Went in for check engine light. Told them it was knock sensor and was confirmed by their diagnostic. told to do repair then was told by them during repair that had a broken spark plug and coil on plug boot. Told replace broken parts only. Took 5 days to complete their work. Within 24hrs after getting car back check engine light came back on along with the abs; bas and traction warning lights came on called and was told that they are not responsible for brake warning lights and to bring it back next week to look at it. I was not able to look under hood due to weather till 3 days later to see what they have done. This is what I found zip tie holding connection to plug coil; oil sensor wire routed wrong going over water pump; oil dip stick not bolted down. Called to complain was told that service manager stands behind techs work. This was just what I was was able to see with out doing an in depth look and this type of repair work they did cost over 500.00 and a 1/4 of a tank of gas used, inside of vehicle smells like grease and oil. My warning go else where this is backyard mechanic work and should not be ASE CERTIFIDED work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had my car towed there on a Saturday and it was first looked at on the following Tuesday. I was told it was the water pump and would be most likely done by the end of day. The guy was short on the phone so I waited till noon to call him Wednesday for an update. He seemed annoyed and said it would be done by end of day as they were closing it up. I called again at 4 to see if it was ready and he again seemed annoyed saying he was closing it up and they d call when ready. They called at 4:45 when I live 20 minutes away saying it was ready. I had my ride leave work early and drive me up there just in case even though this is the second time they promised by end of day. When I went in to pick it up, he said it would be a minute and then talked to the people behind me about how ridiculous it is when people call in for estimated times. Long story short, now my heat doesn t work and I don t have another 3 days to take off work for them to fix it.

Driver was nice. Lady at desk was nice but when I am in a accident and you give me an address to were u are taking my car. I expect it to be there. Not 15 more miles in another direction.

Dropped our car off on Thursday before the Holiday weekend. We were told they would get it in that evening or Friday morning. Friday comes and no call. Called to check on it and just rang (tried for 2 hours) walked up to find the shop closed. Leaving us without a vehicle until Tuesday. Causing missed work ect. Tuesday morning called and was told one was out of town and the other got sick. (Things happen, I get that) but before I could explain my situation and ask if they would be able to get to it otherwise I would just pick the car up as we needed it back that day, was told they would call me and hung up. Not even an apology. Called back about 12:30pm and said I was coming to get the car if they hadn t been able to look at it yet as I needed it. Was told they were finishing the diagnostic up and would call back with the quote. Called again 45 min later and was told seriously! I told you I would call you back! They immediately called back with the quote and were able to get the vehicle done, but when my daughter picked the car up no one even acknowledged her for at least 2 minutes. Just handed the keys over & was told the price. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially considering we were without a car for 5 days with what turned out to be a 40 minute fix. Was very disappointed given all of the positive reviews. Will never use them again and would give 0 stars if I could.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an error light show up on my car afterhours. Dropped the care off overnight and they were able to evaluate and diagnose by 9am. Unfortunately, my car warranty would not work with this location so I had to go elsewhere for the repairs. Either way, I was very impressed by the speed and professionalism of this location. Will use for future repairs not covered by warranty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very disappointed in this place considering all of the positive reviews. Customer service is horrible and are extremely rude. I will never use them again. I am always finding ways to support local. However, I will now be sticking to Tireman and Belle Tire when I need something done to my car. Dropped my car off Thursday morning and was told they d get to it either late in the day Thursday or early Friday morning. Come Friday and no call. Tried getting a hold of them for 2 hours to find out they were closed. Leaving me without a car for 5 days as they didn t open back up until Tuesday due to the long weekend.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Make sure you get a quote IN WRITING. Iwas told a price of $509.00 for a service but were busy on a Thursday and to come back following Monday, ok. I took it back the following monday , got a call Tuesday that I could pick it up and when I went to pick it up the bill was $749.00. The same man that gave me the quote 5 days ago said, "sorry you should have gotten it in writing, my word is no good". I guess it was my fault, I didn't know his word was no good. Just saying, get it in writing if you get a quote from here. They did a good job just don't take they're word, it's no good...get it in writing.

We've been here four or five times with our vehicles over the past few years, and they always do a great job. We tried another (often recommended) local place closer to us, but they were ridiculously incompetent, so we switched to Lewis Avenue and have never been sorry - very pleased with how honest and professional they are.

I really dislike giving a negative review but my experience here was very poor. Took my jeep in for brakes. They broke several of the lugs and stems of my 4 month old tires. Mechanic complained they were heavy and he "wasn't a fan". Then my jeep was smoking for a week. Turned out the caliper was hung up because they weren't replaced with the pads and rotors. The guys are always borderline rude. I'll go to Michel tire from now on.

My car was dropped off at 8 am. They knew what was wrong by 11. I was able to pick my car up the same afternoon. Excellent service and a great value too. I will be going here from now on.

i have had a few experiences. first time they flushed my radiator and didn't refill it.................second time I bought a used car and needed new rims and they told me I had two bad tires...wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars. took it to the dealer the tires were fine and all together at the dealer it was 600. yesterday my mother took her car in there they told here her top was leaking...it wasn't the rocker arm was clogged and she had back breaks but no front breaks and would take approx. 8 hrs labor. all together around 4000 dollars..........it got fixed at earl brothers in point place....total cost 90 dollars. I think this place rips off woman especially and i wouldn't go there for an oil change. they would probably forget to put the oil in!!!

Rip off. Charged me $300 for one ball joint. They're lucky I needed it done asap. They don't know what they're talking about either. I noticed something wrong after I got home and checked it and the guy's response when I took it back the next day was ''Oh yeah I saw that'' .Apparently they can't tighten an oil filter either as the oil filter on someone's truck I know was loose when he went to do an oil change himself.Don't waste your time or money here. They're morons.

Got 1 estimate from 1 shop for an air conditioner repair the said 700, took it to lewis Ave auto repair the said 150...honest people and great prices, you can't go wrong there!

Nice little place nice dudes and had my ride ready fast.....give to the little business cuz ive had it with the expensive big names ....they ALWAYS charge more ..lookin at you Tireman Monroe !!
