charged me $220 just to fix the weld on the downpipe but if he was smart enough he would've known the car needed a flex pipe cuz everytime the engine moved forward it cracked the weld again. weld probably held for a few weeks before breaking again. what a jackass scammer

Took my Mustang in for a new exhaust repair they done a good job and in their spare time helped me solve an engine problem that has troubled me a few years at no charge. Took my jeep there and they ripped me off didn't even put the right part on they lied to me will never go there again . And they never put what was wrong with it on the paper work they seen I was a women so they ripped me off .

Told me $250 to replace my exhaust system said i needed new resonators and exhaust piping because car was alittle loud. I went to another exhaust shop said i had a small hole in pipe and fixed it for $80 had it fixed in 20 min. This place is a rip off.

First time using the Muffler Man Shop. I was greeted by Alex who was ready to check out my car. He got it in the bay and then came to show me what the problem was. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and cozy. They have magnizines on the table for you to read, a TV, and coffee. I am very satisfied with the services that I received today. The fixed the pipes and clamps in about 44 minutes. Alex even took me back to show me the new parts they were attached. I would recommend you check them out. The prices were good. Thank you for your excellent service.

I went there, told them what I wanted done to my exhaust system, the dude told me he didnt want to do it. So then I left. They were honest and straight up about it, so that was cool. Went to another shop and they did it no problem, I am just particular.

Will never go back again. Took our car in for a thump in the front end and was told it was either the front axles or the transmission but they were not sure. Said the car was safe to drive the way it was. Took it to our normal mechanic and it was a simple tie rod and it was not safe to drive. Do not recommend at all.

This place is great! They have excellent customer service. They were timely and fixed every issue with my vehicle. I won t go no where else . Alex is a great guy to he recommended the best fix and worked with my schedule. This is a A+ store. I went in today to get a muffler issue fixed. I thought I knew what it may be and figured it would run me $150-$200. He (I forgot to get his name) asked me a couple questions and pulled it in to the shop. I walked out 30 minutes later with my issue fixed and only spending $80. Great, quick, honest service. Will go back if I ever need work done in the future.

I took my truck in to have a new muffler and some Chrome tips put on along with new manifold gaskets. I also had a couple exhaust leaks I wanted rewelded. Told me know problem and went over everything with me and told me a price.Got my truck back to find he never rewelded the couple problem spot I had and only one of the two manifold gaskets replaced. Truck also has new exhaust leaks! The bill was almost a $100 more than we had discussed. Very disappointed.Service: Exhaust

Went to get something simple done 2.5 hours b4 they closed. Was told I would be able to get it done that day. Show up with my car and they wanted to make something simple a $400 job . Maybe they thought I didn't know anything about cars. Went to another muffler shop and got it done for $150 . Never again will I go here.

Went in to get a quote on a flex pipe, didn't even put the car on a lift and quoted me $300. Parts and material for the job is $50 on the high side. I expected to hear parts and labor $100-$150 being a fair price for the job. The guy didn't even know what a flex pipe was, I had to explain it to him. Do not go to this shop!

My dads jeep broke down in front of this muffler shop and one of the employees came out to help which i thought was a nice gesture. The employee quickly got called back inside and came back to apologize that he couldn t help because the owner was upset he wasn t doing his job . Owner came out and said not one to word us and didn t even ask if we needed help . Would never give this guy any business . Didn't catch the owners name but he s an older middle eastern guy . Shame on you sir . Learn how to treat your employees and better yet the public . You will never have a thriving business with that attitude in life . Thanks again to the mechanic who tried to help .

Went to get a new muffler to be told the whole thing needs replaced. I can see the pipes are like new and there stainless so no need for new pipes. But he insisted and I went somewhere else for 1/4 the price. Oh and the place I went told me all I needed was a muffler....hmmmmm?!!

Awesome people and awesome work. Took my car up there last week to have my muffler refitted after it sheared off on our legendary Michigan roads. They had the muffler back on my car and securely welded in less than an hour.

A great overall experience. Some more recent reviews have said otherwise but this was a great shop to get my work done. They were on time, took good care of my car, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended

Today I had the privilege of being serviced by two top notched techs at the Taylor location. Apparently work on my lower control arm was not properly completed by a previous repair company - the bolt fell out some how. They fixed my car expeditiously. But I want to make note of their customer service and most of all the concern to properly fix my car. I am a Forever Fan!!!

My muffler blew off while getting off the freeway. It was just past 6:00pm when they closed so they could have closed shop, and said too bad buddy. Wait until morning. But they didn't, and helped me get it fixed on the spot in a matter of 15 minutes. I'm very impressed with the fabricator that did the job. Thank you sir!

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. These people had my car for all of 15 minutes to bend/straighten my exhaust pipe and managed to break my side view mirror while pulling the car in or out. The worst part is they refused to accept responsibility and told me that it was like that when I got there! I got in my car after paying for the "service" and put the car in reverse and immediately noticed my mirror was broken and went back in. The workers scrambled to the garage for 5 minutes and then offered for me to come find the broken piece of mirror and they'd accept fault. What a complete fraud and a joke. Terrible customer service, dishonest, they burnt my exhaust tip heating it. A used replacements mirror is costing me $200.00 which I could have avoided by steering clear of this place. Do yourself a favor AND STAY AWAY!!!

This is the best place in town to have any car repairs you need. Honest guys with very fair price. If you happen to ever need work done on your car then this is the place for you. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Mike is GOOD at what he does! Did a great job in very short period of time & is by himself on a Saturday morning tending to everybody really well! He needs help too. Hang in there Mike I will be back for my brakes in August. Again Thank you Mike!
