Finally had the chance to get into my dream car but needed a lot of front end love. I was told about Taylor collision from a couple buddies & these guys excited my expectations & then some! paint came out flawless and all body lines came out perfect. Couldn t be happy to get it ready in time for spring/summer

After mom had a minor accident borrowing my newer car I decided to give these guys a shot based on all the great reviews, the free loaner offer and especially how straightforward and professional they were when I met with them. Then when it came to doing the work they didn't disappoint! They worked with my insurance company, did a great job on the car and provided fantastic service. They did such a great job that I brought in my old truck to get repainted a couple months later. Casey and the team gave me a very fair price and just finshed up a great job on that old rig too! Bottom line I drove a half hour to get to them - past dozens of other shops - and will do it again without hesitation next time because they've earned my future business. So if you want great work and service without any shenanigans, then hands down these are the guys!

February 26, 2024Had a fender bender with my 2022 Ford Maverick Truck. Had damages to the left side front quarter panel, driver side view mirror, and scratches to driver left window and driver door and driver side passenger door. Took my truck to the only place I trust and have used before, Taylor Collision. This would be the third time I have taken this truck here. This was a bigger repair needed and I cannot say enough about the owner Casey and one of his body guys Jay and his office staff. They all go the extra mile for you. Casey immediately got my truck in for repair and finished it up in 8 days! My truck is back to normal and looks as good as new again. The QUALITY of work that is done here and the professionalism they provide each time I come to them is amazing. And all work done is backed with a Lifetime Warranty. And one last thing I appreciated was their business is right next door to Enterprise car rental. I was able to get a car that day and didn t have to miss work. Thanks Taylor Collision for another GREAT Job! Customer For Life. Hello again: I once again had an issue happen to my 2022 Ford Maverick on June 9, 2023. My rear passenger side bumper was backed into and pushed in and I went up to Taylor Collision the very next day (Sat) again to have them look at it and once again my man Casey stepped up and had one of his Collision guys J check things over and FIXED it right on the spot for me to put my mind at ease. Mind you not every incident can be addressed on the spot, but for me it is greatly appreciated and I wanted to shout out and say THANKS again for looking out for me and continuing to provide outstanding customer service and providing excellent repair work. Customer For Life. Called Taylor Collision late afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman about some minor bumper damage to my new 2022 truck. He asked me to stop by before they closed that day. (Which was in about an hour.) And before I new it, they stated they could get my truck in immediately and have it back to me next day! Which I greatly appreciated since it s my only transportation. Folks I would like to point out that I have dealt with this place before with other vehicles I owned and the QUALITY and Professionalism is absolutely amazing. My truck looked like nothing ever happened to it. And did I forget to mention the Lifetime Warranty that came with it! Absolutely the best. My vehicle was rusting out all around. And the hood severely mishapen and would not latch flush and was bent and paint discloring. Also the windshield had a crack in it that keep growing and growing until it was everywhere. The chrome on doors and running board was horribly bent chipped and missing portions. They fixed everything!!! My truck looks new like when i bought it 8 years ago! Very pleased. And they also put me the direction to get a great price on a rental while the work was being done. Great group of people. From the receptionist sitting in her pink gamer chair as professional and nice as can be. To the quality of work just absolutely amazing service and my go to if I ever need body work done on any vehicle I own. Thank you K.C. very pleased.Well they did it again. Less than 6 months after the great work they already did. No place I would rather take my vehicles for body work.Well they did it again!!! K.C. and his family have absolutely the best collision center you could ask for. The work is beyond quality and you are treated with the most respect during a time that probably is stressful for most people. Wish I had a before picture but I didn t take one. Front end again completely smashed up. That whole passenger side corner was done and here it is looking like new again. Just the best place to take your vehicle for body work. I ve been coming to Taylor Collision for the last four years for car repairs- the staff here is helpful and polite. I ve brought multiple vehicles in for repair, with excellent results. The owner, KC, is also very professional and assuring when asking questions about the repair. He also makes sure his customer get into a rental and are also shuttled over. He takes the stress out of the process. I ve had a better experience taking my car here than to a dealership. Thank you, KC, for all the outstanding work you do.

Edit: I wound up having to send my car in 2x but they made sure to continue working on my car until it was nearly just what I had before my accident. I will not say it s perfect but they do their best which I totally appreciate. I absolutely recommend going here.So, here s the backstory . I had my car for 2 months before getting rear ended at a stoplight. I took my car into this place and the damage was originally $8000 to repair but they found me a better deal for $7000. It took about a month and after getting it back I noticed some parts were a different color but my husband assured me it was just the lighting. I also noticed some things were different after riding ab a week. They called me back and offered me a rental as well as to get the car back in to rectify. They have very good customer service and explained sometimes the paint looks different in the shop than outside so they will fix it. recently took my Tesla Model Y to Taylor Collision Center after an unfortunate incident left it in need of some serious TLC. I have been taking all my vehicles that need any kind of body work to Taylor Collision!! They never seem to disappoint!! They are always professional and finish in a timely manner. I will not take my vehicles any where else! KC the owner is awesome to work with he is very personable and understanding. He trys his very best to keep the repair cost as reasonable as possible.

I ve brought both my RAM and Wrangler here for repairs and they have been nothing but great! Very professional service and handled my vehicles with care. Reliable and efficient. I have been bringing my cars here for years. No matter what I bring in or how bad the damage is, from older vehicles to newer ones, sport cars, SUV's to sedans or all electric (brought my Tesla Model S as well-which by the way, they are Tesla certified) Taylor Collision crew always go above and beyond to make sure that the job is done to perfection. I can't thank them enough! They are extremely knowledgeable and always bring my vehicles back to their original condition, no matter how bad the damage is. They are professionals with years of experience. Would strongly recommend them and will definitely be a repeating customer as I have been for years!

My husband has taken three of his vehicles to Taylor Collision and has had nothing but the utmost professional service for his repairs. The owner, KC, goes out of his way to ensure his customer has a rental car at his discount while repairs are being made. I can only say good things about Taylor Collision and would absolutely recommend anyone in the area to take their vehicle in to be serviced.

Taylor Collision provides top quality service, precision work and the best parts on the market. My chevy traverse is a daily family vehicle that suffered mechanical and body damage to the right axle. Their trusted team was able to quickly identify the main issues and complete the repairs with a quick turn around time. They had great communication throughout the process and the alignment was perfect from the first drive. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. I had a great experience at Taylor collision Shop. I had to bring my ford focus in to get looked at. They were able to get me in and fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend going to them if you need work done to your vehicle.

Taylor Collison was great to work with! Went in on Saturday for a quote, they had the parts that Monday. They painted everything and were ready for my truck on Tuesday. Received my truck back on Wednesday. Extremely fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Would use again!

I had some front end damage repaired after getting into an accident, and the repair looks good. But after picking the car back up, i was able to smell a strong cigarette smell in the interior, and I am a non-smoker. There is no possible way for there to be that smell, unless someone either smoked in my car, or the person who vacuumed the interior is a smoker, and didn't wash their hands before cleaning.

I recently took my vehicle (Chevy Impala) to Taylor Collison for minor incidental repairs to my front/side. I initially went there for a quote to pay out of pocket and then decided to just submit a claim through my insurance company. Although I was provided with In-Network body shops by the insurance company, they all had 3-4 week completion estimate completion times and I needed my vehicle. Two factors that I chose Taylor Collison was their "5 Star" reviews and week in a half completion time advised. Taylor Collison referred a rental car location for my covered rental services while my vehicle was being repaired. End results: The rental location was horrible and they began charging $78 every 2 days, without contacting me, to advise my insurance company had yet extended me rental so I could contact my insurance. In addition places a $475 hold on my card, per the $50 agreement. I called Taylor Collision every 7 days upto week 3 when they finally, after all my misfortunes, call me to tell me my vehicle was ready. Yes, 3 weeks for minor repairs. I picked up my vehicle and assessed the repairs to find unfinished paint spots and my headlight cover still having visible cracks. The body shop guy ran over when he saw me looking frustrated. I was told by the inside staff Yolonda and another guy that they will correct and have back to me later that day. They call later and I returned and saw the spots and cover corrected. I paid and was on my way UNTIL I was getting in the car ro see scratches on my car door then looking the car over in a few other areas that were NOT there prior to dropping it off. The body shop guy running over again taking my vehicle to try and buff them out. Long story short-he was NOT able to buff them out. I grabbed my keys and pulled of PISSED. When I got to a stop light, something said check your compartments. My entire "change compartment" in the dashboard was EMPTIED out! It is a deep compartment and was full of quarts only. I had been throwing/putting quarters in it for over a year, probably $40-$50 or so. I had planned to empty it in my home bank, because it was getting too full because I had condiments sitting on top of them so they wasn't so revealed. I got emotional, not because of the money but the principle of feeling violated from petty theft. I immediately pulled over and called Taylor collision, which was minutes after I left, and spoke to Yolanda. She had been nice and easy to work with thus far BUT her immediate response to me was to defend her body shop guys STATING "THEY HAVE WORKED FOR ME OVER 30 YERAS AND NEVER STOLE ANYTING. Are you sure about that? We cannot speak to another person's behavior and mentality, they might have had the opportunity until now or been caught. I pay attention and vety aoservatinal, Its part of my career. I'm not surprise they would try and protect the integrity of their business but I felt like a person who had been victimized and it was down to my word against the predictor. May be a little dramatic but its what I still feel. May be I am "the only idiot' that leaves money and or personal values behind not thinking it could be taken from a "Business" providing me services. I have always dealt with Chevrolet dealership body shops in the past, which I left change, personal items, and never experienced this. They always kept my vehicle for 4-6 weeks and so I tried somewhere different. I even called the Taylor police but decided I really do not have a case because liars and thefts tend to do things they know they can get away with. This was definitely another learning curve in my journey of life. #Ridiculous#Godwillpreveal

I brought my vehicle to Taylor Collision and it was thee best decision! Mrs. YOLANDA IS SUPER, TERRIFIC, WONDERFUL AND SO CARING AND THOROUGH!! My experience was fast, excellent and very professional! I want to thank each and everyone there for service and I want to let them know I appreciate the great work ! I got my suv back looking as if it was never in an accident. SUPER GREAT JOB! If you want fast, professional, great service please go to them!! Mrs. Yolanda is so sweet. They patiently waited for me to bring my car in. They got me my car back when they said they would on time. The work looked good.The 1 thing I did not like or appreciate was when I got my car back, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I informed the receptionist. She could not explain it. It took 3 days of me fabreezing the entire car before I got rid of the smell.

Its my first time here and its the Best customer service I ve ever seen in a collision shop!They replaced my driver side mirrors for less than 20 minuets.The guys are professional, honest, use genuine parts with a lifetime warranty on the labor and their prices are fair for such serviceSo happy with the service

Absolutely fantastic! My wife took her car there after getting into a fight with a pole, and without issue, they helped her! The car is safe and secure their while they work their hardest to make it like new again.

This place is 10/10. I had someone back into my parked car & damaged the two doors on the drivers side. Yolanda was wonderful, super communicative & knowledgeable. My car was ready before the estimated date & Yolanda definitely helped the experience with the insurance claim along. Excellent business & wonderful customer service.
