I want to thank Muffler Man shop for fixing my muffler my Jeep sounded like a semi truck and now it's so quiet it doesn't seem like it even on here is the before after pictures oh by the way it was both of my flex pipes that was messed up

AJ is passionate about his job and does excellent work. I wanted a custom exhaust on my BMW 750i and he did a great job showing me all the options and the plan was executed accordingly. Would definitely recommend!

Joe the owner is super professional and honest. I brought in a suv that my family had bought with a leakin brake line. I called n asked if they could fit me in about 4pm they said yes. Joe and his team worked passed closing and got the job done at a fair price! Thank you

Took my car here because the check engine light came on. Staff called within an hour and told me what the issue was, and it was fixed in a couple hours. Very fast and friendly service, and was inexpensive,i will be returning.

Stopped in 1-29-23 was gonna have "Joe " give me a quote for a new muffler on my 09 ram and was told " Joe" is gone and it's $85 diagnostic charge ..... Was a great place when " Joe " was there ???

Very poor my son took his 1997 gt must there to get moter mounts installed and they were smoking pot on the job. Which I have no problem if they smoke pot. But not on the job or working on my son's car because they broke his msd coil pack and did not stand behind them breaking it . The coil cost my son110 dollars for the nrw coil pack. Then I took my 2013 ford escape the for front struts again smoking pot on the job. It was too late when I seen they had already broke my contol spindle. Which cost me 80 dollars used at holbrooks. Again they did not stand behind breaking the part they broke. The only reason we had them do the work is because we had are tools in storage. Because we were waiting to close on our home. I am 62 yrs old been working on cars since I was 15. I grew up in taylor all my life. I have never seen a mess up shop like this one. Before they work on your car make sure they are certified as I know aj is not. There certified docs. Should be posted on the walls in office showing what they are certified for. Oh I forgot I had bought a new flow master dual catback aluminized tubing. I had the drivers side tip need to be adjust down just a tad. And the aj guy which I told him do not put no heat or weld on tubing or tube claps. But yet he tac welded the tube clamp I then he broke a clamp bolt. I went and order new tube and clamp and bolt and fix it myself. Remind I had just put that Flowmaster set on that same day. Again damage my parts. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE IN MY OPION AND EXPERIENCES WITH THIS MUFFLER MAN. THEY DAMAGE MORE THEN THEY FIX. I WOYLD NOT REFER ANYBODY TO GO THERE FOR REPAIR OR I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES THERE. Remember actions speak louder then fake words. And there skill level is very poor in my opinion. .

The service at this location is outstanding! Joe does AMAZING WORK on exhaust! If you want to upgrade or modify - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!!

Hey I found Joe, the mechanic you go here to see,Got his own shop very close by. I went into Mufflerman and they said he was Gone. I COULDNT BELIEVE it! So I called Joe and as usual I was in and out for a brake Job in Less then N hour. They said it would be 488 but I got it do e for 389.99.

Worst place ever. Rip off and con artist. Wouldn't go here again ever. Custom work... 975 for this work? Plus the guy Steve in Flint is friends with these people and won't do anything about. This is there great work tho! Enjoy

Was recommended by 2 other people who had work done there. When my car developed a small exhaust leak I stopped in fora quote and car went on the rack immediately, End result-2 flangebolts replaced @ no charge,tipped $406

Very friendly, good people. I arrived Monday morning, first thing 8am, expecting to leave my car there all day. Staff was waiting for me outside stall doors wide open, repaired my exhaust in less than 30 min. Incredible service and NO, i dont know them personally.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Awesome people, family ran, and because of these people I have a job with one of their competitors. I don't know how else to speak more highly of these people but definitely check them out they're overstaffed and under worked, I cannot thank them both enough!!!!!! And if you have to buy a car they've already gone over everything so if you have anything wrong with it take it over to them and I'm sure they'll make it right, there are awesome shop and I cannot thank them enough

Got a cat back exhaust from my wife for my birthday to go on my 21 Ram. Stopped by yesterday to get an estimate to install it and it was for the classic style not the new style Ram s. Mostly the only difference is hanger locations and positions which required some minor modifications but nonetheless I am very happy with the end results and the quickness of the install appreciate them for being able to get me right in. Update: I made the post below post approximately 3 days ago. After submitting it I got a call from Joe at Muffler Man. He indicated that the previous management was not performing per Muffler Man standards and wanted to make it right. He invited me back to the location to fix the aforementioned issues. I have to say they knocked it out of the park. Mr Chamberlain, AKA, pipestein, performed an absolute gem. Removed the old muffler and exhaust and installed a new high performance muffler and exhaust. I could not be more happier. Thank you to you both and I look forward to doing business in the future.One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Purchased a new exhaust system and it was a complete failure. Not only did they install the wrong muffler that I purchased but they got grease on my cloth seat in two locations. I contacted the place of business and they directed me to their headquarters. I've contacted the headquarters on multiple occasions only to be given the runaround. I called the manager immediately after discovering the grease and also sent photos. The manager was very young and immature. Will never do business with them again.

I had tried a few shops to get the MFER-1 exhaust valve plate kit on my 17 Charger and they were the first ones that were willing to try installing it. They installed them extremely quick and even fixed a rattle from a loose pipe that had been driving me nuts for weeks. Joe and Nick were professional and super helpful with the install/repair. This is the third time I've used this place and there's a reason I keep coming back. These guys are honest people and they'll make sure your vehicle is running right and for a fair price at that. I'm not sure what happened to my gfs review. I dont see it, please dont go here. My father in laws car was dropped off there and when he called to see if it what was going on, they said they never recieved it. There is proof it was dropped by the towing company. Hes older and I truly believe he was taken advantage of. Police report was made.

I drove from grand rapids to muffler man in Taylor mi to get custom duel exhaust on my 1988 Camaro and they did an amazing job. I love it no body would do it the way I wanted in grand rapids
