Very satisfied, Sam and Zach are Awesome , my truck was fixed and was quickly brought back to me , most dealerships are not very good but Telegraph Chrysler, Dodge , Jeep , Ram of Taylor is very good , I don t mind taking my truck there cuz I know I m going to get good service

I had a great experience with my service provider, Leo. He was his usual friendly and courteous self, taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail of my car's inspection. He also offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. I appreciated his clear communication and professionalism.Thank you Leo

The whole experience with this place was amazing. Hussein is the guy that got me into a Ram and then turned around 3 weeks later and got my wife into a jeep. They made us feel like we were family from the moment we walked in. From the snacks and drinks. But Hussein and staff were great keep up the good work.

I will never purchase another Chrysler product. You need to leave your car with them for about a week before they will even look at it, which I did. $1600 later I get my van back and my engine light came back on a couple days later. I called Jess, in the service center, and he hooked it up to computer right away. Great. But when he did the code was already stored. I was told to come back if the light comes back on. It did. It comes on for a couple days, then goes back off, then comes back on, then off. I left a VM on 3/22 for Jess to call me. I never received a call back. I called him again today cause now you can smell antifreeze coming from my van. A guy just walking by said he could smell it. I'm now being told that I have to leave my van again for another week before anybody will look at it! They never finished fixing it. Now I'm being told I got to get back to the end of line!?!? I have a JOB to get to just like all customers. And this is the procedure?? Some guy named Sal was supposed to call me and of course no call back. Ford and Chevy don't keep your car for a week before they'll even look at it. Guess who will be getting my money next time I purchase a vehicle. Also, I can't help but notice that all the good google reviews are from the sales side, but the reviews for service are similarly to what I experienced. So Chrysler Knows how to give good customer service. They just choose to focus that on the selling their product.

Came in couple days ago and turned in my 2021ram lease and got into a 2024 ram. Love the truck. Baldy was great and very helpful. I was there for about 4 hours in total due to finding the truck I wanted and with the holiday they were a lil short staffed. Love the truck thanks

Excellent customer service! Came in with my Mom for information on what to expect when her lease was going to be up April 22. She wasn't sure if she would purchase it or turn it in and Scott was so professional and explained everything in simple terms easy for us to understand and after the excellent deal she got on buying her car she decided to proceed. Reiss was very professional and helped secure a good interest rate and got her signed up with all the paperwork. We were both very pleased with the entire experience.

My vehicle was brought in for service on 6/27 after being rear ended on the freeway in a traffic jam. There was damage to my rear fascia, liftgate, exhaust, quarter panel and a slight bend to the frame. I understand that quality work takes time, but I don t know about 2 months. I did not get my car back until 8/29/23. The issue that I had was the lack of transparency while my vehicle was being repaired. I was given multiple different dates of when my vehicle would be completed. I was initially told my vehicle could be ready by 8/18. When I called, I was told that more time was needed and it should be ready by 8/23/23. When I called for an update on 8/23, I was told 8/25. On 8/25 I decided to go check on my car to see if it was close to being completed. It was missing parts and I was told that it would be ready by 8/29. Each time I communicated with the body shop, I was told that I would be contacted with updates but it NEVER happened! This led me to have to pay out of pocket for my rental car for 36 days after the first 30 days of coverage from my insurance. There were no loaner cars available within those 36 additional days I had to wait. Upon receiving my car on 8/29, the work looked good but my liftgate light doesn t work so now I have to find time during the work week to take it back and run the risk of being without a vehicle for God knows how long. I m an engineer for Chrysler and I hate to leave a bad review but I was inconvenienced several times. If any of my union brothers or sisters want service on your vehicle here, know that you might be given false information on the time you ll have you vehicle back.

I just wanna Thank Zach in service and Sal the service Director for taking amazing care of me in my time of car help!! There was no way that my car could get serviced the same day, but they were able to get it in!! I m so grateful for good customer service and very nice people! Bilal and Anwar were extremely helpful and inviting when I first came in. Bilal is the best sales rep, he was very clear, honest, and helpful during the entire lease process for my second vehicle through him. Times like this make it very tough to get a vehicle you like but it was a smooth and very easy process. Bilal knows what hes doing. I appreciate all of the hard work they do to make their customers feel welcome. I seriously recommend the people here, over the past few months I have been to other dealerships that did not seem eager to help, and even some that tried to pressure me into a car I didn't want, but with Bilal, he was nothing but honest, thoughtful, and was able to answer any questions I had. Great experience overall. I work long hours and they were very accommodating. Karim beat out everyone in SE Michigan when it came to pricing and service. He also got me the specific vehicle I wanted when everyone else tried to get me to get another color. This is my first experience at FOX CDJR and I will be back when my lease ends for sure. Bilal was also a big help too.

I m not happy with the vehicle I purchased from Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Taylor Michigan. I got a LEMON!! I have had issues with the Jeep I purchased since I bought it. I tried bringing it in for service at Fox, but I was told that they couldn t look at it for three weeks and that I would have to leave it with them for those three weeks without getting a loaner or a rental which was promised to me by the bumper to bumper warranty for 100,000 miles I paid $2,500 for. I ended up taking it to another dealership which hasn t been able to figure out what is wrong with it, and now after 10 months of being in and out of the shop and now they think they know what is wrong with it, but now I have to wait for the part they need which is on back order. If you want to buy a LEMON, go to Fox Chrysler InTaylor and more than likely that will be what you get. And yes this is my final answer!!!

My car needed a new engine because of flood waters. Jesse took amazing care of me from day one when I called the dealership about having my car towed there to be fixed. Jesse helped me get a brand new engine in my car through the insurance company. Jesse is amazing with communication, returning calls promptly and is top notch with everything he does to please a customer. He is the best Service Writer by far that I have ever dealt with over the years.

Took my car in for concerns regarding a noise it s making. I informed the female technician in the service area that it sounds like it s coming from my brakes or tires. The lady told me they will hold my car for a week just to look at it. When I asked about a rental the woman seemed confused and annoyed that I even asked. I m a grown person with a full time job. Of course I would need a rental if you re holding my car that long. Her advice for my concerns regarding my brakes was if it s not effecting your drive ability just keep driving on it . This sounds like dangerous advice when it comes to brake issues.Update: I escalated the issue and it has been confirmed that my brakes were the issue. Please get a second opinion if Stephanie is looking at your car as she told me to keep driving on faulty brakes. This could ve ended badly if I did not escalate the issue.

Complete waste of time. Went multiple times. Barely could show me any quotes on cars I want. But very quick to point me towards every other car that I m not there for. Take your business right to ford where they can give you all the quotes and rebates right infront of you on the computer.

Had the worse experience with turning in my Ram. Everything was all good when I was getting another one but I decided to leave and go with a different company and all these bogus charges came about. Make sure your tire care is valid too because you'll get charged for it and have issues with using it. I should've just kept going to Feldman dodge, please don't go here.

I took my 2023 Ram to Fox motors for a recall and had to leave it there due to some other issues. Zach was my tech and was extremely helpful during the whole process, he called to check in and let me know the status and provided updates for me almost daily as they neared completion. He even offered a courtesy pickup for me when my vehicle was done being serviced. Great experience at Fox Motors.The only thing I will say is that they need to provide loaner vehicles for service greater than 1 week.

I came in to replace my passenger mirror Dec/2023, Jesse in Service was a great help with getting my vehicle in within a day and replacing one of the parts himself, so I didn't have to wait. Great experience because of Jesse.

I always deal with Stephanie, she is the service member that keeps me coming back with her customer service, and ensuring that my diesel Rubicon is taken care of. She greats me by name and knows once I pull my Rubicon in on the day of service cause she can hear the growl.

My husband hit a deer in the beginning of December and it took the body shop over a month to fix. I was never called with updates. I had to start a complaint before it was completed. I will never have service to my truck done at the Taylor location again.
