This is to the owner and my only resource to get into contact with you. .My engine was seized 13 miles after leaving this Three Rivers, Mi Mobil 1 Lube Express. This is day 10 that I haven't had a vehicle. Less than 1.5 quarts of oil was drained out of my crank case and oil filter/plug that was installed. The dip stick was dry. 5 quarts oil low. Your manager Frank said over the phone this mater would be claimed under your insurance. Days later im wondering if this is still the case? I reached out to Frank earlier this morning to get something in writing that this is actually accurate information and Mobil 1 Lube Express insurance going to take care of this. I've talked with BBB, Mobil of Texas, ect.Service: Oil change

Very friendly staff, and service was fast and convenient. I got my oil and filter changed, fluids all topped off, tire pressure checked and 2 aired up, and 2 new wiper blades for $95 and it only took 20mins. Will be returning!

I love this place! Always joking, laughing and having a good time even though it was 5 pm and still jad 3 more oil changes today. Informative, no pressure to add more but rhey do reccomend differnt things that need changes. They show me the oil level and i read some of the negative reviews and based on my oim changes the past 3 years no way they can be true! Iv never had a negative expirence and always have another employee. I trust them hands down. I just love their positive attitudes and making this a fun experience. Hands down would not prefer to go anywhere else ever!

I have always had my oil changed for both my vehicles here.I arrived at 2:38pm and the employees were cleaning the floor already, with a 3pm closing time. I was turned away.Won t be back. This is the 2nd time I have been turned away.

I went in for an oil change on a 2018 Impala Premiere. The tech whom was helping me told me bc of our vehicle that only there most expensive 98.95(per website) extended performance service could be performed on the vehicle. I asked for the 64.99(per website) super synthetic service. The tech told me that he couldn't because the super synthetic oil service didn't have the Dexos required by the manufacturer. The tech then started to tell me dexos was an additive. Dexos is a special rating not an additive and after talking to the manager he confirmed both oil change levels where dexos certified.On top of that the super synthetic service was about 75 and the extended performance service was about 129. The manager did commit to having their websites pricing updated, and he would contact the 3rd party vendor for a fix.We declined the service and went to the dealership. Usually I would change our oil and I can not right now due to weight restrictions.

Had to have a transmission flush. They did an excellent job.But, it cost me $ 149.99The most expensive thing on their list !

I've been coming here for a few years now. Friendly staff, decent prices and your in and out. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. I always get my oil changed here.

I went to a different oil change shop, and they did not secure my skid plate. I stopped here and asked for help, and they quickly fixed the other place's mistake.

Very unprofessional, was my first and last time to go here. The oil plug was hand tight so it leaked, the lady had me shut the car off after she had put the oil in it and pulled the dipstick instantly without waiting even a second to let the oil drain down for an accurate reading. So probably overfilled it some. I do not want them to mess with my tire pressure either as I just needed oil change. They were snapping rags at each other like kids. Pathetic at best.

Not to happy, they didn t take off the dust cover under the oil filter and it left oil in it that leaked on my garage floor. The tech said they don t remove it but try to get all the oil wiped out of it. Might work if that was water tight. Snow got up there and melted when it was parked in garage and motor heat heated it. What a mess

Intold these guys my car takes only 4 quarts. They somehow managed to overfill my oil by more than an inch above recommended level on my dipstick. This can damage ur engine. They also broke a vaccume hose mount that i can only get from the dealership.

They don't always do what they state they do on their reciept. Never herd no one check the air on my tires. Paper said 40lb. Take the other car In the following day. Again never need them check my air. Paper states 40lb.????? I then went to Boland to check o THEIR Fancy air pump and WOW26 IN ONE 32 IN THE REST??????

No way! I made sure I ask the gentleman twice to fill the air in my tires he reassured me that he did and told what pressure they were at all the way around. My tires still looked low when I got home and my husband check just to find out they in fact did not put air in my tires so... Thanks for lying to me twice. I came with no check engine light on and left with a check engine light on with nobody able to get it to turn off so thanks for that one too. Just wondering if you even changed my oil!?

The Oil Change took no longer than Ten Mins.They checked my tires, air filter, and refilled my windshield washer fluid.Top notch.

Got my oil changed (I hope), but disappointed as most of the rest of what was supposed to be part of the full service checklist was not done. Supposed to check headlights, brakes, and blinkers, but didn't. Claimed to have checked and filled tires with air, but definitely did not, even though I asked about it twice. Bill says washer fluid was added, but that wasn't done either.

I have been going to Victory lube for years..They took care of my mustang, trail blazer and now my focus..the people are friendly and fast. Never had a problem with anything they did or didn't do.

They always treat me with respect. I am not good at staying up to date with my oil changes. They never judge me (i was almost completely dry). When i remember to change my oil i always go here.
