw at him. My bike came delivered and detailed. I m very impressed with Jordan and could t be happier with my new purchase.

Simply Awesome people! I have to thank Tasha, Brad, Cody, and Nicholas for the best service! All of them were very respectful, answered my questions, and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. I just wish I had gone there first!!! What a great team, customer service with a smile and definitely genuine people. Delighted those days and business practices are still with us I will definitely buy there again.

Great staff helped our seven year old daughter buy her first dirt bike! Knowledgeable people who helped her with safety gear and proper fit. Very friendly and took the time to make sure she was comfortable with everything she needed. I also bought a helmet for myself. We will be back for any of our motor sports needs.

I found out about Classic Motor Sports through my brother. As he is an avid motorbike/cyclist whatever you want to call it. Anyway, I was looking for a good helmet and so he told me to go here. So I did and although the helmets are not cheap by any means, they are well worth it. Also, they hold special events here from time to time. For anyone to attend such as Bike Night and such. Good little get-togethers for sure. I enjoyed my time here and the staff was friendly and overall a good time, felt like I was talking to a friend more than someone at the workplace or business. Shout out to Ashley for such an experience as that. Highly would recommend for Bikers, Motor bikers, any sort of 2 wheeler/3 wheeler individual and even folks for quads. Harley's to Sports Bikes to Quads, Classic Motor Sports is the place to go.

"I've been dealing with Nate and Gary for years now and they are always willing to do what it takes to get me back on the snow or dirt. Part orders go in fast, arrive in a timely fashion and accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Classics Parts and Accessories department. Service has been good to me as well. Nate is VERY knowledgeable in the Side X Side arena."

Took my 09 Road Glide in for some service a month ago. Had a new Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1 exhaust, new Metzler tires, urethane handlebar bushings done. The service, communication between Skyler and myself, the parts dept was great..everyone was very helpful!! I even bought a new Sena Outrush R helmet. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the company as a whole. Even Don took the time to say hello, despite his busy schedule. Take your Harley to Classic and be confident she will be well taken care of!!

On a tour from out of town, I misjudged my tire life. Called and they had one tire left. They put it on hold for me while I rode down and then sent me over to a great local burger spot to chill with my two other buddies while they installed it. Super pleasant experience. Great staff.Very happy to have been quasi-stranded nearby these good folks, they took care of us!

EDITING:The sales manager was responsive to my issues and couldn t change my experience, but he took some action to ensure I knew I was important to them. Sometimes things don t go as planned so I m happy that they are going the extra step to make things better. Thanks!Original Review: Bought a new side by side here. Overall the sales process was lackluster. No follow up on my initial order. For example, to see if I wanted to order accessories. Once I took delivery, there was no scheduled walk around the machine with the sales person so they could explain the product. It was just, It s over there in the side of parking lot . Or even a question to see if I wanted an overview. Also, after they said it was ready for pickup, I found many mis-assembly of parts, missing parts, non-functional parts. Clearly, they are missing quality control. I believe they need another set of eyes on their builds. The customer shouldn t be able to find a missing part, mis-assembly and non-functioning parts within 3 minutes of seeing the machine. Also, there was no discussion at all about scheduled maintenance. Not a mention. No introduction to their service team or parts counter personnel. They should make that connection for new vehicle buyers. I d imagine they d get more service and parts sales by doing that. On the bright side, the finance person was very pleasant to work with. She s only reason this doesn t get 2 stars. They should understand that people are excited to get their new recreational vehicle and should carefully walk them through the entire buying process. I felt like I was on an island by myself. I hope they can start to care and align a process for their employees to meet customers expectations. Let s start with a sales experience survey. Doesn t exist, which is why I m leaving this review.

Had a bad experience with this place about a year ago. Last weekend I decided to give them another chance because they had the side by side I wanted. Talked to a salesman and someone that deals with trades. Gave them all my information and they said they would call back in am hour. Well that was a week ago. No worries I will find it somewhere else just like I did both of my motorcycles. I also tried to purchase both motorcycles there but service was so bad I went somewhere else. So for they have lost out on two motorcycle sales and now a side by side. Worst service ever.

Highly recommend classic for all your parts needs. Been waiting 4 months for a radiator with the dealer giving me the run around telling me they can t get one so I called classic and they got me one in TWO DAYS! Contact Nate for all your parts needs and he will get you hooked up!

I bought some upper doors from these guys for my 2020 general 1000. We had some troubles with some parts and the installation. These guys were great with getting back with me and they also had me bring it up to them after me and my buddy installed them and did some final adjustments to them. I am very happy with all there help!!!

I was recently on a bike trip with my Harley. Noticed my rear tire was bald (stupid me!). I was in Ludington. It was late afternoon. Called a few places there. No help at all. I remembered Classic Motor Sports as I used to live in the Traverse City Area. They had the tire in stock and asked if I could be there by 9 a.m. the next day for installation. I left Ludington and made it there a little before they opened. They were super nice and I was on the road by 10:30. Great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wanted to thank you all for the excellent service we received while travelling on our bike trip. Parts Manager had the hard to find suspension parts we needed for my wife's bike and Skyler, the Service Manager, was able to squeeze us in promptly so we could resume our trip. Went in for a new pair of riding boots. While there I saw a bike I was interested in. I spent 20 minutes in the showroom and not one person asked if I needed help. As far as I could tell I was the only one shopping and everyone else worked there. I watched several people that work there just walk by. Nobody even said hello. I drive a brand new truck and was dressed decent. No worries though. I will find my new bike elsewhere. I usually prefer to support local stores but when this is the customer service you get it isn't worth it.Update. I found my new bike at the same place I purchased my dirtbike. They could have made an easy sale.

Took my RZR in for a malfunctioning speedometer, Skylar and Trevor where the two that helped throughout the process. Very upfront about time frame and great communication from the both of them, got the part in and it was fixed after a couple days of the part arriving. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend .

There were very helpful in store did take them awhile before someone asked if I needed anything but there call services suck ice called more then once and have a waited in a total more than an hour and I never get anyone to ask about a pair of boots I ordered 2 weeks ago. They said should be in by the end of the first week and they will send a text when they come in well it's been 2 weeks no text and its impossible to get someone over the phone for a 2 min question! Its ridiculous.

Fabulous experience !!!! I had been traveling on my motorcycle and arrived in Traverse City. I needed a front tire. I stopped in at Classic Motor Sports. They had a tire and Skylar the service manager said they had a service bay for travelers. The bike went into the shop and the whole process took less than 2 hours. That is totally amazing. Thanks to Skylar and the staff of Classic Motor Sports for helping an out an out of state traveler on a short notice.
