Took my car in for an oil change. Customer Service reps were great. They had me in and out. Inquired about something else. The mechanic took his time to explain to me and pin pointed the issue. Made a second appointment as they were busy. Second appt when great as well. They made both visits easy and I will be back.

I buy my pure synthetic oil here , oil, air filters, and anything else. I do have several backyard mechanics. Yes, it's cheaper, but they do the job correctly the first time. I no longer experience oil leaks.

Found out that they don t do Mercedes Oil changes which wasn t a problem, the problem is they only told me after an hour of waiting when they could have said that as soon as I gave them the key. The lack of awareness is amazing for people who work in automotive care daily. Even worse there were four other customers yelling and complaining that their vehicles hadn t been taken care of or finished in a typical amount of time. Terrible experience!

Called to see if they had the item I needed in stock, got hung up on before my call ever reached the right department. If the service is meant to be a joke, I don't get it.

This is my new "Oil Change facility". I was a loyal patron of Sears automotive care center for years. When they no longer existed, I tried some local oil change facilities, I was not impressed. And within a 3mo. Period, my vehicle, was bone dry, NO OIL, and I had to have my engine replaced. I NOW DRIVE 20 + MILES to Walmart car care facilities, they are knowledgeable, they do excellent service, they do WHAT THEY'RE PAID TO DO. I LIKE THE TRACKING OF THE SERVICE, THROUGH TEXT MESSAGING. I AM THOUROUGHLY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PERFORMED/PROVIDED!

Extremely poor service. Tires ordered and install scheduled one week in advance. Show up on the day/time of the appointment and the doors are closed. Waited 45 mins (since the tires were already paid for) and no one at the store or in HR knows what s going on or what time anyone is coming in. Hoping to get a quick refund so I can go elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure I didn't need an appointment for an oil change. I was told I didn't, but there may be vehicles in front of me. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't take any more walk ins for a while per the manager, and they were understaffed. EVERYONE IS UNDERSTAFFED!!!!! Come up with something new. I can understand to an extent, but I had called maybe 20 minutes before my arrival. Things didn't change that fast.....NOT AT WALMART.

This was the worst auto shop service thru my entire life. Lazy workers, don t know what they are doing. My appointment was at 3pm and they didn t even touch my car until 5pm, like I have all day for a tyre change for a work takes only half hour. I really regret to spend two hours for nothing. It was really a bad experience. Never advise a friend or anybody to go that shop.Service: Tires

These guys took great care of me and actually knew the ins & outs of my truck which is kinda rare and they did great work. Quick and professional with Walmart rates. First time there but I will be back. Oh yeah, and they had my tires of choice for about $300 cheaper then any local competitors...so there's that too.

Just got new tires and every one of my gauges are going off with faults now.Great service by Matt though. But something is seriously wrong with my car.

The auto care manager is horrible. Not customer friendly, miserable and tried to yell at me twice.Operator had to apologize for what happened and the miserable behavior of his supervisor.Walmart wake up and look at your management, this guy deserves a reprimand or clearly at least a refeshing of what it means working at walmart and facing customers.

For anyone reading this comment, let me unambiguously say, this place is a garbage. Went for a battery replacement, was told they don t do instalment. I called another Walmart auto location (at Woodhaven) and they confirmed they can do the battery installation and that Walmart does it. The guy at the Taylor auto Center has serious attitude issues and should be fired. Guys, avoid this auto location.

I went in to get new tires, and was pleasantly surprised. Shane was working at the desk - it was pretty busy and he did a wonderful job keeping up with all the customers. The person who worked on my car was Josh, who was also very nice and helpful. He even rolled my tire in to show me something wrong with the valve stem. Even with being so busy they still managed to get me in and out within an hour, and for less than half my quoted price at Discount Tire.

Very happy they had tires and personnel to install them, dollar for dollar they were the best deal I could find also. I prefer not to be a wal-mart guy nut lately the value and good service have greatly been appreciated. I purchased the Generals that they had for a fusion with 18 " option. The tires are an improvement from the Goodyears that came from factory, only made it to 35,700 miles with those. Hope these get me up to 100k with proper rotation. We shall see.

No where on the website does it say tire service by appointment only on Sunday so I wasted my time trying to get a repair by getting turned away because "there is no manager on staff" on Sundays so appointment only.Furious

Sadly enough once I contacted the service center at 6:30 p.m. I was told I could bring my tire in to bring the tire in since it was just a carry in tire change, it was over one hour before closing and I drove all the way from Romulus to Taylor and once I got there they refuse to change the tire saying that they don't did not have enough technicians as I watched for technicians run around the shop but I was told over the phone it was no problem with coming and having the tire change having it off the car and just a simple putting the tire on a rim .so after leaving I chose to go to a different Tire Company and got the tire even cheaper and great excellent service knowing this was kind of an emergency because my daughter broke down on the freeway, I don't think I'll be going back to this Walmart service center

Only giving four stars is because I found four brand new truck tires for $45 each. These tires had a five star rating. They were ordered by someone on line then they didn't want them and walmart put them in a discontinued pile. They were normally $123 each. I got the deal of a lifetime. Otherwise I would never take my vehicle there to be serviced. Except Michael did a excellent job installing my tires. If you take your vehicle there watch it the entire time.

Prices are very reasonable. very professional staff.They are very faster sometimes compared to other times depends on how busy they are...Note:pls ensure they do all the services for which you are paying. most of the times they wont unless you are persistent in your requests.example: For lube services-transmission fluids may not be refilled.

Try to get my oil changed, they told me 2 hours. I told them cool I have to do some shopping anyways. Went back 2 and half hours later my truck wasn't even in the shop. They said it would be another hour.bAll off the employees in the garage where more worried about who was texting them and going on breaks. Looked like no want to work. I went down the street and they changed it in 15 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go anywhere else but here for an extra 15 bucks you can save about 3 hours out of your time.

After being sent here from another store for 1 nail in 1 tire (waiting an hour there) I was told 2 hours to wait. 3 hours later (4.5 hours after the drive) they tell me that it was repairable and would have to charge for half life of the tire. I had them exchange it and was promised a time (still not delivered and twice as long as promised). Total time to get 1 tire patch is 5.5 hours.

Did good work. I mean it was just an oil change though. Would of gotten a 5 star but the guy at the service counter was so not friendly. Seemed angry when I asked him car related questions about their services. Enjoy your miserable life buddy.

Waiting room quite small so perhaps take a walk around the well lit store. Everything you'll need for do it yourself auto repair and improvement or let them do the work for you. Staff very knowledgeable. Restrooms in back of store very clean. Many seasonal items. Nice bike selection though few had prices. They even carry stuff for swimming pools. Store can be set up/organized with a better flow it was difficult locating deck cleaner until store rep found it near outdoor pesticides. Store appears well stocked for groceries and household things. Health and beauty selection was decent: more ethnic options would be nice

I just called the man to ask about getting my tires done. He was very rude on the phone cut me off before I could finish my sentence saying "whats the tire size, well I need the tire size if u don't know I can't help u go out and look at your car." I haven't even made it to the store yet and I WILL NOT be bringing my service there. Too bad too I was looking to spend good money to get 4 brand new tires.

Absolute worst service ever, first of all there is no place to sit if you are waiting for service for a vehicle. I know there is a pandemic but there is a such thing as social distancing! There was an elderly couple who had to stand up for like an hour while thier car was being serviced. There were like 4 or five tech and it still took more than an hour to mount 2 tires. After they were done Instead of checking me out the tech lefte me at the counter to do what looked like nothing. Then he pushed a waiver over to me and said "you need to sign this incase you have an accident because you are replacing your 2 front tires". The person who wrote up the initial order never said anything about it. You would think that would be important since it was a safety issue. Completely unprofessional to say the least!

emergency flat tire repair found me at a Walmart service department. NOT my first, second, or third choice but here i am. I was there before MOST of the employees so I had a bit of a wait for service (2.5 hours for 2 new tires and a light bulb repair), but the price was very fair, work was done completely and correct.

Good deals service very slow, 5 hours just for tires ridiculous. Give one star because price of tire. Price of tire beat fire stone and good year. Expect the wait. They dmevery inconsiderate of your time.
