Nothing short of disappointment. The job was not finished properly and I'm still finding things wrong with my car. My family was put in harms way and that is unacceptable. Auto body USA called me 2 weeks ago to discuss this, I called them back, now no return call. If you are worried about your customers, and your reviews, you should return phone calls.

The staff is wonderful, the turnaround time was months faster than other estimates, and my truck looks amazing! Jason did a great job communicating things about my vehicle and I appreciated the options he gave me.The whole passenger front end and grille were destroyed by a deer and look amazing! It took awhile due to insurance disagreeing with the labor rates, but this place is amazing! A deer ran into the side of my car in January and I was referred here to get it fixed once I got the estimate. The staff here are very friendly and were always there when I needed something. Now it doesn't even look like my car was hit, as you can see in my before And after pics. Thanks Autobody!

Unable to provide an accurate completion date, by the time it was all said and done I think I was given about 10 different dates. They kept pushing it out further and further. Told me it would take 4 weeks to 6 weeks max, took them almost 8 weeks. Tried to blame my insurance company for the delay, I reached out to the company and it was no fault of theirs and body shop won't admit thier mistake. When I picked up my car the dash had smudges all over from the spray that was applied and not wiped off completely. All my windows were dirtier than when I dropped it off. Least you could do was wipe off the obnoxious amount of water spots on the windows for the money I spent here. To top it all off the passenger door that was replaced wouldnt open from the inside and i had to return to the facility. Definitely not returning, K and D body shop provides way better service. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. No apology or compensation offered either.

Last experience with auto body USA was not as to be expected. Got resistance about a repair that went south, charge to much for the quality of work they perform. Not a happy customer , will not go there again.

Took our truck back after a repair 6 years ago. Paint and clear coat was peeling off. Not only did they repaint the truck, they detailed the inside of the truck. They could have easily blown us of, but they took responsibility for the previous work done and made it right. Great job and I highly recommend them.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Jason & Cassie are amazing.I brought my mother's vehicle in for a pretty bad paint gouge on her 2021 Ford Expedition liftgate. They communicated professionally, personably, and regularly with updates on the vehicle and clarification on what we wanted done. The repair was more than fair cost wise & you could not even tell there was paint repairs done to the vehicle. They went above and beyond what I ever could have expected. They delivered the vehicle back to me in Schoolcraft & even cleaned the inside of the vehicle. (which made my mom SO happy coming home from vacation to a fixed & clean car). I would recommend them to anyone needing body repairs.Jason deserves a raise for the amount of effort he puts in to each and every customer.Service: Painting

I wanted to leave a review on the autobody review site, but seeing as I wasn't even charged anything, I wasn't found in the customer database. I crashed into a guard rail and did some serious damage to my front driver's side suspension, so I had it towed here to get a quote. The quote was very thorough for a preliminary look and it was obvious he wanted to do a good job. However, I had done too much damage to a cheap car and wasn't willing to shell that out. So he let me store my car in his parking lot for two weeks until I could rent a trailer to tow it back to the Detroit area. I finally get the trailer and am able to take it back home, I end up struggling a bit to get it onto the dolly with the damage to the front end. So he grabs three guys away from what they were working on to help me load it up, and the owner himself helps. We get it loaded and he says safe travels... charged me nothing... outstanding customer service and friendliness. If you need some work done on your car, do yourself a favor and take it here.

Excellent work and customer service. It wasn't just a repair, they made the vehicle look good in relation to the repair. Attention to detail. Little extras topped off a great job. I highly recommend this shop.

Took the car in this morning to have the body parts replaced from the Turkey strike. Got it back this afternoon. Shout out to Autobody USA of Three Rivers, formally Wheat Autobody. They kept all of the same great staff under the new owners. They did a top notch job and even repaired the driver's side pull handle at no charge. Also a shout out to Trust Shield/Auto Owners in Schoolcraft. Zero out of pocket for everything. All body parts below the headlights replaced.
