The winter photos are the before. Where my headlamps were so downward facing that it was actually dangerous to drive, I will say the photos make it look brighter/better than what it was too. See I have been dealing with that for (almost) 3 years but a full 2 years now. I went to a few many places and they were all saying the same thing of "the car is pointed down because of the small collision into the snow bank you had". But then Jeff was paying attention and actually truly looked into things after I brought it in and figured out what Midas, Chevrolet, and other various places could not... And it was something so simple too. It was the screw in the back that adjusts the headlight positioning within the headlamp. That was it. The headlamp was simply defective. I could've had this solved 2 years ago almost 3 years of barely being able to see when going down the road at night to now as seen in the after photos (non winter pictures) of the significant difference. I can actually see down the road properly and I feel so spoiled now. I went down US-131 later that night and it was incredible. The visibility difference was outstandingly awesome. So I owe Jeff and the people of Bill Marsh On Barlow Body Shop the most biggest of thank yous. I thought my car its self was basically defective and nothing could fix the headlight issue. But finally after all these years I can say the car is safe to drive at night again and I am no longer so restricted at night when it comes to driving. The ability to night time was something that you take for granted until you can't/can barely do. So thanks to Jeff for being able to notice what no one else took the time to really look at and ultimately correct/fix. Thank you so very much.

The jdbuyrider part is one of the worst companies i know of and i dont even have a vehichle with them they are supposed to be a caring helpful business to those who need some help but once you sign the papers they are straight up rude harsh and very unwilling to help those individuals. I would not ever suggest anyone to use this company at least not the traverse city one, i have heard some good about others locations but witnessing and hearing how cold they are in traverse city no way would i suggest them
