Nick fixed my F750 dump truck when few others would even look at it. He saved me thousands by returning me a great working vehicle instead of having to hunt the world over for a similar truck to do the same job. The truck runs great, and now it's even safe to drive! Thanks Nick!

My car recently broke down on the side of the road, Next Level was there in 30 minutes to give me a tow. Despite being very busy at their shop they made my car a priority to service. Their work was top notch. Not only did they fix the initial problem, but they performed a thorough inspection on my vehicle, which identified some needed maintenance and potential issues down the road. Nick at Next Level provided a detailed breakdown of all the costs. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue going to Next Level.Services: Battery service, Car towing, Brake service & repair

Amazing service! We waited on the side on M52 for nearly 2 hours waiting for AAA to find an available tow truck to help us with a flat tire. It was 5 degrees out and we just couldn't do it ourselves in those conditions. Thank you so much to Nick for rescuing us!!! We would have never gotten thr lugnuts off by ourself!! Cannot say enough about the amazing service they provided!!!

Next Level Auto was such a help to ys when we had a flat tire. We are happy to recommend them. AAA never called or texted us back. We are both over 70 and it was -25 windchill.

My car broke down and I called Next Level Automotive for a tow. Nick showed up very quickly and was very professional and able to diagnose what was wrong with my car.Nick and Next Level Automotive were also able to fix the problem with my car very quickly and had me driving in it again within 24 hours.Next Level Automotive has all of my business for my automotive needs from here on out.

I never heard of this company until I broke down in Milan mi I had a bad day from the day before delivering in Ohio so going home that day my truck was dumping oil out I couldn t find out where it was coming from made it to Milan to a pilot truck stop with a garage and they couldn t do anything with it they didn t know any good repair shop to even recommend me to go to so finally morning came and after being frustrated looking online for shops I ran across Next Level Automotive LLC talked to Nick he said come on down he said they will take care of it and he did I will say it wasn t an easy job or fix for them but Nick and his crew did not give up on the job Then Nick hit me up and said found oil leak stopped oil leak truck is fixed I mean I really appreciate what they did for Donnise trucking llc they are honest make sure you understand what s going on or what the problem is what can I say great job guys very professional just all of the above thanks again guys can t say it enoughService: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is amazing. They find the issues, repaired at affordable prices and stays no matter how long it takes when they tell you they will get your vehicle back to you. I have and would suggest this place 100%. They even come to you if needed. Try them they are local too.
