Josh was and continues to be very helpful. He even stayed after hours since I didn t arrive until 845 pm. Before taking off in my new vehicle, he made sure I knew how to work all the new gadgets. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I've bought or leased several vehicles here over the years and I've always had a pleasant experience. I have had to use their body and service department a few times and always found them to be professional. They usually have a good selection of vehicles.

First time I posted this review the response that Taylor Ford gave was that they had no record of me visiting their dealership!!! Donovan Snow was my sales guy for a brand new 2018 Escape SE. Service Manager Mandy Friday was who I delt with in Service, Kim was who I delt with in Collision, Jim in collision did all the repair work! I spoke to the manager Jerry several times during the course of the repairs. Not only did we buy a car from them, I brought my cousin in a week later and she also bought an Escape. Since then, 2 more of my cousins have bought vehicles (Explorer, and Escape) from this dealership.I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Bought out the lease on my 2018 Escape SE. I was asked if I wanted the extended warranty for $1800. It was explained that it would be the same as the coverage that was on the lease and that it would cover repairs. I was never told that I would have to pay $100 deductible on repairs. They also added the Ford Maintenance package for $1000 which I was never told about, supposedly gets you oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts and other maintenance items free. Although I ve been back there twice to get oil changes and paid for them!! No one bothered to pull up my account and see that I was covered on oil changes!! Another more reputable Ford dealership (Pat Milliken Ford) quickly pointed this out to me.. told me immediately that I should be getting those for free.The Collision shop is equally as bad. My escape had to go in after a small accident and they had my car over 1 1/2 months, and they charged myself and my insurance $8500 for the repair. They gave me the car back with the original broken front grill, the new freshly painted front fascia had 2 chips of paint missing. The under part of the top of the hood was all scratched and dented. When I called back to ask about all of this, I Was told by Kim they don t typically fix underneath part of the hood and the new grill was on back order and it would be 3 weeks. Never heard from them after 3 weeks. I had to get the dealership manger involved. He found a new grill for me in one day! Then referred me to Mandy Friday the manager of the service dept, who told me to bring the car back. I demanded they fix the underneath part of my hood, the grill and repaint the front facia. So I took it back in, they had the car another 2 weeks. When I picked it up, I discovered the new paint on the front fascia cracked and when I took it back a third time, Jim the tech who worked on it, acted annoyed and rude toward me! So finally on the third time it was fixed right. Just ridiculous this is the type of shotty work this dealership puts out!

Easy to schedule online. Just drive up to the bay door at your appointment time and it opens automatically. Friendly and prompt greeting at the vehicle by John. He took great care of me. Out within the hour. Nice lounge with a view of the repair facility. Will certainly become a repeat customer. Thanks much!

I went in to have my tire checked and it needs to be replaced. Although I was there 3 hours to find out it has to be ordered and I'm going back today to have it put on, Nicholas was very helpful and courteous. I'm grateful I have the tire warranty. I live in Detroit but I drive to Taylor Ford because they do have great service and try and take care of all your needs.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and asked if they could look at one of my tires that had been losing air. They stated they couldn t find anything in the tire, dunked it twice and couldn t find anything wrong with the tire. A couple days later my tire pressure went down again so I took it to Discount Tire and what do you know there was a nail in the tire. I don t know what to even think!!! We come there believing we are getting the best service, pay way more than going anywhere else and just don t take the time to do a job correctly!! Very disappointing Taylor Ford!!!!!

Last November (2019) I purchased my 2012 Ranger here at Taylor Ford. First time purchasing at a dealership. I got there and was greet by my sales associate Nick Isom. First off .. I hate going to dealerships. Encounter to many pushy, self-centered, egotistical, and un-relatable sales associates. Nick was definitely NOT THAT. Nick got me taken care of right away. Couldn t have been more pleased with his customer service. A week later I was having an emissions error. Nick told me to bring it and he would have it taken care of. Unfortunately, there was an issue where my truck was damaged at the shop. Nick worked with the body shop to get this handled and back within a few weeks (over the holiday crunch). Once I got the truck back Nick also let me know that they would help cover some of the costs for doing the Ziebart Undercoating I was looking to have done. Needless to say, with the Holidays and then Covid Pandemic, I was not able to get back in until July. He honored the deal and I had the truck back with 2 days. Couldn t be happier with my truck and service done. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy and all-around good guy, See Nick!!!!Nick, Thank you for all your hard work and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, there is no way to give more than 4 stars. Nick was the true shining light and that s why they are getting 4. There were underlying issues I had with associates there that I will not mention as I am not going to air dirty laundry. Needless to say, I got the Truck I was looking for and that s all that matters.

I went to Taylor Ford the other day for a oil change and tire rotation. I was upset with myself because I meant to be at the dealership before 8:30am becauseIfiguredthe ealier I got there the shorter the wait. Instead I arrived right around 10am. What a great surprise I got when my vehicle was ready in 45 minutes! They also gave back my vehicle cleaner than when I gave it them! Plus everyone's really friendly.

I am writing to express my frustration with the current situation of living next to your dealership. While I understand the necessity of having a designated parking area for your vehicles, it has become incredibly annoying to constantly hear the panic button being used to locate them.As a resident in the neighborhood, I am constantly disturbed by the sound of the panic button going off at all hours of the day. It is not only disruptive to my peace and quiet, but it also creates a sense of unease as it feels like an unnecessary security risk.I urge you to consider finding a better option for locating your vehicles. Perhaps there is a more efficient and less obtrusive method that can be implemented. I believe that there must be a solution that works for both your dealership and the surrounding community.I hope you will take my concerns into consideration and work towards a resolution that benefits everyone involved.

The scheduler Jimmy was able to get my F-150 into the shop in a timely fashion and Dean my service advisor communicated with me about the process. A shuttle service was provided for me so that I could go about my day and my truck was ready later in the same day! Thank you Taylor Ford!

Wasn't happy took my car in for a seheduled recall . Paid $180.00 and got nothing but a inspection. Said it needed a cluth for the third time on my 2014 foucusI also took my 2018 truck in for a motor that ticks all the time and the dealer said it's normal and won't fix it under the extended warranty.

This is my third lease through Taylor, Ford. My main man is Frankie Tucci, and I can t say enough good things about him and the dealership. I suffer terribly from procrastination, and no matter what, every time, despite my last minute antics, Frank has always made it happen like the smooth operator that he is. Prior to leasing through Taylor Ford, I had never stayed committed to just one dealer, or just one dealership. Frankie Tucci, and the entire team at Taylor Ford has earned my devote loyalty.

I hate to say it but I did not have the best experience here. I was getting some new tires and having the realigned. It was about 4 hours of waiting and I was told it be 760 then told it would be 840 and it eventually became 965. Hopefully next time I am here I have a much better experience

This Dealer will sell vehicles out from under you and hurt your credit in the process. My wife an I went into the dealership to buy a 64000 mile 2014 ford focus, we were told Friday, that since the banks were closed the car would be put on hold for us. Today I get a text saying the car was sold on Friday even though we both were assured it was on hold by Andrew and his Managers Mike who run my credit.UPDATE TO REVIEWTHE dealership got back to me, some how they had the cars previous buyer fall through. I got a sales person named Brandon who took good car of me and even honored my trade in. Then for finances I was taken to the person named Cindy who gets the loans for the vehicles and was got me an interest rate of 7 percent. Which is hard to get in today's used car market. All together the service I recieved was exceptional. I would advise this deal to anyone who wants a fair deal.

Salesman was great. Chase was very professional and thorough. Offered many alternatives. Varied price ranges and options. % pleased with Taylor Ford highly recommend. Ended up with a new Ford Escape. We will be back for more in the future. Bought a new F-150 as well. Time for a new whip.Just got another new car from Taylor Ford. 2023 Ford Edge. Go see Chase Baxter.

We get all of our vehicles from taylor ford. Nothing but the best from when you walk in and ask questions. Andrew zerke is the best salesman that taylor has to offer from when you walk into that store he treats you like family and wants to help you as much as he can and for that Andrew I want to thank you. Appreciate you getting me into my f150 which I love and getting the wife into the new edge which she loves as well. Can't tell you enough of how great this place is.

Dropped my car off the night before for an oil change and rotation using the key drop box. By 9:30 the next day got a call it was done and ready for pickup - super quick and convenient !
