They are a great guys, wonderful customer service! My lug nut lock was misplaced and I ran home to find it and they still squeezed me into their already busy schedule to get my tires done. I sent my daughter here for her tires and they saved her money and are honest not out to up sale. They are a female friendly shop. Thanks guys!

Awful experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.I was quoted $80 to swap out my snow tires. AFTER it was done they told me it would be $120 because my tires were "new"??!! A 50% increase in fees WITHOUT clearing it with me first!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF. Big guy with curly blond hair is very surly and terrible with customers. No heat in waiting room. No WIFI. AVOID THIS PLACE!Service: Tires

We have gone to ( formerly K&M tire) for 15 plus years , always loved the service , always chose them over anyone else.Today I took my car in to have tires switched out , unloaded my own tires, and in the end loaded my own tires, after an hour in the waiting room ,. talking to another customer about not being happy about how long I had been there, I was handed my keys called out on my conversation,( with untrue facts) told I wasn't welcome there anymore, found my tires thrown around the ground out back for me to load( when I looked in the back to find an employee to make sure I was taking the right tires, the overhead door was lowered), and all of the wheel covers in the backseat of the car not put on. So not only was the job not complete, I drove to another garage to make sure my tires were completely on and safe. Definitely unprofessional.Service: Tires

This place is where it's at! got my tire repaired and put back on my car in less than a half an hour. I will def recommend them to anyone! the best part is it's very affordable. If for some reason you pop a tire take it here first! Service: TiresService: Tires

Phenomenal service! Damon went above and beyond for me in an emergency situation on a Saturday none the less! I can tell the people who work there are very genuine, honest, and just overall super nice folks. Highly recommend to everyone! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Ugh, worst service ever. This isn't where I normally get my tires switched out. Wow, it isn't even about how long it took, that's fine. It's the complete lack of giving any kind of customer service. I felt like if I even asked a question I was met with hostility. Super weird vibe. Left my tires in a pile! Wth? Yeah, no.

The ABSOLUTE 110% BEST CARE-PERSONAL SERVICE I have EVER received for anything! The guys taking care of me went ABOVE AND BEYOND. INCREDIBLY fair priced. INCREDIBLY grateful. Excellent run automotive shop... Went in for an issue that ended up taking about an hour and I had to insist he take at least $20 for his efforts that indeed solved the problem... Highly recommend
