It took 2 weeks for them to finally get to my car and diagnose, with the repair cost being 40% higher than my local mechanic. Not sure there's a reason for ever taking your car here.

Blessed to be able to serve this dealership with its transportation needs . They seem to hand pick each purchase and not settle for anything that is not perfect. Thanks again and man that Blue Bronco lol.

I have been so pleased with Three Oaks Ford. I moved out to the area when Covid hit and while I had purchased my Ford Escape in Chicago, I was thrilled that I could receive regular servicing so close to my Michigan home. And, without any hassles. I appreciate the efficiency of the service department and especially Julia who does the scheduling. Everyone in the sales area is friendly and loves my dog, who comes with me to wait for the servicing to be completed. Really glad I have this resource so close by.

Excellent service department! I have bought two cars from Three Oaks Ford and have not been disappointed. Julia in the service department is knowledgeable and friendly. Troy in the sales department is always kind and honest. He will go out of his way to make sure all your auto needs are met. I'd recommend Three Oaks Ford hands down!!

AVOID THREE OAKS FORD! I am not sure what happened to my beloved Ford Dealership in Three Oaks, Michigan, but not long ago (pre-covid) it was a GREAT sales lot with a wonderful service department. That is no longer true. My family purchased 4 cars from them over the past 8 years from helpful sales guys and had all major service and most oil changes, tires etc provided by them as well. A former fabulous mechanic and service manager named Steve, was always respectful, responsible and efficient. Sadly, we discovered that Steve and others on his team have been replaced by the most disrespectful and inefficient service team we have ever encountered. An incredibly rude pair of "managers" provided thoughtless and inaccurate service on our F150, never checking the 5 minute online instructions (website printed on the box) to program the item they charged us to install. Blaming the failure on us for not instructing them in the basics of customer service. Now we have to take it to a Ford Dealership further away to UNDO what they did and REDO it correctly. We had plans to replace our current truck with a $60k electric this year, but we will NOT do that in Three Oaks. We may actually consider a different brand altogether based on the experience we had today. I am deeply disappointed in the new version of this once reliable local business.

I have actually been a Mopar guy for many years but I wanted a simple and honest buying process and Three Oaks Ford was a great buyer experience. No haggling, no messing around, here is your price, finance options, etc. David and the Three Oaks team will be getting my families business from here on out. Small town feeling that you'll love. They actually gave me above KBB trade in value as well. I highly recommend!

Besides my oil change, they said my non-Ford had a clunk in my steering that needed to be fixed. $1000 later it wasn't fixed, and they said "take it to the dealer". What a rip-off. Do not use Three Oaks Ford.

Fabulous service! Called to see if I could have windshield wiper blades installed and was in and out within 45 minutes. So appreciated as mine were literally in shreds! Definitely all star rating.

Amazing service department. Very Friendly and honest staff. I had a bad experience at another ford dealership. Call to get a water pump replace and they got me on the schedule the same day. Asked for my truck to be finished on a certain day for my vacation and just as asked it was finished on that date. Highly recommend if you need any work done to your vehicle

I didn t end up buying from this dealership but David Simmons was nothing but professional and attentive answering my questions. He never once pressured me to buy from him and I really appreciated that.I ended up getting the same price for the vehicle I wanted at a dealership closer to my home (through a discount offered by my work that made the price set across any dealership I went to) but I think this dealership is worth checking out if you are looking for a new vehicle. Thanks David.

The service manager, Suzanne, is so kind and very professional. I explained that there was something wrong with my transmission and she made me an appointment right away to get it fixed. Three Oaks Ford fixed my car and is perfect once again!

Looked online for a truck to replace the one I gave to my son. Three Oaks was about 35 minutes from me. Worth the drive to deal with local friendly people. Thanks I love my Ranger! See you next year for another vehicle.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought a car for 20k 2 months ago. Nothing but troubles. Back door won't open and now Transmission just went out. They said I bought as is

They spent a couple of hours on two different days making sure my wife and I got the right car for us. We have trouble with getting in and out of vehicles because of our age. The car we ended up with was not the one I thought I wanted but Rich (our salesman) made sure we got a car that worked for us. He also got us a great deal THANKS

Would rate 0 stars if possible. David was my Salesman.First issue....I originally applied for financing at Prestige Cars whom then gave my information to Three Oaks Ford and they proceeded to run my credit to numerous banks WITHOUT my authorization from Three Oaks.2nd Issue - When with the deal was presented, the Fusion was $3000 over what they were asking for and when I told him that your website and the physical sticker itself was a complete different price...I was told that it would "be checked for accuracy". Re-structured deal had just about the same invoice price that was over what they were advertising AGAIN but this time he shoved an additional warranty onto it so they "don't loose money". I was told either take the car with the warranty or he cant do the deal...i needed a car so i took it which i should not have...Transmission issues, power and performance issues, engine squeaking within the first month. Took it in...they updated the PCM and replaced the tensioner...first I was told if it was shifting rough it was not normal and now after the PCM update im told that the transmissions are suppose to shift very rigid and sometimes you do need to hit the gas more to go?? Ive owned 1 other Fusion and it ran perfect...I have a friend thats been a mechanic at Ford for 8 years and was told thats incorrect...theres a service bulletin with my VIN for that trans so maybe Three Oaks is just being cheap??STAY AWAY

Don't buy a vehicle here. My girlfriends mom bought an extended warranty for her 2013 Escape in case anything were to go wrong. The turbo on this SUV is shot and they're telling her it's not covered under the "extended warranty"!! Isn't that why you purchase an extended warranty?? They got her money and now she's out of a vehicle. Service people were rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention poor customer service. Not the first vehicle I've bought here...but it definitely will be the Last!! And...I just got informed that the "manager" Tom wants me to take my review down because he got a call from corporate about the HONEST review I gave.

I was interested in a vehicle. After contacting them to see if the vehicle was still available, they said yes and I told them I would plan to come see it. They later texted me about a price error, saying the vehicle was mistakenly priced $4,200 lower than it s actual cost. A few days later I checked the (online) listing again, and they were still advertising it at the mistaken price. Seems pretty shady to me.

Bought a car. Had a part fail a month and a half ago 2 weeks after buying the car am still waiting on the part to be ordered so paying on a car that's sitting in my driveway . Its a 2016 btw. Very lazy service staff. Do not recommend.Update. After a 3 min search online I've located 3 oem parts with in 20 min of that dealership at part stores. I repeat .Lazy service staff lazy parts people . Do not recommendUpdate. After a 3rd failed ford warranted part. I'm now apparently hearing impaired according to the sales manager and they now refuse to work on the car worst car buying experience of my life will never return to that dealer and will make sure no one i knows ever buys from them again.

They had a gimmick going that if you got a mailer and matched the scratch off you could win money. Went down to get my prize, and spent 2 hours of high pressure sales tactics from multiple sales people. They took my keys to check out my truck for trade and wouldn't give them back to me. They tried to sell me a truck that was a "good" deal. I later found almost the same truck for $4000.00 less. If your shopping for a car or truck and go here. WATCH YOUR BACK and do your homework or they'll take you and smile while they are doing it.

My POLICE INTERCEPTOR is the bees knees. Lance took care of my needs. I had a weird happening with it on the get go but they FIXED it. They are stand up people. Worth a check out. There website could use some work. Also the vehicles information aren't readily available. Otherwise it would be 5 stars...
