Love this place never had a bad encounter with no1 there every1 is so nice I had very big situation with my impala and forgive me I don't remember the lady's name for the life of me at the moment but she went above and beyond to help me when my own insurance company could have easily fixed the issue no problem so she took it upon herself that my car was top notch and she didn't have to do what she did also big shout out to Flo for getting my car in the 1st place I just want to shout out the whole team of people who work under this dealership the only thing I get disappointed about is they don't have loaner vehicles but other then that 5 star

Simply the best! Rebecca the Service Advisor I spoke with is extremely knowledgeable, super helpful, her customer service skills are unparalleled. It is very apparent how much pride she takes in her work and goes not only the extra mile for those she serves but an entire marathon to help me.As someone who purchased my first new Chevrolet vehicle in 1999 and have worked with many Service Advisors through the years, I can say without a doubt Becca is the ABSOLUTE BEST I have had the pleasure of working with! She is to Taylor Chevrolet Service. And I felt compelled to post this review to acknowledge what a stellar representative of Taylor Chevrolet Service, Chevrolet, and General Motors she is.I have no idea what her pay is, but do know that she definitely deserves a raise. As someone who has worked and in Customer Service Management for decades and with many employees, I immediately could tell that she is a rockstar employee!She has made me a Taylor Chevrolet Service client for life. I should have read all the other bad reviews of this service dept before bringing my truck here. Dealership I used previously botched oil changes 2x in a row, not to mention it takes an hour at least to get thru the line. I decided to change when I needed a wheel bearing and a battery cable replaced. I wish I hadn't. I'm experiencing the same problems as other folks reviewed. Your vehicle will sit, likely untouched, for a very long time. If you depend on the vehicle, and can't be without it for an extended amount of time go somewhere else. 2 weeks for 2 small issues and I'm skeptical this will even be complete on the day they said it will be. Different stories from "service advisor" about why things aren't getting done in a timely manner. I've heard about shop load, parts availability etc...The only things they seem to not be deficient in are excuses for delay. You won't get a loaner here either and the rental place didn't have a truck for rent.

Take appointments but can't keep them, nowhere to leave a car when closed, and no communication... a 0-star experience salvaged by Becca Howard's 5-star actions.I called to schedule a time to replace the power window regulator, and determined that dropping the car Monday night would give them more flexibility. We discovered that no part of the dealership property is accessible when they are closed (that would have been good to mention on the phone), and decided to bring the car in Tuesday morning.I had a great discussion with an experienced, knowledgeable Service Writer, who also noted a number of maintenance items which would be assessed and may be needed on a 100k vehicle.By Friday morning, I was concerned that I had no updates. That's when I discovered that the Writer was not working that day, and my car had not been touched. I got a story about "shop load", which is a load of something... I scheduled a time to drop off the car, explained the exact repair necessary, and then spent 3 days without the car a car because they're busy. To paraphrase Jerry Seinfeld, "You know how to schedule the appointment, you just don't know how to complete the appointment." If you can't fix my car, don't tell me to leave it!!!I wound up speaking with Becca Howard, who found a way to fit the work in, called mid-day needing information I had emailed to the original writer, and had the vehicle ready to pick up that night. Becca's efforts saved my experience, but what if I hadn't pushed the point?None of the preventive maintenance was done, and I'm looking for a dealership that understands appointments and will put a value on my "time without a car".Service: Auto power window repair

Came here today for the first time for an oil change and it's going to be the last time I come here. Had an appointment and was told by the advisor that service would be a two hour wait, I understand it was busy that's not the issue here. The issue is that I asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced, once I received the bill for service I was charged an additional $56 dollars for them to disinfectant the air filter. You guys should let people see the bill and how much it would run before doing the service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Couldn't get lie's straight. First tired was insured than I had spent $40 of my money to patch tire explain if only needed one patch tire had to be patch due to approval of insurance. That was maintenance call never offered $40 back since it was part of their decision. I'm 70:has had to ask people to help put air in tire, now back again same tire now new tire what was the since if purchase of insurance to pay to patch and was told tire has to much treid couldn't be replaced. Car was new so tire should have been new will never purchase tire perfection again on lease auto.

I had seen two different people in the used car side. I seen Mark the first time. I came in with a 2006 Tahoe, and he said he d give me $500 for it. Then came back with an offer on a HHR. I laughed that off and left. A few days later, Mark called me and told me they had more options for me as to what I wanted. He didn t even remember me. Then after that, blew me off. I waited a little while, and decided to try again with someone else. I had an appointment with Ed. I came in and he was with someone. Perfectly fine. He then comes up to me, doesn t really introduce himself, takes my information. Tells me I need to do another app, to which I told him I did one earlier. He then goes and finds it and it was almost two hours before he came back to me. He also, took another customer that was a walk in before helping me. My credit is not horrible and they treated me like I was second class. I wound up leaving and purchasing a vehicle somewhere else.

I made an appointment 3 weeks out for my car to get serviced. I dropped it off and they had my car for over a week just to tell him it will be another 2 weeks before someone even looks at it. What is the point of making an appointment. How can someone go without a car for a month? They didn t offer anything to me but to pick it up. This is a horrible process and customer service.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Just wanted to take a moment that Jen in service goes above and beyond expectations for the customer. I can t tell you how many times I ve came in there and she has literally bent over backwards to help me. Great dealership and great people sales and service.

First of all - this is review of service department, not leasing of a new vehicle. My experience leasing a vehicle at this dealership with Alice was 5*. Now, for the service department. The brand new 2021 Blazer RS that I leased in December 2021 had an issue with the fuel gage reading incorrectly from day 1 (would read empty when full, other erratic readings). Figured I would drive a few months to see if anything else was wrong before taking in for warranty repairs. Called this week to schedule to have the vehicle looked at. Service person said "sure, drop it off tomorrow". I assumed that meant they would look at vehicle then. Wrong on my part. Service department empty when I dropped off at 0900. When service advisor (she was very nice and efficient) checked VIN, found a safety recall (which I never heard of, and still can't find online). Then was told would not be looked at today. 2-1/2 days later, vehicle still not looked at, and is now the weekend. So, minimum of 5 days to just do initial look at vehicle for a factory defect and a factory SAFETY RECALL!!! I picked up the car. Was told I could NOT make an appointment to get factory defect and factory SAFETY RECALL looked at. Of course, service manager blamed on Covid, just like every other inefficient business that could not adapt does. Done with this service department. They will not be in business much longer anyway I presume.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Uncle Frank is the one you want to talk to if your looking for a car. Even if you have bad credit to no credit, you can pull off the lot with no money down with his help and guidance!!! He is great at his job and helping you as well

I followed up with Julie, the customer service representative regarding my issue with Todd. I thought she can help me. I told her what will make this right will be a formal written apology from Todd for threating to call the cops on me. Julie laughed at me and said that's not going to happen. She did say she will follow back up with me and its been over 3 days. They do not take their customers serious. I currently have an open investigation with GM. Be careful when taking your vehicle here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They had my car for 8 days to fix the same problem they fixed 6 months ago and then told me they could not find the problem. I had it back 1 day until water leaked all over my floor again. They need to fix my car and give me a free rental.

I came up to the location last Friday, seeking to lease or finance a car. I started off seeking a lease. I was seen, which started off great. My bad experience was after the fact. My credit was ran and my car loan score was lower than all 3 of my other FICO 8 scores. They use FICO 2 scores. Since my score was lower than I thought, I knew my down payment would be more. I started off with 500 but that wasn't my max amount. I wanted to see what they could do for me with that start. I was told that Monday, I would receive a call regarding further steps (what car I could get, etc). Monday came, I called around 2 just to give them time. I was told that my application was processed and I would receive a call after he was done with a customer. That call never came. Tuesday comes and still no call so I email. No response to the email. It is now Saturday and I never received communication regarding an approval or deny. You all say YES and I didn't get a YES or NO. I also was willing to pay a higher deposit than I first stated and have a cosigner but I was never given the chance to state that. I ended up contacting my credit union who I've been with for 14 years. They approved me and communicated with me.I wish my experience with car sales was like others in the reviews but I think I was judged off of my score (which was considered fair) and the amount I started off withA good salesperson will try to work with you, suggesting one may need to pay higher, cosigner, etc. All I got was silence.

June 2020 my experience was great! I was told when I scheduled my appointment that it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at my car to get my AC fixed. They called me within a few days with the diagnosis and price quote. I had it back in a week and a half with ice cold air! This time around, October 2020, I dropped my car off October 8th, and said I was hoping to have it back by October 23rd to return to the office for my new job. 2 weeks, supposedly wasn t going to be a problem. I hadn t heard from them, so I called a week after I dropped it off on the 15th. Was told I was going to get a call back- never did. Called again on the 19th- same answer and no call. Tried one more time on the 20th, no one was able to give me an update, no apologies-nothing. I went in to pick it up later in the day on the 20th after still not hearing from anyone. I had such a great experience the first time in July, so I returned when I had another issue. BUT, the service was so much different compared to last time, and I wasted my 2 weeks working from home where I could be without a car for it to not even get fixed! Disappointing is an understatement, and I will be taking my car an hour out of my way to a different dealership that has always provided me great service! I was hoping I had found a closer option.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Jessica Johnson is THE ONLY REASON this review gets any stars. After a very frustrating ordeal with the service department Jessica got involved and turned things around. She truly is a problem solver and cares about her customers. The service issue was ridiculous but it sure made a difference dealing with someone who had compassion and understanding. Hours of sitting there is a different situation when you have a trustworthy advocate fighting for you! Thank you Jessica!

My go to for repairs, maintenance, or when I buy a new vehicle. Jen is the best to work with out of any dealership I have been to. Shes funny, polite, cute, and gets you out of there as quickly and efficiently as you could imagine. You can tell shes enjoys her job and knows what shes doing. Ever in a doubt make sure you go to her.
