First I am a former employee, working here for 5 years. The employees are genuinely good people, but the owner who runs the oil change is horrible to say the least. I would not recommend ever working for this company! You go to her with genuine concerns and nothing changes, she allows some employees to take their time and work on vehicles routinely for over an hour, while you would service 3 to 4 vehicles.She has no management abilities, openly says she doesn't like to deal with problems, overall sits back and collects money at employees expense. She put in place a "Manager" who has absolutely no management or leadership skills or training whatsoever and expects things to go well.NONE of these people know how to manage people, talk to people the right way and it's a shame. You may believe I am just a disgruntled ex employee. But I am just telling you how it is! I KEPT QUITE for far too long!They routinely hire employees who show up late, you have to go and pick up, or even wake up! To be blunt and truthful, this all started when the old manager Paul got hurt and left. As Paul knew how to run things and could do the day in and day out management of employees.My advice, find employment elsewhere and get your oil changed some place other than here, It's probably cheaper anyway!3/03/24UPDATE: Note her reply below! Your not sorry, if you were you would have fixed the problems that I came to you with. Dealing with people with Grace and actually doing what a manager should do is two very different things. You let people get away with things that cause others to do twice the work and could care less, you put people in charge who also have no management experience! All the while more interested in what income you are getting in.Again everything I said in my review is 100% accurate and truthful.

Very good service and good people. Rob did a great job and went over all details with me. Reasonably priced and discounts for senior citizens and Veterans.... Shout out to "Silas" for the great service and friendly staff.

Always have had great customer service at Gary's. They show you your oil/liquid levels and conditions. I had an oil change today and was very impressed with Hudson who provided me specific information on my car. I appreciate the thorough job they do in checking our cars out an explaining the conditions/recommendations.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It seemed VERY expensive compared to other places for premium synthetic oil. I know synthetic costs more, but this was crazy high!

I had a problem with my Jeep right after getting an oil change (not related to the oil change) and they were willing to look it over and redo the oil change the next day. Very professional and friendly staff!

Went and got my oil changed today. My technician Rob was outstanding. His customers service skills were great.He was polite and vary helpful with any questions I had. You could see the pride he put forth in doing his job, as well as everyone else working there today. I appreciate the care and effort you put forth In taking care of my car. Thank you again Rob. Employees of Gary's Quick Lube are friendly, helpful and hard working. It is nice, and convenient to be able to drive out, without an appointment, and have my oil changed, at my convenience. Have gone there for years and never had a problem.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

They do good job. But if you pay by credit card it does not match invoice they charge around $5 for using your card.

I am super unhappy with the service i received. every drop of my $98.00 oil change was in my driveway . called to let them know what happened. not once did i hear i m sorry . was told to bring it back , and we would get a free oil change . how is it free when i have oil all over my driveway, not to mention i had to put oil back in it ($18) and drive it back there after a long day of work . tried to called and talk to the owner . 4 different times , and the phone kept disconnecting on their end . will never go back again ! (up date, I talked with Molly , and she did her best to make things right . )Service: Oil change

Fast, and friendly. Even tried to help me with my airbag light, but did forget to reset my oil change light. Maybe because I didn't ask, so it may have been my mistake. I'll definitely go again.

Super nice staff. I like that I can pay a once monthly price and then wash my car as much as I like. The guys in the garage are great, too. Hardly any wait at all for an oil change. They even changed my brake light for me-for free since I had the bulb.

My wife and I been having our oil changed here since we moved to Tecumseh 4 years now. Always great service with smiles. We're shown if problems start to come into light , like dirty air filter , transmission fluid, gear lube and so on. We are never pressured into purchasing their service but is offered at a reasonable price. They are responsible quick but they make sure things are done correct so sometimes it might take longer than expected. I'll keep going back as long as this service keeps up.

My car was not as clean as I hoped it would be when I left the full service car wash. It had lots of hard water spots on it an the bugs that I had on it we re still there.

There are many reasons I'm a returning customer to Gary's Quick Lube besides wanting to support a local business of course. The great service I always receive is above and beyond what you will get any where else! Last winter, I needed new tires but it was not in the budget. Several times a week, they would check my air pressure and fill them up for me! Yesterday, after hauling my kids to 3 different store in Tecumseh to try to track down an electric pump to inflate my children's swimming pool with only $15 in my pocket. We left the final store with my kids crying and being disappointed because I didn't have enough money to purchase one. The look of defeat in their eyes was more than I could handle! That's when I remember, how kind the staff at Gary's are and how many times they had helped me in the past. I pulled into the shop when they weren't busy and asked if they would be willing to blow it up... without hesitation they blew up the pool! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for them for again helping me out and saving the day!!! We pulled out of the shop with my kids smiling :) Thank you guys... you have no idea how much that meant to my family.

I was there for almost 2 hours on 1/21/2023, between 10AM-12PM. The staff seemed inexperienced and one employee was on their phone for most of the time while my vehicle was in the garage. I like going here but I'm debating returning here after today's experience.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Horrible place to go and god forbid if u have a disagreement with the Establishment. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Also If you have a disagreement with the car wash it appears they have the police on the payroll because the police will automatically side with the car wash. The city Of Tecumseh should be ashamed of theirselves to allow this to go on and this is happened to several people in the community. I personally witnessed this happen to a customer.Service: Oil change

Was very happy to find this place. New to town. Needed an oil change desperately. Got there early was in and out in no time. They explain the entire procedure to me. answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable .Will definitely be back. they also changed my wiper blades.

This place is great! They actually show you how dirty your oil is before and how clean it is after! Always willing to go the extra mile by vacuuming out your car. Their service is pretty fast. I'm glad i found them:)

Have been going here for the past 7 years, really was a great place when they used to run Formula Shell oil and it was in the low $30 range for a oil change. They have been raising the price over the last couple years and switched to serv-pro oil a while ago.. after my last visit I asked the rep if I heard him correct... $48 for a oil change... Nothing bad to say about the service, I just can't justify the cost anymore, I'll go to the GM dealership and save $20 or Roberts Collison a couple miles down the road can change it for $24.99.... My co-worker who I had gotten to start going informed me he has recently stopped going as well due to price.I would return as a customer if they ever did lower the price back...please let me know if you do.

this is a top notch business. I had the pleasure to be helped by Paul and Eddie. they treat you with respect and dignity. The price was great for all i had to have done but its the little stuff the top off"s, the full system check they performed to make sure your driving away safe and happy. I will be returning till the day i am to old to drive and then ill make sure my children take their cars and trucks there. Thank you for the kind treatment and the care in which you took the time out of your day to give me and my car. visited on 2/25/15

Fair price and nobody was pushy, but I was disappointed my tires weren t filled up with air even though I asked. The receipt says they were checked and all at 40 PSI, but they are all actually around 27-28 PSI and my low pressure light is still on. I specifically asked the man to check my tires since I have a baby with me it s a little inconvenient to have to stop and air my tires myself. I d go somewhere else next time.

Excellent work, Gary's Quick Luke will not BS you around, they are true and honest people, great staff.. we take our jeeps there for service and its awesome. Bonus is that you can even get your vehicle washed after being serviced. This is a place i recommend, and will continue to take my jeeps there. What else can you ask for Great Service, with no frills trying to sell you stuff you dont need like the dealerships do. Help support your local business'es and bring your vehicle to Garys Quick Lube. They will treat you Right!

Wanted to charge my wife 85.00 for an oil change on a Honda CRV 2010. Took it to the dealership in A2 for 30.00. You don't have to be a woman to get robbed at this place either. It the only quick oil change place in town and they will take all your money if you let them.

Even though it was by far the most expensive oil change I've ever had, the guys were all very professional and much faster than the dealership. I've grown up around mechanics my my whole life and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Great job

Called to price out an oil change for my vehicle, was quoted more than double the cost for a standard oil change as compared to Tireman in Adrian. I mentioned the comparative price difference and was told we don t price match, so you can go there, or come here . Thanks for the advice?! Apparently being a woman automatically makes me stupid?
