We've been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes to have a tire repaired. The tire was off the car when we arrived. It was a simple repair- just a screw in the tread. We were not told they were busy and there would be a delay before they could do it

Lazy unprofessional employees. Your better off hiring some random person off the street to work on your vehicle. They will either take all day to do your very simple 10 minute tire rotation. They always act super busy with one vehicle to work on. The pictures for the auto center on there website here will explain it all. The employees play on there phones instead of working. Literally anywhere else would be a better place to go

Fixed my flat tire fast for 15 dollars.I see synthetic oil prices are half the price I been paying at dealership.Includes car being vacuumed too.Thank you

Only went here because it was close. Had 2 tires replaced was told 1.5 hours into service that 1 tire couldn't be removed due to lug nuts being "rounded" off. Had them replace my spare instead another 2 hours later finally finished. Drove the car home and easily removed the "rounded" lugnuts myself with a basic 4 way. Price was alright but "technicians" and I say that very loosely were either poorly trained or just ignorant and lazy. Will not return.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Auto Center is a joke. Called and heard someone pickup then hangup 3 times in 5 minutes. WORTHLESS PEOPLE HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

Task: simple oil change and put on splash shield that has six bolts. After being told that it would 30-40 minutes depending on how busy they were, I said OK--seems like a long time considering one car in the bay, but as long as they put on the splash shield--I'll pay for the extra service--please just put it on. Not only did the oil change take 1 hour and 45 minutes but they didn't put on the splash shield! I asked the attendant 3 TIMES if they remembered to put on the splash shield. She said they did it. I got to my car and its still in the back seat. There were not busy at all. In the 105 minutes I waited there were three other customers. Even trying to call this place, the phone just keeps ringing--can't even get a manager on the phone. I seriously cannot remember when I saw employed people move so slow. Actually I do, that weird Burger King on Michigan.

I called at 5:00pm asked if I could get 2 front tires, and was told yes as long as I was there by 6. Got there at 5:30 and checked in. I decided to get 4 tires. A half hour later at 6:00 pm was called back to automotive to find out they couldn't do my tires because there wasn't enough techs there. Not happy at all!!

Come to get a tire fixed on a warranty. They said 30 minutes. I been here over an hour. For 1 tire. While waiting here. I see 1 vehicle in the back being worked on. And 3 guy's standing around talking. Watching a women work. And still waiting for 1 tire to be plugged up. I understand that the world is short staffed. But there is 3 men and 2 women working. That I can see of. This is so ridiculous.

They tried really hard to help me but could not. I tried to pay using 2 old gift cards and cash. No one could figure out how to get the money off the cards. 5 people tried. Obviously a broken process. Just frustrating. I still have to go back and go to the service desk to try and resolve.

I bought a battery and was supposed to get an oil change from them and had them install the battery while I was shopping. However after shopping for over an hour with my mother. They hadn't done anything to it. Tried telling me that I need a starter. I bought the battery installed in the parking lot and drove away. Don't Use The Service Center here!

Our tires always seem to go flat on Saturday night, so we're always grateful that this Walmart has Sunday hours for tire repairs. Be warned! It is first come first serve, and weekends are popular times for servicing cars, but we've found that the staff generally under-estimates the waiting time when we've had to go in. They are professional and efficient.

Reasonably priced tires (if they have your size) mounted on and off with balance. My only complaint is a disposal fee for tires I don't need no one to throw out my tires. I can take care of that myself Walmart...

With no wait, took am hour to do an oil change. The last 15 minutes, my car was ready, yet they never paged me to let me know it was ready. They let me leave without giving me my keys, so I had to come back in. WTH?

There are not a lot if tires in stock. They make you order your own and have them shipped. That is a hassle for me.

Every time I go here there is something. The people are nice, that s the only reason I am giving a two and not a one. When I go for an oil change it s always some excuse as to why they can t do it, AFTER I have waitged an hour or so to get it done. This past time, I went in for a tire mount at 12 pm and they said they were closing for the day because they are short staffed. I understand people shortages, but you are a service center that is horrible customer service. Very disappointed. I have a 2012 Kia Sportage by the way, nothing extremely fancy.

I brought my truck in to have the tires remounted and I dropped it off and as soon as Ieft the parking lot I get a call saying my brake lines are blown I get back to my truck and puddles are under my truck , very frustrating!!!

It's Walmart, it's not great, you won't get good customer service, but they will do the job. Trying to upsell you every step of the way. You're far better off going to one of the qualified auto shops in town.

I asked them to put my snow tires on, which they did. In the spring I went somewhere else to remove them to find that Walmart put them on the back. When I mentioned it to A Walmart Auto Care Center employee I was told that they always put tires on the back unless they are specifically told to put them on the front. I asked them how someone is supposed to know that so they know to tell them were to put snow tires. They told me that this was store policy.

Went to get all four tires replaced and the first problem was that they no longer had my tires in-stock, no problem. But not only that but they didn t start working on my car until AN HOUR after it was promised done. Now I m trying to figure out the status of my car and when it will be finished, as it has been almost three hours more than they promised, and they can not tell me let alone redirect me to someone who can . It has been one hour of being on hold and being redirected TO THE SAME PERSON EIGHT TIMES and I have given up. I do NOT know the status of my car or if I m even going to get it back at this point . I m very dissatisfied and WILL NOT go back to Walmart for any kind of automotive service again WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR REVIEW IF POSSIBLE

They get no stars from me, after extensively explaining what i needed the night before, and driving 20 miles and being there exactly at 7am they refused service because my tires were a little worn and not bought there. Shame on you

Had to have a tire changed in an emergency. They had the tire i needed in stock. It was reasonably priced and the staff was fast and professional.
