I had a wonderful experience at Precision! Lauren was amazing! They did a great job repairing my vehicle and I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them!

I recently brought my car in for repairs.I was hit from behind and cutting edge worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster to get my car back on the road.Every second i did business with cutting edge i knew i was in good hands. They spoke to me at every turn and kept me in the loop. They provided quick service and my car looks great.Lauren, who runs the front desk and seems to be running the place has some of the best customer service i have ever witnessed.I hope i never have to return, but if my current or any future cars need repair i will definitely be bringing them to cutting edge.Again, thank you guys!I

I could not have been happier with everyone at Cutting Edge. I dropped my F150 off earlier than planned AND picked it up later than promised. The body work, paint, and quality of workmanship is excellent. The cost was what they said it would be-no surprises. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Bill and Lauren are just the two of the people that went above what a normal shop would do to make sure me and my wife were able to get away for several days without having to worry about our truck. They kept us updated all along the way. I would recommend Cutting Edge to anyone without hesitation. Great sense of humor too!

This morning I was rear ended and my bumper was pressing up against my tire. I live 30 miles away and wouldn't be able to drive home with that. Mike and his team were able to heat up the plastic and bend it back into shape and reattach some of the other components. Thank you for the quick fix! It's greatly appreciated.

This is the first body work experience I have had, and it is by far the best. I went in just to get a quote and see what the damage was, while I wAs waiting with my 3 year in the lobby, they offered us water and turned on cartoons for my daughter. In about 25 minutes they had the quote and said they would call my insurance and do everything through them. They are extremely kind and kept me updated through the entire process. When my car was finished they even washed detailed it!!! They really go above and beyond for their customers! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and will continue to come here!

Cutting Edge exceeded our expectations for the company fleet vehicles. They have fair prices and their attention to detail is spot on. They provided me with a detailed estimate with pictures.Definitely will be using them for all future fleet and personal body repairs!

THE BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about Cutting Edge Collision. They have now taken care of two separate claims for me, both hit and runs. (My luck, right?) These are great people who do AMAZING work. They were in constant communication with me about my vehicle throughout the whole process. They are very honest, and explain anything you would like to know in layman s terms. Because the auto body jargon sounds like a foreign language to me I will honestly never take my vehicles anywhere else.Thank you, Cutting Edge.

I wish that I could give this place no stars, I truly do. I went here as a recommendation from my mother who was a loyal customer for years and was always satisfied. I had my front bumper replaced and some damage on my rear quarter panel repaired due to someone hitting it in my parking lot. The front I paid for out of pocket and the rear was on the other guy's insurance. Within three months I had noticed that the front bumper was warping and that it was not properly aligned with my headlights. On further inspection from a mechanic I was told that the shop that did the work cut away at the covers protecting the area they needed to get to INSTEAD of simply just unbolting them, and that they did not replace half of the bolts holding my bumper in place! It's now been a little over a year since I had this work done and I've also noticed a significant amount of bubbling in the pain on my doors and on top of my spoiler, TWO PLACES THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN BEEN TOUCHED WITH PAINT, EVEN IF THEY DID BLEND IN THE COLOR. I have gotten a consult from another very reputable shop, and I was told that if I wanted to fix the paint job that I would have to have my entire car stripped and repainted. I am so disappointed with the poor work that I paid a lot of my hard earned money for. Maybe this place used to be honest and provide customers with quality work, but unfortunately that's not true anymore.

Fair prices, great results, friendly staff. They do bump & paint work. I have seen Mich State Police, ATT & many other corporate vehicles there for accident damage repair.
