Great family owned mechanic shop. Haider took great care of my Lincoln Navigator and replaced all of my brakes and rotors within an hour of my arrival. Thank you again for your great service!

Great service! Nobody could figure out the misfire in my 2012 Dodge Charger. They got the job done perfect and they also offered me a full detail on my vehicle. Highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs

Always reasonable in price. I've done expensive fixes and not expensive fixes here. Once they fix it, the issue is solved. Great mechanic.

I was able to drop off my car Tuesday afternoon with no advance notice and had it back in the driveway working on Friday.After seeing the dealer and Dearborn Total Automotive across the street for the same issue, I would go back to Turks first. They listened to me and reviewed the previous paper work (rather than ignoring me and diagnosing from scratch).Professional and clean place. No complaints so far, seems to have fixed what the dealer couldn t!

I cannot say how much I appreciate this place! I originally went to a different mechanic that tried getting me to pay over $3000 for work that didn t need done. Then I found out about Ray s and not only did they seem genuine and honest but they were thorough and did the work in a timely manner. My ride is now purring like a kitten once more and I am super happy that they did an excellent job! Plus they can do financing on repairs if needed to which I don t see at many other auto repair shops. Hands down best customer service in the state of Michigan. The owners are very kind and treat every vehicle as if it s their personal vehicle no matter what the issue is. I brought to them my truck which was missing suspension components and with 0 hesitation they got to work and ordered all the parts needed and I am proud to say that they are the only people I trust with my vehicles and I would not want anyone else s service if it s not at Turks auto service. I will 100% bring all my vehicles as well as my friends and family s back to them. Everyone there is extremely passionate about what they do which means you are in good hand you will not have to worry about anything being broken or installed incorrectly. I want to thank the owners for making sure everything is done correctly, My next vehicle is coming here for all maintenance/engine work from here on out. Let me start off by saying i have never ever been so comfortable and understanding at a shop more than ever. I took my Jeep Wrangler to get serviced there I was kinda nervous and worried because I ve never been there before. I had a bad vibration in my steering wheel. They took me in as a walk in diagnosed my vehicles issue and explained what was that problem and what could have caused the issues. Still let me remind you it was my first time there so I was still nervous and worried paid for the diagnostic fee and left. Called a few shops around and asked them what would it coast at a different shop. Some asked for almost twice the amount. So I called back Turks and took my car there. Fixed the issue solved the problem I was very happy and excited about having my car drive normal again & I even got my car detailed at the end Very nice/clean and friendly environment. Quality service, unbeatable rates. My new go-to spot for anything mechanical. They did everything for me in practically no time. New tires, suspension, oil change, brakes and alignment all within a few hours of dropping it off. Though I wouldn't mind spending time in that comfortable waiting room, they offered me a ride home instead of keeping me waiting there. Granted, I live a couple minutes away but the fact that they went out of their way to satisfy a customer was amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. The service and hospitality was unheard of and the work was flawless. They gained a lifelong customer.

A+, I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get your car detailed. I took my truck to get detailed a couple of days ago and could not be more pleased with the service. I visited this shop for an alignment oil change and some new tires, where do I begin?? Amazing customer service!! The mechanics on duty know what they re doing and take the time to make sure you re satisfied with the work that is done. The prices are UNBEATABLE and I was also offered a finance option which really helped with the expenses. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!

These guys are awesome! They got me in same day. Made sure I was covered to get my kids from school and saved me a bunch of money on an additional part I was going to have to change when I got my car back! I had the engine in my 1999 Buick Regal replaced buy Ray's. While it took longer than expected (And cost more to) the results are outstanding. I have traveled thousands of miles in this old car Ray's have given new life. They do great work!

Best service in the area, practically brand new tires and very good people. Very honest and will go the extra mile just to help u get those great deals. My one and only shop for tires, alignments, front end work, and also all kinds of mechanic work! Go check them out you will not regret it!!

I brought in my 2006 Chrysler 300c hemi, 2009 Lincoln MKS, and my 2015 Mercedes Benz all for an oil changes and I was provided with a loaner vehicle to drive around for the day while my vehicles were being serviced. Couldn t ask for anything more than that and I paid $250 out the door full synthetic for 3 cars 5W30 Mobil one. I m very satisfied those three cars take 20 quarts of oil that would have cost me $160 in oil alone plus the filters $40 I would of spent $200 just on the parts. So he basically charged me $50 bucks to change all three cars. He didn t even make me fill his loaner vehicle back up with gas. Reliable auto saved my BMW! I originally brought my bmw to ernhard of west Bloomfield and upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed every light on the dash had lit up as soon as I started my vehicle. I picked it up after hours and did not sign any paperwork. I informed bmw that day by voicemail as well as email and even called them for two weeks without a response. They eventually returned my phone call saying these things happen and just go bad and quoted me $2,200 for a new module. I called rays reliable auto and he insisted to have the car towed to his shop (Ray charged only $60 for a tow) Once I arrived at rays reliable auto they had my bmw fixed literally in 20min!!!!! they changed out the module with 6 screws and charged me $150! Ray is the owner of the shop and if your reading this I just wanted to say how much I appreciate you and if it wasn t for you I wouldn t have my bmw right now today. Thank you Patrick and William you guys are amazing mechanics. After going to a Ford dealership just to get an idea of what was wrong with my brakes, because my abs light was on, they stated that the car needed a module replaced and wanted to charge me $300. So I took it to these guys for a second opinion and it turned to be just a bad caliper, installed a new one and didn't even need to go to the Ford dealership to get it reset because these guy have all the special tools and we're able to do it themselves. Very satisfied, Honest people definetly recommend!!

Stopped in (after hours) to have a new battery installed. They took the time to change the battery and check my daughter's car which was acting up and "misdiagnosed" earlier in the day. They talked us through everything and were very honest. Fastest battery change and extremely reasonable pricing. Customer service goes a very long way these days and this shop is top notch.

I went to several places to get estimates and felt like everyone was trying to upsell. Glad I was able to meet Z. They were very honest and told me what I needed to get done. Spent a third of what I was originally quoted at other shops and my car drives perfectly now. Keep up the good work!!!

I drive 25 minutes to get their service on my car. Just really good honest people! Highly recommend! Ask for Z and he will take care if you! I need them to open a second location in Dearborn to show all the other crooks how it is to be faithful to you customers! Great job fellas!

Had a late night emergency with a tire blow out and couldn't find anywhere to help. I saw the light on in their shop and stopped in just to see if they might help. Their guys were staying late to make sure someone else got their car done on time. Even an hour after they closed, they took the time to get me in the door (even coming to my house, which is very close by, to get my doughnut on) and got me back on the road in no time. All that and they charged very low prices for everything. I've never had a better first impression of an auto repair or tire shop.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. I bought a acura tlx from an auction that needed tons of work, including a new transmission. When I took it to the dealership they said I ll have to pay around $3000 just for labor. I left the dearship and asked an independent auto mechanic that wanted to charge about the same. I gave up on the car and had it stored in my garage. A friend mentioned reliable, I went over and they sat down with me, answered my questions, and gave me a quote there. Much much less than what others were asking for. Moreover, they kept in contact with me, sent me pictures of everything it needed and asked if it was okay to purchase the parts. After they had all the parts they finished everything after 1 day! Very impressed. I m very happy with how it turned out. Thank you!!
