I called because I wanted to know if this stire had the item I needed. I was greeted with "Hello, can you hold?" Why doesnt this store have the approriate number of staff.

Went to O'Reilly to get wiper blades installed the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. While installing the wiper the store tech let the wiper snap down and hit the windshield. At first glance it looked fine, but on Friday after thanksgiving I noticed that the window was cracked right where the wiper arm hit the window.After following up with the store about the cracked window, they asked me to bring the vehicle in to look at it. Then they quickly set up a windshield replacement service to replace window. I was worried about them saying their tech did not do the damage but that never came up. They were very professional and worked quickly to get the problem resolved.I know sometimes things happen and it how you respond to those thing that define you, Well O'Reilly's stepped up and fixed my problem ASAP. I will not hesitate to go back to them for wiper bladed or anything else.Thanks for making things rightJoel Street

Your employee Adam A , helped my husband me above and beyond with a pully i could not take off , he offered to take it off and did. He was very nice.we offered to pay him but he refused any money. O'Reilly is very lucky to have an employee like that. Thank you Adam .A. At store #3428

I visited yesterday evening to get my battery check. The guy who took care of me ( white guy black hair, black facial hair) was very helpful and had lots of information. Best customer service I've received in an auto parts store.

Good service , looking for AC valve stem , first said they only had a kit of four but all I needed was a kit of 2 with valve remover , I had to show a picture of it to then realize that had it in stock.

They are so rude at this store, One of their workers call people to the counter by race instead of by who is next. It s like pulling teeth to get assistance at this store.If you drive just a few more blocks south on Telegraph you will find an autozone store. I ve been to that autozone more than once and every single time I have received excellent customer service!

Terrible Customer Service by the lady that works there. Her name is Heather. She sold my wife a new gas cap that didn't make the check-engine light turn off like she said it would. It was on the tank for a day and was in brand new condition when I tried to return it. She refused because I said we tried it to see if it fixed the problem. I used to shop here all the time. I'll never shop there again. She's the one that sold us the gas cap and refused to return it because I told the truth and said we tried it for a day, but it didn't fix the problem she claimed it would fix, and she refused to take it back. So, we just took it back to the 8 Mile Rd location, no problem. Heather provided TERRIBLE customer service. Go to Autozone. If you can't stand behind your diagnostic work and refuse to refund something that didn't fix the problem you claimed it would fix, that is bad business. Everything isn't a black and white policy. There is a gray area.

I'm probably a bit biased due to convenience. Whenever they don't have something in looking for, 99 percent of the time the warehouse does. It's just as close as the store, just the other direction so it's still pretty convenient. The salesguys have generally been fairly knowledgeable and pretty friendly.

Purchased a power steering pump for the Taylor store # 3428 could not remove the pully. off the pump Adam.a removed the pully and put it on the new pump awesome guy to help someone out like that very nice guy thanks again Adam O'Reilly is very lucky to have a worker like you

Usually has what I'm looking for. Decent prices. Doesn't always carry OE brand but fairly high end third party brands. Employees are hit or miss. Some are very knowledgeable and helpful and some - not so much.

So recently, I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! Jerry was so friendly, helpful, and educated us about car problems my friend was having. He was patient, being it was our first time under the hood. He knew his stuff, definitely! And if he didn't, he would ask Daniel, who was also was very helpful! I just appreciate them both. The car was fixed and my friend didn't have to tow the car. They went above and beyond to help and I'm truly grateful! Thank you again guys for fixing it! I know you could tell we tried our best. LOL I learned a lot!!

Rear door small wiper blade for 2017 jeep renegade, competitors told me I had to order through dealership, call O'R and they had it and they already had it at the counter waiting for me. That's customer service.

It said face mask required at the door yet the two woman at the counter had mask on under there chin. Two people walked in with no mask and they told them they don't care there not the mask police.just don't get it! How about the people who don't want to get sick ?

Needed a torx driver no one else had.... Found it here, they have a lot of tools and they will loan you a tool if you need it quickly.

There is a man that works there named Adam, let me just say he was very helpful like he knows what the hell he is talking about it seems like he loves what he does and I appreciate how he handled me today. THANK YOU ADAM you saved me so much money
