Surprisingly good food! A very small mom-and-pop restaurant and small store. However, the best pasties I have ever had. You may not even need the gravy, but that is a plus. They also have homemade baked goods including Stones, turnovers, and Strudels. Exceptionally good.

Been here a bunch. Always our goto for pasties. Their food is only surpassed by their friendlyness! Super place! Highly recommend!

I stopped here a few years ago when I spent the night at the nearby campground. I might have just been hungry, but i got the BEST pasty I have ever had from this store. The employee was friendly (it's the UP, so duh), selection was adequate, all in all a great little store.

Best mini mart in the UP. They always have what we are looking for and have great food and gas isn t outrageously expensive for when on the ATV trails. The pasties are some of the best that I ever had - I love when you catch a glimpse of the kitchen and they are making them in the back. Always has a pretty dang good selection of ice cream, too!

Cute country store with a ton of misc stuff for campers and boaters with the added bonus of fresh baked food and some great looking pastry and pasties. For me, the meat Pasty was one of better ones I've had with a great crust, but overall it's the filling was pretty flavorless, I will say it smelled amazingly great though.UP'ers don't get offended, this is for my Chi-town brethren: As a Chicagoan, even though you're probably craving it, don't go in with high expectations to thinking"Italian beef", just let me say that the beef itself was "okay", the meat was sliced thick, light on the gravy/aujus, and no gardenaria. It was served on a 6" French roll (which split in half immediately) and at the bottom there was white American cheese mixed in the grilled peppers and onions.

Best Pasties! After listening to Woman of Copper Country and visiting Quincy Mines, it was great to introduce my 11 year old grandson to the Cornish Pasties. Many foods baked daily and really fresh. Nice little store with firewood and ice

Great convenience store in Toivola. Worth a stop for snacks, drinks, and some frozen foods. The pasties and other pastries smelled delicious, but we didn't get a chance to try them. Wonderful selection of beer, ice cream, and a large supply of firewood.

Best pasties for a long ways! Whether you're just passing through or sticking around the area, you gotta stop and get one of their pasties. The strudels are also top-notch. They have a reasonable selection of other things for a mini-mart in the middle of nowhere, at least enough to get you through if you forgot something. Worth a stop every time!

On a whim I decided to pick up a couple pasties on my way to Houghton, MI. Wow! I fell in love with the taste of them. I had some other pasties while in town, and by far Krupps are the tastiest! They are Perfect the crust the ingredients I highly encourage you to try them. My only regret is I only brought 5 half baked frozen pasties home with me! I wish I brought home more next trip!

Pasties are amazing, great friendly staff. The store has most anything you would need while camping. We returned this year and camped at the state park mainly so we could have their pasties again. There that good.

Great pasties. You can call ahead to have them ready or wait a couple of minutes. Watch their hours because they close earlier than you may be used to. Great scones too. Our favorite are the brown sugar scones!

We got pasties here for a large group on our way back to Ontonagon from Houghton. Pasties were really delicious and the crust was amazing. I took off one star because several of us got indigestion (and gas) after eating the pasties.

Delicious desserts! Don't forget these when you stop in for the pastys. Tender crusts cooked to perfection. We appreciated the late hours, hot food and super friendly service on our way home from the Keweenaw penninsula

Hands down.... The best Pasty recipe in the entire U.P. Quaint little rustic resort store, makes you feel right at home in the great up north. Right next door to the state park, Krupps Resort. A must visit on your way through. Especially if you want to set the standards for your first Pasty experience. Everything else pales in comparison. Chef Ceric

My wife called and asked to have 2 veggie pasties heated up and she would pick them up on the way through. The worker refused to do it even though we have called many times before and it was never a problem. Roy s in Houghton will take care of our pasty needs.

We ordered an egg and cheese sandwich minus the meat side and the ladies working made it fresh right on the spot. We enjoyed the hot sandwich with some other snacks from Krupps, kind of a picnic. Very nice experience.

Stopped in for some petro for our motorcycles on our way to Copper Harbor. I've had many pasties in my day but these were the best I've had in years. Fresh, hot and packed full with all the good stuff! 5 !

Absolutely excellent pasties! And a good variety of supplies available for local campers. Would be nice if they sold fresh meat of some sort, though.

Want THE BEST pasty s - look no further than Krupps! They also have other food options for those non-pasty eaters (the HORROR!). They also have a lot of other quick stop necessities all provided with a smile.
