They said they fix the problem and told me to pick it up but in actuality, they did nothing and made my exhaust louder and still charge 100$ For examination. I will never bring my car here again

I'm giving 5 stars because my experience with Firestone was fantastic! I'd give it 10 stars if that was an option. Most mechanics will complain about me wanting more than one thing done on my vehicle but here, all hands were on deck and they got my baby running very nicely again. They were cool about me sitting in the waiting area all day until my vehicle was done and for the awesome customer service and the hard work they did I provided them with pizza, bread, and two 2 liters of soda we practically had a pizza party! Lol and the fact that each of the men took the time to stop and thank me showed phenomenal manners I loved it. These hard workers were very honest they didn't complain and above all just gave off some great vibes! And shout out to Mike for not getting annoyed at the million questions I was asking lol!

I had to bring back truck for low tire pressure after a week. I left with the rear drive tire at 29. The light inside my truck came on at 28 psi. I took the truck back and tech Jay filled and all my tires. Thanks Jay job well done I'm again a happy customer.

They were awesome! I just popped in with no appointment and they took my car in immediately. Ended up being more work than we expected but they still did it all right away, gave me awesome service, great deal and I am very pleased!

So very happy I chose Firestone Metro 25 Super tire for my new tires and auto repairs. My car was well taken care of within my budget requirements. The mechanics went over and beyond even as far as washing their hands before driving my car The owner gave me valuable advise and saved me thousands from my dealership quote. Feeling blessed, further while in the waiting area met other nice customers with similar stories. Smiling all the way home with my new safe tires . No more wobbles!! Yeah

I could not be any happier with my experience Metro 25- Firestone. They work fast and efficient, and went above and beyond for all of my concerns. I won't be taking my car anywhere else but here in the future. 10/10 recommend!

We have been here a few times. The staff is great. And were able to care of tire replacement. They ordered my tires and were set that day. Scott is very knowledgeable and really cares.

Needed a headlight bulb replaced and they were the company for the job. Went to other places but to no avail but I called Metro 25 and I was in and out within 15 mins (give or take), with my headlight installed. Should've went there in the beginning. Love and learn. Thank you Metro 25.

The minute I walked in the door, the guys at the front desk asked me for my keys and went right to work To rotate my tires. I was out the door in 10 minutes.Everybody from the mechanics to the guys at the front desk are truly professional and take their jobs seriously. I had work done a few months ago. They took care of the problems I was having with my car. I knew that I would definitely come back. They were a God send.So, when I started hearing a loud sound from under the car, I called to see if they worked on the exhaust system. They said to bring it in so they could find out what's going on. After checking the car, they let me know what repairs needed to be done, gave me the estimate...all within the hour. Had the work done and couldn't be happier.They're honest and reliable.God bless! I was on my way to the auto mechanic and my tire went flat. I was so upset and overwhelmed, I had to call AAA for a tow because I didn t have a spare. I called Metro 25 Firestone and they told me to come on in! Got my vehicle towed there and they had me in and out within no time. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

A big truck was in the way and there was no room to park. People were doing 3-point turnarounds to get out of the parking lot. I had to wait close to 30 minutes for the truck driver and employees to unload the truck and put away the tires to pull up to a gate to air up my tires. They did apologize and did good airing up my tires and were fast though getting it done.
