These guys are always amazing and so helpful. I somehow had the immense blessing to work with Josh during my last visit. I won t get into details but he went over and above to genuinely help me with my experience. He really had my back. He has a huge heart and it means the world to a person like me. It s easy to feel a bit alone sometimes in a world of caring for everything and everyone and he actually helped me to feel cared for.

This place is a real joke. No one could test to see if a fuse was blown. They were clueless. My brake lights were out, it was probably the bulbs but no one could check them.They couldn't replace a back window wiper.

Store closesand locks their doors before advertised time with associates looking the other direction. Even called and said I was on my way to buy parts

BARELY turned into the parking lot (radiator belt shredded) they got us the belt in record time and if it can go wrong it will go wrong.. leaned on the radiator hose (it has a plastic end clipped on the end) it broke and even though they didn t have the part the veteran employee (thank you for your service) helped us get the truck fixed. Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I would give a 10 star if I could.

The 2 employees that helped me were really cool. Seemed to know enough about cars to take out and install my new battery. They were very friendly. They wore masks the whole time which was appreciated. The thing that sucked is they did not have a battery cable I needed. So the gentleman said he could order it through the site. Well he fought with it forever and it sounds like the site is a joke. We could not order the part.

I have always had a good experience here. John is the sweetest and most helpful guy in customer service. He has helped me on two occasions and the last one was helping me take out and put in a new battery in my car. He also advised me about some other repair work and informed me that what Tuffy had told me was false. He probably saved me over $1000. I didn't know people like him still existed. Thank you John!

Great place. People are very helpful. Answered all my questions. Didn't try pressure me to buy anything.They also told me what would work as good as the higher end products. The guy that helped me cared about helping me save money and what would be best for my vehicle. If I could I would have gave them a thousand stars!!!!!!

A very pleasant experience. The manager and has employee Shawn were very helpful and kind.They installed a battery in my car for me and turned around a bad day. I will never go anywhere else for parts! Thanks guys!

The staff is helpfull and the parts most of the time is conveniently in stock when you need them quickly. Although if you have time to order online and wait for the parts its much cheaper that way. Overall good store and glad they are here.

Ordered online and they had it waiting for me when I got there...nice!!! Love coming here! Excellent customer service every time! I ve been to other parts stores that bc I m female have treated me like I m a dumb woman sadly but never has that happen here. They have my business for life

Rude. I was there last week and the guy at the counter spent most of his time bragging about how good he was and how lucky they are to have him "back". He did this while people waited in line for him to quit yapping each time. Today I sent my 16 yr old son down to get his battery changed and the same guy was extremely rude, said that he couldn't do it and "can't you tell I'm the only one working?". Obviously poor customer service. We won't be back until he's gone

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Had them check my engine light and they were quick and inciteful. Definitely worth visiting if you need parts or advice.

I had a great experience with a battery test and replacement here! Dennis was the store associate who helped me, and he was awesome! The whole process went seamlessly, and I was in and out very quickly. Great service!

Okay so I was at the store, and with as many questions as I had it was later then the time they closed, but I didn't buy anything... ... Instead, one of their extremely knowledgeable employees saved me hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, that were about to be spent on the wrong parts! Together he and I went over what was wrong with it. Basically for my benefit, so I could understand it too LOL, and also how to go about fixing it... While at the same time making sure I was getting the least expensive however still the best quality parts for my money, not to mention him showing me that I would get a better deal online through their website and then I could just have it shipped directly to their store with no extra $$$ from me!!! I WILL NOT EVER, NEVER EVER, SHOP AT A DIFFERENT AUTO PARTS STORE IN TRAVERSE CITY AGAIN, I WILL GLADLY PAY EXTRA (although I can say with confidence that I highly doubt with this store that will be necessary, IT'S LIKE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY TOO, I JUST CAN'T GET OVER THAT !!!!!!!) FOR THEIR SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED TONIGHT!!! Do you guys know how nice it is to actually walk into an auto parts store and the employee that helps you knows more than just where the gas goes in a vehicle?!?!?!?! WHILE EXPLAINING TO ME NOT ONLY DID HE USE THE WORDS "THEORY OF THERMODYNAMICS", BUT HE BOTH SAID & USED IT RIGHT! THANKS AGAIN ADVANCE, YOU GUYS JUST MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE RIGHT HERE!!!

Mostly they carry what I need. I think I only had to wait on a part once. The staff is very knowledgable it will come out and help you replace windshield wipers or bulbs for your headlights.

The past two times I have been here they gave my the wrong parts. Wrong brake pads the first time. Went back to get the correct ones and they gave me the wrong ones FOR A SECOND TIME. The second time they gave me a gasket seal for an eight cylinder ford when I needed a seal for a four cylinder dodge! Will not be returning to this location.

They beat almost everyone in town on parts prices. If they don't have it in stock, it's usually here in two days tops. My go to place for parts. The rewards program is pretty sweet too.

My car broke down in the parking lot here. The gentleman working stayed an hour late and loaned me tools to use so I could get back on the road. Fantastic and helpful staff!

Lazy guy at counter would not change a head light bulb said they dont do that! So went to AUTO ZONE instead and they were more than happy to do it took 5 minutes tops!
