I really struggled trying to find someplace to finance me. Everywhere I went I felt taken advantage of and disrespected. Joe Johnson did NOT treat me that way at all. He made me feel important and respected. He got me into a vehicle I feel safe and comfortable in. I truly felt like he cared about me and wanted me to be happy vs just making a sale. I will recommend Joe Johnson to any and every one. He went above and beyond for me. I will recommend him and Joe Ricci forever.

Make sure you check the car facts yourself. Because unlike other dealers they exclude this information intentionally, and sell you a vehicle for what seems like an okay price. Then when you get the vehicle apprised anywhere else they show you the accident record, and you end up owing more then the vehicle is worth because prior accidents decrease the vehicles value.

My Guy Frank is awesome, he will get you in any car that you choose. I couldn't ask for anything more then my purchase. Professional and understanding of everyone different needs and wants for a vehicle. I FREAKING LOVE MY NEW CAR.

Car was sold dirty and with no gas. Was told it was just serviced but the oil was low and filter was black, the air filter was filthy and there was no washer fluid for the ride home. Engine coolant was low as well. Check Engine light came on 5 miles down the road. Do not buy from here.

When your checks have been cashed it's funny how fast people will forget your name.I have been trying to get a problem fixed at Joe Ricci automotive for over 14 months. They didn t properly repair a vehicle they sold me, even after it sat up there for over 5 months collecting dust, while the bank collecting it's payments. I have to physically stop what I'm doing to drive there to receive answers because no one ever returns calls, and they barely answer the phone. There is absolutely 0 accountability! I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy!

If you need a car, go see Bobby!SO professional, SO nice. Explained everything, was honest about everything & answered any and all questions we had. even stayed over for us just to make sure everything was taken care of. We appreciate you SO much Bobby! Thank you for getting us on an upgraded beautiful car!

Chris in the body shop was such a help in repairing my exhaust system on my 08 Escape. I set up a day and time that worked best for me and it was no problem at all for him and his staff. They even gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped my car off for the fix! My issue was fixed same day and it sounds even better than before I brought it in. I really appreciate them all. Definitely recommended for any repairs!

I walked into the dealership to see if someone can help me get a car. Well I talked to a salesperson and told them my situation and said they could help me. The salesperson started giving me the run around and stopped returning my messages. Hence the low review.

This still feels like a dream! Jeff went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted and didn't stop until we were happy! Words cannot express how happy and grateful we are and it's all because of him!! Thank you so much Jeff and everyone at the Joe Ricci Automotive Group you are all truely amazing!!!!!! Very friendly staff, super clean establishment, amazing prices on great cars. Highly recommend!!!!

After being so mistreated down the street even asked if I was illegal!, I went to Woody miree & he took care of me. he was amazing! Very honest man & put me in such a good car for me and my kids. I felt safe there & not like someone just wanted to sell me a car and take my money. I definitely will be going back in the future when I m ready for a new car. I 100% recommend this place! Thank you woody!!

Purchased two vehicles from Jeff M at Joe Ricci and I have had a great experience both times. He's very trustworthy by making sure the mechanics look over the car and personally checks everything out to make sure he's getting you the best deal. The process of signing is quick, easy and enjoyable with Jeff. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new used car!

They sell you a vehicle with existing hidden issues that aren't immediately noticeable. Then tell you to sign something and tell you it's just a formality and they will fix the issues. Only to duck all types of communication from you.Little do they know a process is already in motion and now may get more than I was entitled.They should've just tried to work with me. Now unfortunately for them it's gonna cost them much more than it originally would've.You can't screw ppl over and expect them to bend over and wait for it.

I love the staff at Joe Ricci Taylor location. Joe Johnson is the MAN, he told me he was going to sell me a car and he DID. I truly love my new car and I get soooooooo many compliments on it. Now let's talk about Mrs.Tina. When you talk about people being on their J O B. Tina is definitely the one. She is down to earth, patient and very very knowledgeable about the work she does. I truly appreciate Joe J and Tina. Y'all is the Sh*t. Thanks to you both.

Need a car ask for James! Professional straightforward realistic and will go out of his way to help you when it comes to getting you a good price for insurance... He actually helped me look up some quotes...Also my daughter just got her first car from him and she loved her experience from start to finish she said she's very happy I recommended him.10 star treatment!

The 5 stars are only for Jeffery at the Taylor Joe Ricci. He helped us out so much and did so much for us. We had to get our car serviced and Jeff worked amazing with us to get it fixed. Sadly Jeff couldn t be there with us to pick our car up, and one of his co-workers literary did not want to help us because we were not one of his customers. So if you ever go to Joes ask for Jeffery because he ll work amazing with you to get you in the right vehicle.

(Update* I knew they would claim it was a lie Malibu has total loss record but was sold to me after the fact with clean title . See pics )Sold me a car that had a total loss record on Carfax but somehow they got a clean green title for it (Title washed) very dangerous, illegal and could not be traded in to a reputable dealership because of it. Mind you, sold me a salvaged car at a regular car price. Should be ashamed of themselves! On top of that they tried to "fix it" and ended up letting me trade the car into them while making me roll $6000 of negative into the next car loan. That car they sold to me to "fix it" they gave me a bogus Experian Autocheck report, with no odometer rollback on it but when I got a Carfax from another dealer to trade that car in, it was branded for an odometer rollback of 20k miles. Very shady and dangerous place to do business with! They take advantage of young unknowing people with little to no credit history. You've been warned! I was young and dumb and fell for the ole' banana in the tailpipe but never again!

Joe Ricci was awesome! Woody Miree took care of us, with fast, courteous, friendly and professional service. He was thorough in his explanations, without making us feel pressured into buying a vehicle. So, we bought my wife a jeep! I would recommend Joe Ricci to anyone. Just ask for Woody.

Joe is great ! Service is awesome . Alex in the service center is the rudest person I have ever encountered! Do not take your vehicle there, but shop with Joe he is awesome !

Last year we financed a car through a used car dealership. We were told the car was $6,800. We decided to finance. On our contract it states the Motor vehicle cash price is $11,800. Then we got tacked on $6,000 for interest(WHICH WAS EXPECTED)Basically after contacting both the lender and the dealership the dealership is claiming the LENDER set the price of the car to double of what we were told but when I contacted the actual lender they said they don t decide the price of the vehicle at all.It doesn t sound right to me that a lender would double the car price, then add on the $6g of interest. I just have a feeling I had a messed up sales person who was trying to get a nice commission checkWe proceeded to contact the manager and sales person and neither of them wanted to help us. They just laughed in our faces. Even after we showed them the text messages stating the car final price was $6800.So now we are paying $20k for a car that was quoted to us at $6800 and the APR on our loan is at 22% over a 4 year.They double charged us for the car so they could get a nice commission check

I didn't end up buying, but Frank provided AWESOME customer service. He did all he could to have everything ready to go within a short time period, while explaining everything thoroughly throughout the process. In a time where human interaction is limited, Frank went above and beyond to make everything work smoothly, and quickly. Highly recommend.

Jeff McCullough is our family and friends go to guy. Between my friends and my family we have bought about 7 cars/trucks. Not once did any of these vehicles have an issue. Quality vehicles at a fair price. We never shop around. Thanks Jeff!

From the moment i stepped into the dealership i was giving VIP service i was woody's top priority... I couldn't believe how fast i got approved for a vehicle... Joe Ricci is the dealership to go to... Woody is the best he's down to earth and honest... I love my new car..

This is one of the worst sales experiences of my life. I went to Joe Ricci to buy Mahindra tractor. I explained to Frank exactly what I was looking for and that I wanted to be able to use my neighbor's backhoe to save some money and not have to buy one. He gave me some options and I ended up picking the larger tractor. It's obvious now that he doesn't know the products that he's selling because the tractor I bought will not work with the backhoe my neighbor has.He also didn't inform me that this model doesn't have the pto for the mid-mount mower deck if I wanted to buy one later.He was supposed to find out if I could add a backhoe to my loan and get with me on the price of the backhoe. It's been about a month, the ground will be frozen soon, and I still have no backhoe to get the things that I wanted to get done by winter.I will steer everyone I know away from this place.

What a great experience. The sales manager Jeff not only was compassionate with our struggles but he walked us through every step of the process of purchasing our vehicle. I would highly recommend Joe Ricci of Taylor. Thank you Jeff for being patient with us.

I used this place to buy not one but two cars. The first one had so many issues including being totaled but not reported to the insurance. I did pay off that car and did get another one from them. I was Late on my payments but worked a deal with their in house finance company Modern Finance. Told them not to repo my car and I would bring a payment at the end of the day. I Held up to my side of the bargain and paid them When I got home an hour later I seen the tow truck pulling my car away. Mind you I am broke and now being told I need to pay 400 for towing on a car I owe less than 1500 on. Because they did not keep up their bargain. They have Garnished my checks and have collected over 10000 on a 3000 dollar car. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SUPPORT LOAN SHARKS

Crazy how I got 2 cars from the same place and they both were messed up. Thanks for ruining a struggling 18 year old s life. Also scamming me out of my pockets because I willingly came to Hoe Johnson a second time because I genuinely thought he was doing me a favor. Paying almost $16,000 for a 2014 Ford Fusion. Car broke down and have to pay $4,000 to get the transmission replaced. Good place! Great people! What a joke.
