We were mindlessly driving through the peninsula in a snowstorm from one wine tasting to another. We took a shortcut down a seasonal road. We were stuck, BAD. Bingham was the only company with the staff and equipment willing to attempt our extraction! The driver was prompt and experienced. We are fans for life! I had a great experience (no, not in the ditch in the middle of the winter storm) with Zac who arrived within 9 minutes of me calling the office and they even sent a text letting me know that the tow truck was on its way. This is a local business that does a quick job and charges great rates. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We were stuck on the side of the road late at night on a Sunday because of an engine failure. On the phone waiting for an hour so the insurance company could find a covered towing option. On recommendation, we called Bingham Towing and Brian showed up 15 minutes later! It was a relief. He knew right away our insurance would cover the tow and we would be reimbursed. Great experience having my 50 year old Porsche rescued by Bingham Towing. The driver was on time, very conscientious and careful with my car, and delivered it in a timely manner. Outstanding experience. I couldn t be happier or recommend them more enthusiastically. They re the best.

Chris the driver and Bruce who answered the phone were phenomenal! Quick from the phone call to the pick up and drove my car from Kingsley, MI to Grand Rapids. Can't thank them enough. I called 8 other places and they all said no. Bingham stepped up and got the job done with superior customer service! I will reccomend if anyone asks me for a towing service down the road in the area.

Bruce and his crew were so easy to work with. My car was rear ended and needed some body work. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! it looks brand new! They did amazing. I highly recommend Bingham body and towing. Seriously so happy!!!!!!!!!

The young gentleman that helped us was as nice as he was handsome. We got bailed out of a pretty bad situation and he handled it with ease being polite, courteous, and respectful. He came from an hour away on a bitter cold night to pull my son's truck and trailer out when companies that were closer couldn't be bothered. They're aces in our book. I experienced truck problems in an area I was unfamiliar with. At the first spot I stopped in the sent me down to Bingham s. They do more body and towing but looked at my wheels to make sure I wasn t going to fall apart on the road and pointed me down the road to someone who could help.I really appreciated the help as guidance as I am not from the area and it is very rural.

Nice guys. I bought some used tires here. Reasonable price, good shape, wrong size. Nobody would put them on, they were too big. Still a good group of guys.

Overly priced and not at all willing to negotiate. If you arent wanting to pay $150+ just for them to even SHOW UP (they call this a "one way" fee), not even including the actual tow, DON'T call these guys.

Impounding fees are insane. $275 for 9 miles and labor.. I had anytime towing tow my car from behind Save a lot on garfield to peshawbestown for that same exact price.. monopoly they have

Drove from mid michigan to leelanau state park and got a flat as soon I got there. Next day I called bingham towing and he got me to traverse city to get tires. Very friendly and had good prices.
