Whenever your vehicle needs repair, there s always the question in your mind as to whether you re getting treated fairly or if you re getting sold services you don t really need.Not so with Brad and the Midas team. I felt comfortable, I felt informed, and I feel like he and the team were doing what was needed in my van, and nothing more.It was a lot of work that was needed for me when I brought them my vehicle. But they stayed until the job was done.I ll be bringing both my vehicles back to see them the next time work is needed.

Overall good experience.I made an appointment online for a Friday to drop my vehicle off at 4pm. Hours show they're available on Saturday however when I dropped my vehicle off, expecting service on Saturday, I learned that they wouldn't begin working on it until Monday. Not a big deal, but still unexpected. The total cost was higher than I expected, yet it was completed the same day they began working on it.Again, overall not a bad experience but would have appreciated phone call or notification ahead of time advising that service would not begin until the following Monday.Customer service was good from both Brad and Nick. Thanks

Great service, found out I needed back brakes at dealership, drove to Midas they replaced my brakes the same day! Midas saved me from my back brakes failing on the highway. Everyone at Midas was very nice. I will go for future car repairs

Brad got my car in right away, gave me a good price & a discount for brakes & rotors, & even took care of my blinker for me with no charge. He also called a couple days later to see how my car was doing. I'm glad I went there. Good guys.

Had excellent experiences and work done at this location, including brakes, radiator, thermostat for heater. Brad is familiar with various makes and models and what are typical concerns for those specific vehicles, in addition to standard maintenance.. Had newer and older cars worked on there. An all-around auto repair shop.

I had a great experience with Midas. Fast diagnosis. It was a big fix. They explained their financing options. Helped with the applications. I wasn't without a vehicle long. I recommend and will be back for all my car needs.

The tailor Midas on Eureka Road has great customer service. I had an unfortunate events of a flat tire and not only did they do all that they could to try and Salvage it but once it was not they were quick to communicate with me and order a new tire. Seth went out of his way to do his best to expedite the shipping of my tire and once it was there he fixed it as soon as possible and was friendly and kept on top of communication with me which kept me less stressed. I appreciate them and will definitely come back for any future car related issues. Thank you so much!

Reasonable pricing...wicked fast turnaround! Manager Brad is the consummate professional. I, usually, don't go to the national chains. Glad I did this time. Front brakes/rotors plus a little more needed at front. DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Had to get a muffler and exhaust pipe. It was easy, and $100 cheaper than what Muffler Man said. My car was so quit I thought I had to start it a second time cause I didn't hear it the first time. 10/10 would recommend.

I took my VW after being recommended Midas by my AAA agent. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, fair pricing, and quick turn around time. Midas is definitely my top choice for any and all future car maintenance

They did good work on my 2010 f150 5.4 I had them put new catalytic converter and new 3 inch dual flowmaster exhaust sound great they did very good work and good service

as a woman, it s very intimidating to go to an auto shop and get your car looked at. some places will take advantage of lack of knowledge and jack up prices and list things that aren t broken. not this shop!!! i m a young woman and i got my car towed in. i gave them the symptoms then after a diagnostic, they explained exactly what caused what and how it affected my car. they even went as far as to let me into their shop to show me what happened and explained it to me because i have little to know knowledge but i was curious. they answered every question i had and more. i also only got approved for so much credit, it exceeding the total repair cost. they worked with me and did certain repairs to get my car road safe, even going as far as to get the price down and into one that was manageable for me. i got a new water pump, a thermostat and a belt all done in a single day. they were beyond patient and were super awesome!!! i felt confident throughout the whole process and that is something i ve never been able to say about a shop before. if you re a woman, or anyone for that matter, and you want excellent customer service, quick and phenomenal work, and a place that will work with you and not be greedy, this is your shop!!! i m absolutely blown away and i will, no questions asked, be returning to finish the last of the repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Very nice workers, great work done to my car drives smoother and looks sharp, complimentary drinks while you wait in the lobby for the work to be done, I would definitely go back in the future and I d suggest this place to anyone!

So last time I had an oil change appointment, I waited over 3 hours to get an oil change done and was given a coupon to get a free oil change for my next appointment. Today I had an appointment to get an oil change and was told by the manager that we re not doing an oil change anymore and that we don t even make an appointment for the oil change service. Like seriously? He was so rude about it. I was also told by him that they are not going to be doing any oil change service anymore and proceeded to tell me that I should go somewhere else and that if I want to use my free oil change then he can t help me today I ll have to come back or wait for over 5 hours. Like is this a joke?? The manager needs to learn how to deal with customers and whoever made my appointment should be held accountable. Don t waste your time and money at this location. Take your business to somewhere else where they value their customers and their business. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star.

This place is awesome for car repairs definitely recommend this place they treats your vehicle like it there own vehicle and after getting your car repaired and pick a couple days later they contact you to make everything going well still with the repair.

I came in for an alignment and some new tires. The staff was quick and efficient to when it came to helping me pinpoint the issue and its solution. I was in and out in roughly and hour and able to continue on with my day and my car in better shape.

I needed new tires on my Escape and after calling around Brad at Midas got us the best deal. I couldn t find the key for the tire bolts and was told they could cut them off and order a new set for me. The deligence of the young man who was going to change the to change the tires found the key. They could have kept quiet but their honesty will keep us coming backService: Tires

Very happy and pleased with Brad and his team working on my 2014 subaru legacy 2.5i premium they even fought with warranty to get parts covered I'll stay with midas as long as Brad and hit team is there very pleased

I moved in the area a few years ago and tried this shop in hopes that they do good business since I was a first time customer. Honestly this shop has become my go-to when it comes repairs on my vehicle - The manager Brad and his crew are knowledgeable and trustworthy!

What a great location. I was hooked on my initial phone by the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional person on the phone.They fit me in to a right schedule to fix a brake job which wasn't performed by their shop.They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me up and running with awesome brakes.Great crew here. I will happily bring my car back again

I was happy with my first visit to this location. I had a really bad experience with Belle Tire in Taylor and needed to find a new shop to maintain my vehicle.
