First time coming to this dealership and i was blown away by my salesmen Scott Tran! The overall hospitality the whole dealership provided made my experience special and Scott worked harder then any salesperson I've had at previous Chevrolet dealerships. Had it not been for Scott selling me my dream car i would've made the wrong choice and spent my money at the other dealership and got a lesser vehicle. He got me the best brand new vehicle at the best price, thank you Scott Tran! I will be shopping at this dealership thanks to his efforts in satisfaction for a long time.

Everyone from the receptionist to my assistant with setting up my appointment and the service department has been impeccable. I really appreciate the kindness and attention I received. Service was very prompt and reliable. They did an excellent job and my 2011Traverse is running like a dream so thank you all very much.

Uncle Frank is the man with the plan. Anybody seeing this post needs to go visit him at Taylor Chevrolet. He got me approved with a 550 credit score with the car I came up here for with no problems or no hassle. He got my payments lower, I put 2000 down, got some good insurance and drove off the lot same day. I recently went in to the dealership to get options for trading in my vehicle Joe Donovan was my salesman and I highly recommend him when looking for your next car. Uncle Frank is a finance Wizard! DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CREDIT TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS! Protect your credit and save lots of money with Uncle Frank. He will get the worst credit financed. And into a Like new vehicle that your going to love. He got me approved with a 503 credit score.Frank not only got me approved, but got my monthly payment lowered by $100 dollars lower than i expected. He also got me $2000 more than my trade was worth. He got me approved when not only every other dealership and finance company said No!! But also helped me get auto insurance to drive off the lot the same day. This man did it all with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. No high pressure sales tactics. Complete transparency. I felt comfortable in a non judging way. You dont have to worry with your Uncle fighting for family. Thank you Uncle Frank. My family and I love my new Dodge Ram Big Horn edition! Your a Saint.

I just purchased a 2024 Blazer The process was easy, and fast everyone was nice my salesperson was Chris Jones. I definitely recommend Chris Jones as a salesman he s highly knowledgeable in this field he s been selling cars at all levels for over 30 years! Go to Taylor Chevrolet!Jody Smith is the Sales Manager at Taylor Chevrolet and he also assisted Chris to make it a faster smoother process. Was very friendly to me. I needed a car because my 2013 was having major problems. I called Carmen and asked if she had time to help me lease a new car ,she said to come right in and that was all it took. She took care of everything for me with no problem. I left the dealer with a brand new 2024 Equinox.I would send anyone looking for a great dealer and great salespeople to shop at Taylor Chevrolet.Pat

Pulled onto the car lot heard the announcement "Sales Park 1" code for customer outside next salesman up. The guy in new car sales seemed uninterested in helping me just handed me his card told me to see him when ready. So I went over to the used car side. Within minutes after dealing with Kurt I got into a fully loaded lease turn in Chevy Traverse with AWD and 30k miles. Great experience strongly recommend.

I would like to say Flo at Taylor Chevrolet was very professional courteous. She listened to what we were looking for. I expected to come in test, drive the vehicle go home and come back later. She had everything organized and we took care of everything the same day I came in. She answered all the questions that I had. I will definitely go back to Taylor Chevy when we are looking for another vehicle and I am recommending my friends and family to go see Flo also.

The staff was very courteous to me but they need more staff. When I first arrived I waited in my car for about 5 minutes at least until the service manager collected my keys for work began on my vehicle. There were about two people working in the service area and three cars ahead of me as more were constantly coming in. My wait time to get my car back after my oil change was close to an hour. The service manager was super nice and personable though and gave me a price that was much less than the quote I received over the phone.

Service Advisor Amanda is awesome! Having issues with service department at another Chevy dealership. Got more information in 5 minutes on the phone with Amanda than and hour actually at the other dealership! Made my decision and went to Taylor Chevy. She kept my updated and took care of all the warranty and rental car paperwork. Definitely would go back if need to.

Absolutely phenomenal car buying experience. The dealership feels more like family than a place of business. Everyone was exceptional in service, and Alice was an incredible sales professional. I purchased a new Camaro, and absolutely love this car. I did see a couple scratches on the vehicle, but Todd the sales manager got on it super fast. I m grateful for the entire Taylor Chevrolet team!

Alice Iskra is the best sale person I've ever done business with. This is the first time I've leased a Chevy. I've driven Fords for over 40 years. She made me feel so comfortable, like family. She found all the discounts she could. She got my payment exactly where I wanted it. When my 2024 Trax came in, she took the time to show me everything about the vehicle. Even Sales Manager Jody Smith stopped by to meet and greet me. Everyone at Taylor Chevrolet are so kind and helpful. They treat you like family! Thank you Alice for the excellent service!! I experienced issues that were told to me were within acceptable parameters. There is nothing acceptable about how my car shifts. Have never had a GM vehicle that did anything close to this before so it is not normal. Likely lost a loyal GM customer and my lifetime of purchases to another brand.I called Julie who replied to this post and the office and left messages with both. No one has followed up with me so I guess it was an empty offer to help resolve my issue.

My service rep was absolutely wonderful her name is Rebecca Howard, she went above and beyond for the customer and was very informative and checked in when should could throughout the time my car was with them. Todd the service manager was good too. He was nice and had his techs respect him well. Overall a very great experience with Taylor Chevy

Lisa Legarski does above and beyond what any sales person is expected to do. Highly recommend. She will sit on the phone for 58 minutes to save her client an extra $500 on their 2024 Blazer Lease. She will show the exact vehicle, make sure you drive it, show it again to your family, show all inside & outside features and will have ALL paperwork ready when arriving to pick up. What a blessing! This is 4th time leasing from her & look forward to a 5th time.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. I left my car for a warranty repair and when I came to pick it up I was informed that the glass guy took my keys by accident and to give him 5 minutes. After almost 20 minutes I see my car come pulling in and 2 guys get out of it. When I questioned the advisor about them having my car and not just my keys, she said I thought you understood what I meant. I asked to speak to the service manager, which she tried to talk to him without me, but I wasn't having that. She then went on to tell him that she inadvertently gave my keys to what I believe was a porter to go pick up the glass guy. Now we did get a little heated, but when asked to speak to the person over the dealership, the service manager told us basically that we could only talk to him because all complaints would be sent back to him anyways. By now I was going to be late to work and all they could offer me was some service vouchers, which I declined because I will never be going back there again. He then offered to fill up my tank, if I would meet the porter down the road. I was going to be late to work, so I informed him that would have to happen some other time. I trusted them with my vehicle and they totally took advantage of that trust. If they are letting a porter use my vehicle for their benefit what will they be using your vehicle for. I didn't feel as if anyone their took this matter seriously and just tried to brush me off. I lease my vehicle so not only am I out gas money, my time and now I will have to pay for the extra miles that was put on my car when I turn it in. Also if i want the free gas I will need to drive all the way over there and back home, which is even more miles.
