I recently had my car serviced at Elite Kar Care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They completed the service in a timely manner, and my car feels like new again. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the thoroughness of their inspection. First and foremost, the men working here are all gentlemen... all of them. From the front end all the way to the back. Shout out to Mike on the phones and Butch! They are honest, great communicators, they make sure that their work is being done efficiently, and they DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE. Other repair shops need to take a page out of their book because Elite(telegraph) definitely set the Standard, from the time they open until they close.. Wish all of these men well because they definitely have been a blessing to me and my family over the past couple of years. God Bless.

We've used this shop a few times now for various things on 3 different vehicles, from minor to major repairs. They can get busy, but the quality of work, prices, and level of service is worth a little extra wait sometimes. We never feel swindled or taken advantage of and the repairs have always been done right, no shortcuts.If you're looking for a new shop to give your loyalty to, this is it.

my daughter went there and they charged her $900 to replace a starter on an Escape! the part is under $200, so labor is $700??? for a 1 hour job?. when i called them wanting to know why so much. The manager Butch refused to speak with me. after reading another review it seems that they do this rip-off overcharge to unsuspecting women who don't know what repairs should cost. don't take your vehicle here!Butch, you should be ashamed or your self!

Very knowledgeable and honest. My water pump went bad which lead me to have to replace my engine. Butch was helpful and had my car repaired and ready within a week. I ve been happy ever since. I highly recommend and have already referred family members

I took my car here when a rodent got to some wires in my car. Hunter, the owner, does quality work and follows up. He works with you the best he possibly can and gets the job done in such a quick manner. Especially if they have all the equipment and parts they need for the job in house. Which was the case for me, nothing needed to be ordered. They had my car on a Thursday afternoon and I picked up ready to go Saturday morning. The shop kept in contact with me the while time and sent pictures of damage and the repairs. I would use them again if needed.

Wow! Great shop is an understatement. They included my tow in the work that got done, gave me great prices and had my car dome within 2 days! Even came and picked me up so I didn't have to walk to come get the car when it was finished! I've found my auto shop for life! I cannot give enough thanks to the guys at Elite

They were happy to help me fix a handful of issues with my car and provided me a ride back to go pick it up. Car runs way better and safer than it did before and they provided me recommendations on what to service next. The manager and staff are friendly people and I'll gladly return the next time I need something fixed.

Only place that I trust to work on my car. I was referred here from Mickey Shores in Canton and they worked on my starter and other repairs way faster than a franchised shop. They are beyond nice and fast! I would recommend going here for anything and everything they offer within car repairs. Thank you Butch!

I recently took my 05 Magnum to Elite Kar Care for some front suspension evaluations. Butch explained the inspection and rating process used to help me make the right decisions as the customer. At no time did I feel being coerced to fix something that I wasn t comfortable with, etc. and felt that the right information was provided to me. I appreciate the honesty in today s world and would trust the team at Elite to do additional work on my car as needed. I do recommend Elite to others. On another positive note, Butch had his team drive me home when I dropped my car off and offered to pick me up when it was done.

Excellent job! Heat went out and needed a serpentine belt, thermostat and housing unit, and water pump. They did excellent, were very timely and honest people. Hunter at the front takes good care of you!

These guys are amazing! I ve brought both of my cars here a few times and their prices are the best around. And every time I get my vehicle back when they say I will. And today I can out of gas by their shop and they let me borrow a gas can! My daughter had an engine put in her GMC TERRAIN at Elite Kar Car in Taylor on Telegraph. They did an excellent job. So I took my Chevy Traverse there for a fog light bulb replacement and a tune up. Customer service couldn't have been any better. Wonderful people. They dropped me off and picked me back up when the work was done. And no complaints on the work done either. The guy that dropped me off and picked me up was a real nice guy. They definitely recieved a new customer in me. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the good job.

Butch is definitely the person that can be trusted with your car . Fair pricing and top notch highly recommend him . Our whole family takes their cars to him without a question and if you have a high end car not a problem he s very knowledgeable and been working high end cars and exotics

Mike & Butch really helped me out today! I turned into their lot by mistake (if you know Telegraph, you know it's not easy to turn around) but they were great about it. I needed windshield wiper fluid but the store next door was out. This was the 3rd place I'd gone. I asked Butch if I could buy some from him and he said, "we'll take care of you" and he wouldn't take my money. Mike put the fluid in and I was on my way. With the bad weather we've been having, I really appreciate them helping me stay safe on the road. Thank you, Butch and Mike!! We need more people like you in the world.

I stopped in to drop off parts as I do at many repair facilities. This was one of the rare few shops where I immediately recognized it as a "car guy" haven! Not just car repair, but I could sense the LOVE of cars. Butch and Mike are honest-to-God CAR GUYS like me! It only takes a minute to connect and realize they speak your language! I'm confident I've found a new 'Home Garage' to bring my "Toys" to & they will be in good hands. Just like the lady with the [Magnum P.I.] Ferrari 308 did. And the guy w/ the Nissan (Nismo) GTR did!

These guys were so nice and helpful with my car, I recently had my brakes replaced and they were able to get them done within a couple of hours after I called, while being busy. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

I was referred to Elite Kar Care by multiple people. And after having My car repaired by them, I absolutely see why I was referred. They are extremely great at communicating, quick work, and a great value. Extremely honest, and their pricing is a very reasonable. Butch and Mike are phenomenal and so nice. They answered all the questions I had, I am so happy to have found a place where I know I can take our vehicles and have quality work done by honest and talented individuals. Thank you guys so much! Fixed my trucks differential leak, rear axle, drum brakes and brake lines took less than 2 hours after they received the parts. Thoroughly checked all of my fluids and topped them off as well. Also had my transmission replaced and my back window they will be fixing shorty. Highly recommend this shop, good prices with efficiency and quality!

When owning multiple vehicles you most definitely need a great repair shop. Elite Kar Care is definitely the place to be when in need. I found Butch and Mike after purchasing 2009 Mercedes Benz ML350 & a 2006 Range Rover HSE. They both had problems right away. Butch team of experts got right to the bottom it. My family of vehicles both foreign and domestic have been under the care of Butch and the team. Not the cheapest shop in the metro Detroit area but I travel over 60 miles even on Tow trucks to get my vehicles there for repairs. Thanks Elite Kar Care for your services. Butch and Mike are truly Experts on customer services.To update the services at Elite is truly exceptional. They have made an run down 2006 Range Rover HSE into a reliable vehicle. I mean reliable enough to drive across the country with my family. Place was amazing! My exhaust broke in half. Called them and they were super friendly and professional, told me to bring it up so they can do an inspection. They inspected it and repaired the exhaust for me for a low price! I was expecting not to get my car back for least a week because that s what most shops do. They called me the very next day, explained everything and then fixed it within a couple hours. Will be coming back for all future repairsService: Exhaust

My tire was running flat really quick and I needed help immediately. It was 6:59 and I now look across telegraph Road and see elite was still open as I pulled up the open sign turned off as I went in. Butch helped me out with my flat tire even though they were closed at the time.
