If you ve ever thought about getting any sort of window coverings I would 10/10 recommend Buster s Blinds. Easton is wonderful to work with, is extremely patient and knowledgeable about his products. Courtney at the office is so friendly, and was always updating us on where we were at in terms of shipping, etc. I can t say enough good things about them, the installers were quick to set up and show me how to use the app and remote and answer my many questions. I don t think you will find a better place and I would recommend them to everyone.

Working with Easton from first home visit, through spec ing and ordering was flawless. Easton was professional , efficient, and provided good pricing. Mike and Ben did an excellent job with installation of our blinds and the 3M UV protection film. We will definitely use Buster s Blinds again on our next window project.

Very happy with our blinds purchase. This is our second order, finished up the rest of the house. Our sales guy, Paul, was awesome. Also, the installers were quick but hung everything perfectly. I encourage anyone to consider Buster's if you need blinds at a good price!

Wow! Another incredible experience with Buster s Blinds and Windows. This is our third project with them and as always, we are blown away. Nick and Easton were professional, extremely friendly and fun to talk to, recommended the perfect product, and installed swiftly! They look so beautiful. The perfect blinds for our lake home, we couldn t be more pleased.

Buster Blinds installed blinds in our home. They are very knowledgeable, and thorough. We loved the finished product so much that we added a some to a few more rooms. The top down bottom up feature is phenomenal, and the quality is superb. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Buster Blinds in getting shades for our new home! Paul was very prompt and courteous in scheduling appointments, listening to our needs and discussing the best options for us. The installers did a wonderful job installing the blinds. Every staff member was so respectful, capable and professional throughout the process! We Highly Recommend Buster Blinds for worry-free window treatment service!

I have used Buster s Blinds for two homes. I can t say enough about their pleasant sales representatives and their products! Both reps listened to my needs and concerns and recommended the most appropriate product. I am very happy with their products and that they stand behind them for adjustments and repairs. From start to finish my experience with Busters Blinds was great. Paul came out to discuss options, show us samples and take measurements for new blinds and less than 3 weeks later Issac and the crew showed up to install them. From the moment we walked into Buster Blinds we felt welcome. Then Paul Sikarskie called and scheduled a home visit for measurements for our entire home. Paul s advice on which blinds would work best for each room was invaluable and proved to be correct. Paul s personality was perfect and we were sad when our visit was over!The installers showed up when they said they would and it was incredible how fast they put all the blinds up. The blinds are great quality and look amazing.The bottom line is if you need blinds, we highly recommend Buster Blinds and ask for Paul Sikarskie!!

If I could give this company a 100 stars I would do it a flash. They are professional to the n'th degree and have a wide range of high quality window blinds and shades. We have a custom built cottage in Northern Michigan and we could not imagine where we would be without this company. Some companies just seem to get it and are well managed... this is one such company. Do not hesitate to use them and use them some more. They just completed a bedroom window shade for us that is a jack of all trades and really keeps the sun out when needed. Photo attached.

I am super happy with the service that Buster's Blinds provided. They accommodated a last minute request for a home visit and quote. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were replacing all the blinds in our home, 18 in total, and some are pretty large. Anyway, he was great and helped us with all the colors and features. About 5-6 weeks later they came out to install and that when smoothly and quickly. We were nervous about the how the colors would look when the blinds were actually up. Happily they look awesome! Great group of people at Buster's. Nothing but praise from me.

We had such a great experience with Buster Blinds! Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgable, kind and professional. They were always prompt with responses, got our installation in earlier than expected and even when there was a mix up (due to our home being a new build! Nothing on them!) they were very accommodating and continued to work with us until we were completely satisfied with the job! Cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend this company enough!Nick is so attentive to his customers and the window tint that he did on my subaru was perfect. My car was seriously filled with dog hair (which was not cool on my part) and Nick took the extra time to make sure that it didn't impact the final product. Busters is so detail orientated, professional, and truly care about their customers + giving the best possible quality service. 6/5 stars for these guys!

We shopped around for blinds for some time, looking for the perfect fit to suit our new construction, modern home in Lake Leelanau. After striking out with many of the "bigger names" in Traverse City, Grand Rapids and beyond -- either because of price, or complete lack of response -- we got in touch with Nick at Buster's Blinds.All I can say is that Nick is one of the most professional and friendly people we've met in our short time living in Northern Michigan. His commitment to customer service is unmatched, and we couldn't be happier. Not only did he flip around estimates in less than a day, but he personally made sure the install went smoothly. We're already return customers--we loved the original blinds they installed in the main living area (Hunter Douglas PowerView Roller Shades) so much that we went ahead and added them throughout the house. I can't recommend this team enough.

Busters Blinds did an amazing job. My salesman Paul was very friendly and informative and the installers were kind and didn't take much time at all removing my old blinds, installing the new, and took away all my old blinds for me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!

Paul sold me window treatments for my home a couple years ago. I had such a good experience that when we built a new office for our business, I contacted him. He was very nice, informative and measured our windows perfectly. Isaac was our installer. He was quick, accurate and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Buster's Blinds!

Second time we ve purchased wood blinds from Busters, and we were not disappointed. Ben and Easton had all four windows installed in 20 minutes, and took great care removing and replacing plants on the sills. We will continue to purchase our window treatments from Busters Blinds.

They also installed some beautiful window blinds in our living room. The service was professional and friendly from start to finish. Our salesperson, Paul Sikarskie, worked to find the best options and solutions for us and didn t waste our time with the upsell. Buster's is outstanding! We hired the company to install blinds in our apartment, and from start to finish we could not have been more satisfied with the company's representatives for their excellent competence and workmanship, warm friendliness, and detailed knowledge of their products. Paul did a terrific job advising us on selecting the blinds for the windows, expertly going through the benefits and drawbacks of each and creatively meeting our price point, and helping us settle on a package that meets our needs perfectly, from both an economical and aesthetic point of view. When the blinds were ready (in a very short amount of time despite supply chain issues) we were really lucky to have Isaac install them. Isaac was terrific -- he installed the blinds quickly and perfectly, and had all sorts of great advice on how to maintain them (and his extra advice on fun things to do in the Traverse City area was really appreciated). Judging from its team of reliable and solid professionals and high quality work, this is clearly an excellent company!

Very happy with the window tint on my 2014 Ford Focus ST. I went with 35% all around and the end result is great! Their customer service was fantastic, I found a scratch on a front window tint after I picked up the car and got home, they redid my window the day after no charge and now it's perfect. Thanks to Nicholas and everyone else there, keep up the great work!

So this is just a pre service review. Their customer service is top notch and very fast shockingly fast actually. The pricing seems very reasonable based on myself shopping around getting quotes. So far this experience has been great but will update the review once the vehicle has been done and add photos. They offer a large selection of services also including full window tinting with different levels of film quality and features, ceramic coating, head and tail light tinting, front strip tint and the typical full side and rear tints. The list is larger but that's the basic stuff.

We Have used Buster's recently to install new window blinds. One of the new blinds had a defect and they immediately checked it out and replaced it. We are extremely - and I mean extremely - happy with the crew that came to our home to take our order and to install the new blinds. They were all pleasant young men with really upbeat attitudes.
